Jane Austen's novels offer a nuanced exploration of gender roles and power dynamics within the social context of 18th and 19th-century England. Her works depict women's lives, the societal expectations placed upon them, and how they navigate and sometimes challenge those expectations. Jane Austen's novels are analyzed through a feminist lens, examining how her female characters navigate societal expectations and power dynamics within a patriarchal society. Themes of marriage, financial independence, education, and the constraints imposed on women in 18th and 19th-century England are analyzed. Specific characters, like Elizabeth Bennet and Emma Woodhouse, are studied as examples of female agency and resistance against societal norms. The author also discusses the historical context of women's limited rights and opportunities, contrasting Austen's portrayal of women with contemporary feminist perspectives. Finally, the role of novels in shaping societal views and promoting empathy is also considered.

This study evaluates the seismic performance of G+16 reinforced concrete (RCC) and composite structures using ETABS-2021 and Indian design codes. RCC, a popular choice for its durability and adaptability, combines steel's tensile strength with concrete's compressive strength, but its heavy weight and labour-intensive construction can be limiting. Composite structures, integrating materials like steel and concrete, provide a higher strength-to-weight ratio, lighter designs, and improved seismic performance, particularly in high-rise buildings and long-span bridges. The research focuses on base shear, story stiffness, lateral displacement, and story drift, comparing performance across seismic zones II, III, IV, and V. Through case studies of C-shaped and H-shaped buildings, the findings reveal that composite structures outperform RCC in terms of reliability and efficiency, making them a preferable choice in regions requiring seismic resilience and cost-effective foundation solutions.

Now a days fluoroquinolone is mostly preferable for antibiotics. The most commonly detected fluoroquinolone antibiotics in this study were norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, and lomefloxacin. In this paper we have discussed in details of an overview of fluoroquinolone antibiotics and their antagonistic processes. Fluoroquinolones are broad-spectrum antibiotics with excellent oral bioavailability. They are widely used to treat various infections; however, their prescription is subject to certain restrictions. So, these drugs are safe prescribing of fluoroquinolones requires careful identification of patients with risk factors for toxicity. In the case of an adverse reaction, prompt discontinuation of the drug is advised. Practicing antimicrobial stewardship prefer only when no alternative drugs are available is crucial for minimizing adverse events and combating antibiotic resistance.

Rising popularity of online gambling has brought manu concerns about problem gambling behaviours to light. This study reviews the effectiveness of self-imposed time and loss limits on gambling-related harm. The results based on the available literature suggest that such measures can decrease spending and encourage safer gambling but effectiveness varies by gambling modality and players personal preferences. Further challenges include the rising popularity of cryptocurrency gambling and evolving socio-economic landscape influenced by factors like COVID-19 pandemic. Future research should focus on long-term evaluation of self-imposed responsible gambling tools combined with broader responsible gambling initiatives.

Cancer, a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, necessitates innovative approaches to enhance awareness and education. This study assesses the effectiveness of a video-assisted teaching program on cancer awareness among degree college students in Bhopal city. A pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was employed, with a sample size of 50 students. The results revealed a significant association between education status and post-test knowledge scores, indicating its impact on knowledge outcomes. However, age, religion, type of family, family income, occupation, and source of information did not demonstrate significant associations with post-test knowledge scores. The study concludes that video-assisted teaching programs can be an effective tool in enhancing cancer awareness, particularly among students with higher education status. The findings have implications for healthcare education, highlighting the need for targeted interventions to improve cancer awareness and knowledge among diverse populations.

This paper details the design and development of a Pole Climbing Robot (PCR) engineered for inspection, maintenance, and surveillance tasks on vertical structures such as utility poles and communication towers. The robot's design features a spring-based gripping mechanism and a durable stainless-steel frame, ensuring adaptability to various pole diameters and surface conditions. Powered by geared DC motors and controlled by an Arduino Uno microcontroller, the robot achieves stable and efficient operation. Experimental results highlight its capability to carry loads up to 10 kg and climb at an average speed of 0.8 m/min. This innovation offers a safer and more efficient alternative to traditional manual methods, reducing risks in hazardous environments.

Image registration is a fundamental process in computer vision and medical imaging that involves aligning two or more images into a common coordinate framework. It is widely applied in fields such as remote sensing, medical diagnostics, and robotics. Traditional image registration methods rely on optimization techniques and similarity metrics, but they often face challenges such as computational complexity and sensitivity to noise. Machine learning techniques, particularly deep learning, have emerged as powerful tools to overcome these limitations. This review provides a comprehensive analysis of machine learning methods used for image registration, emphasizing their architectures, optimization strategies, and performance metrics. We explore supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning approaches, highlighting their strengths and limitations. Furthermore, the paper discusses key advancements in neural network designs, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), and transformers, which have demonstrated remarkable performance in handling large datasets and complex transformations. The literature review includes studies published between 2018 and 2024, covering theoretical foundations, algorithmic implementations, and practical applications. The paper concludes by identifying open challenges and future research directions to further advance image registration techniques.
