Triclosan (TCS) is commonly used as an antibacterial and antifungal agent in household cleaning products. TCS can be bio-accumulated and create endocrine-disrupting and damaging the DNA in some exposed fish. In the present study aimed at verifying the productive effect of garlic extract (GRE) and Vitamin C (VTC) against in vivo tricolosan exposure in zebra fish Brachydanio rerio (Ham). The species were exposed to sub lethal concentration of triclosan (0.32mg/L) for 7 and 28 days. The results show that TCS exposure significantly induced genotoxic effects, as revealed by the significant increase in the mean frequencies (MN) of micro nucleated polychromatic erythrocytes and various structural chromosomal aberrations in liver cells of treated fish. GRE and VTC groups showed a significant (P< 0.05) reduction in the frequency of CA (57.14% and 40.66%) and MN (53.13% and 40.63%) then the treated group. On the other hand, this investigation clearly revealed the protective effect of GRE and VTC, either each alone or in combination, against the genotoxic potential of triclosan: the garlic extract was often more efficient in its protective action against the pesticide toxicity than vitamin C.

This essay is mostly built on a scaled comparison of Sita and Helen, two outstanding female characters from mythology. It seeks to explain how women were portrayed in Eastern and Western tradition using popular female characters from the Indian epic 'Ramayana' and Greek epic 'Iliad',' Helen of Troy' and Sita. Despite coming from very different literary and cultural traditions, the Iliad and the Ramayana share the same plot. The significance of mythology and how feminist characters are given the touch of feminism are covered in the first section of the paper. The second part of the paper addresses how Sita and Helen are used in literature and how fresh plot lines give these characters new life. People from both the cultures have idealized versions of these two figures. While Helen, who was the pinnacle of beauty, was also revered as Dendritis (the tree Goddess) and had a temple in Rhodes, Sita is revered as a Goddess in India and is worshiped in India. The focus of this paper is on similarities and differences between these two people. Despite the fact that they all have separate languages and religions, they have amazingly similar myths with the same themes, motifs and characteristics.

Increasing development in healthcare systems and availability of efficient miniaturize components or systems that are economics has led to profound scope for research in many new fields. Capsule robot was one such fictional idea that turned into factual reality because of use of applicative miniaturized components. Initially capsule robots were developed for endoscopic applications. These travel inside the gastrointestinal tract and thus capture images of the gastrointestinal tract and related areas. Later, capsule robots were developed to be used as the unique tool to construct micron and sub-micron sized drug delivery systems for target delivery and treatment. This article highlights on various aspects of capsule robots in diagnosis and therapy of various disorders and diseases, together called theranostic approach in drug delivery systems

The objective of this study is to compare the attitudes of individuals from concordant and discordant families. A total of 160 students (boys and girls) of 9th class of secondary schools (public and private) were taken as respondents. The tool used for data collection 'A survey on familial adjustment'. After the analysis of data highlights that there is significant differences in attitude between individuals from concordant and discordant families. It further reveals that gender does not significantly affect attitudes within concordant and discordant families, except for female individuals where a significant difference was observed. These findings contribute to our understanding of the relationship between family dynamics, gender, and attitudes

In the realm of computer vision, object detection poses a significant challenge, especially in accurately localizing and categorizing objects within images. This paper introduces a novel method that utilizes a pre-trained deep learning model to detect objects in real time by processing webcam-captured images and video streams. Leveraging the renowned speed and accuracy of the YOLO algorithms, the system efficiently counts and monitors specific objects in each video frame, making it especially apt for visualization-focused applications. By integrating the YOLO model with the COCO dataset, the approach outperforms existing techniques in terms of precision and real-time responsiveness.

The primary aim of this article is to introduce the Zagreba Vector Index for the chemical graphs. Here in this research article, the topological indices were partially replaced by the new approach, Vector index for graphs. The vector index is named as Zagreb vector index, and used to study the physical properties of various chemical compounds (alkanes), their structures, the correlativity with the Vector-Index. In determining the Vector index, I have used total degree of the vertex (du), as the first component of the vector along with two more components to create a vector index. In the vector index of an atom, there will be three components, the first component of the vector is it's total degree du, second component is number of similar atoms adjacent to it d1u and the third component is number of heterogeneous atoms adjacent to it d2u. After a thorough investigate, the Vector index found to be a useful tool in predicting the physical properties of lower alkanes.

In this modern era, medicinal plants are important for the drug industries for the production of therapeutic compounds. Hence the present study was aimed at determining phytochemical analysis of leaves of locally grown Nyctanthes arbortristis, Murraya koenigii plants for their antibacterial activity against selected bacterial pathogens. For the present study, herbal extracts of leaves of Nyctanthes arbortristis and Murraya koenigii were prepared by Cold maceration method by using methanol as solvent. The antibacterial activity was determined by the agar well diffusion technique and the prepared extract was evaluated for physicochemical characters. The bioactive compounds present in the methanol extract a fraction of Nyctanthes arbortristis and Murraya koenigii leaf were identified by GCMS analysis. The maximum antibacterial activity was observed for a methanolic extract of Nyctanthes arbortristis than Murraya koenigii. Both the methanolic extracts exhibited maximum activity against the organism Staphylococcus aureus. The physicochemical characters showed the presence of carbohydrates, alkaloids, tannins, cardiac glycosides, fatty acids, and oils. The GCMS analysis showed the presence of 45 peaks indicating the presence of 45 compounds in both the methanolic extract of Nyctanthes arbortristis and Murraya koenigii. The Constituents obtained from Nyctanthes arbortristis extraction with high quantity were 2-(4-Methoxyphenyl)ethanol(10.46), Neophytadiene(10.33), n-Hexadecanoic acid(8.95) and in Murraya koenigii extraction 1-Methyl-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid(41.80), Phytol(14.66), and Caryophyllene(6.50) were present in high amounts. It can be concluded that leaves of Nyctanthes arbortristis and Murraya koenigii can be used for therapeutic purposes.

Dengue fever is one of the most common mosquito-born diseases worldwide, affecting an estimated 390 million people per year. Over the past two decades, efforts to prevent dengue virus ( DENV) infections have faced several challenges , primarily related to the complexity of conducting long - term studies to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of exclusion vaccines and the associated risk is related to vaccine -related DHS/DSS , especially in children .At least seven DENV vaccine have progressed through various phases of clinical trials ; However ,only three of them ( Dengvaxia ,TV003 and TAK-003) have shown promising results and are discussed in detail in this review in terms of their molecule design ,efficacy and immunogenicity .Safety challenges in developing the DENV vaccine are also discussed.
