Samples are collected in convenient manner and divided into two group. Subjects age between 17 to 22 were selected according through the selection criteria. After getting the consent from the subjects and with their parents, Group - A (experimental group) received High intensity aerobic exercise and Group - B (control group) have not received any form of exercise. High intensity aerobic exercise protocol consist of 50 minutes duration carries with 5 days in a week for total 8weeks. RESULT ANALYSIS: Significant difference found among experimental and controlled group where it has been concluded that high intensity aerobic exercise reduced menstrual pain among college going girls through it has been suggested that high intensity aerobic exercise can be advised for college going girls who are having severe menstrual pain during menstrual cycle and also it may be considered to carryout in health education.

Out of 100 subject, majority 83 (83 %) had average knowledge score, 14 subjects had good knowledge and the remaining 3 (3%) had poor knowledge score of school teachers regarding protein energy malnutrition in rural area. On the other hand school teachers in urban areas, the majority84 (84 %) had average knowledge, following by 13 (13%) good knowledge and the remaining 3 (3%) with poor knowledge score. It reveals that there is no significant difference in level of knowledge score of school teachers regarding protein energy malnutrition in school children. Findings of the study indicated that the mean knowledge score of school teachers of rural area 16.88 + 2.907 was not significantly different than the knowledge score of urban school teachers that is 16.25 + 3.252, with Z(1.444) at P value 0.150>o.o5.hence assumption 2 was not accepted as there is no significant difference found in the knowledge score of school teachers regarding protein energy malnutrition .

Modern consumer strives for a quality and healthy life, and that motive directs consumer towards the quality foods by focusing both the environmental concern and health consciousness. Herein, this paper addresses the impact of consumer awareness of organic food towards green purchase intention with the mediation effect of the premium price. A mixed research approach has been adopted and a systematic sample has been selected, whereas impact assessed through Regression, mediation through Barron- Kenny model, and Sobel test. Further thematic analysis was performed to assess the green purchase intention qualitatively. The main findings revealed, both environmental concern and health consciousness positively influence over green purchase intention, and the health consciousness is most influencing consumer awareness factor and a partial mediation by the premium price. From the thematic analysis, main themes identified as (a) health and nutritional concern, (b) environmental concern, (c) taste & freshness, and (d) social status. The Paper concluded by providing recommendations to policymakers, and marketing planners to design and initiate consumer awareness to widen the customer base and plan future strategies

Natural nitrates have been in helpful use for the treatment of angina pectoris for more than a century. During the previous decade, the quest for new natural nitro esters with diminished after-effects and further developed oral bioavailability has been enormously heightened. We have found another class of natural nitrates described by great oral action and a coronary vascular selectivity more noteworthy than that of glyceryl trinitrate. Full construction action relationship investigations of this new class of nitro esters are accounted for. From the screening of these mixtures, ITF 296 was picked for additional assessment. Natural nitrates, go about as a prodrug for nitric oxide. NO initiate compound guanylyl cyclase in vascular endothelial cells brings about an expansion in intracellular cyclic Guanosine monophosphate (GMP) and subsequently diminishes the level of intracellular calcium concentrate causing unwinding of smooth muscle cells. The essential impact of natural nitrate is basically on the vascular endothelium, corridors, and veins, however particularly the veins, causing venous amassing (expanded venous capacitance) and a diminishing venous re-visitation of the heart, in light of this cardiovascular preload diminished. Blood vessel hyperpolarisation decreases fundamental vascular opposition and systolic pulse level reduces heart afterload. Natural nitrate additionally increments the bloodstream in veins. This consolidated cycle diminishes myocardial prerequisites of oxygen and helps to counter ischemic conditions. At some point, ongoing utilization of natural nitrates shows genuine aftereffects like nitrate resilience, oxidative pressure, and endothelial brokenness. Secondary effects and helpful movement (power) of dynamite rely upon aldehyde dehydrogenase-2 (ALDH-2) which is available in mitochondria of the cell.

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Effective teaching includes some specific technique with precise knowledge. There are various teaching methods in practice like teacher centered , learner centered , content centered , interactive/ participate method. the present study is focused on which teaching method is effective among the above teachings methods and its impact on knowledge among health care professional students.. METHODS: This is an observational study, 120 participants from health care professional students from SBV campus are recruited and allotted into 4 groups, Group A, B, C, and D. Group A follows teacher centered method, Group B follows learner centered method, Group C follows content centered method, Group D follows interactive/participate method. A structured topic is designed for all four groups consist of 1 hour according with their teaching methodology. A multiple choice questionnaire consists of 20 items were distributed to all the groups before and after the teaching hour and interpreted. RESULT: Among the 4 groups the post test mean value of the Group D is higher when compared to the other 3 groups. CONCLUSION: According to the result the interactive/participate method is found to be an effective method of teaching.
