Online shopping has significantly transformed the retail experience, enabling users to purchase groceries and daily essentials conveniently from home. Simultaneously, cooking tutorials on platforms like YouTube have become a major source of culinary learning and inspiration. However, there remains a gap between watching a recipe video and purchasing the required ingredients efficiently. The proposed AI-Powered Smart E-Cart System bridges this gap by integrating artificial intelligence, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision techniques to automate the shopping process. Users can paste a YouTube recipe link into the system, which then extracts ingredient information using speech-to-text, caption analysis, and image recognition. The system identifies food items, detects specific vegetable cutting types, and automatically generates a customized shopping list. This intelligent integration enhances user convenience, minimizes manual effort, and ensures accurate ingredient selection. The system's modular design allows scalability for future integration with e-commerce platforms and smart kitchen devices, marking a step forward toward intelligent digital retail experiences.

The concept of healing in modern medicine is shifting toward regenerative approaches that restore health at the cellular level. Stem cell therapy plays a central role by replacing or repairing damaged cells and is being used for a wide range of autoimmune, inflammatory, neurological, orthopedic, and traumatic disorders, with potential applications in anti-aging and disease prevention. Challenges remain, including errors in cell identification and processing. To address these issues, medicine is increasingly using artificial intelligence to analyse, select, and predict the behaviour of productive stem cells. This review highlights how AI is improving the precision and safety of stem cell therapy, paving the way for more efficient regenerative treatments with minimal side effects.

Effectiveness Of Planned Teaching Programme On Knowledge And Practice Regarding Breast Self-Examination Among College Students in Girls College Of Imphal East District, Manipur BACKGROUND: A breast self examination (BSE) is a technique which involves the women herself looking at and feeling each breast for possible any lumps, distortions or swelling. It is aimed to detect any abnormality of the breast at the earliest. According to WHO report (2020), breast cancer is the most frequent cancer among women impacting 2.1 million women each year globally. Studies show that breast cancers detected while practicing BSE are diagnosed at an earlier stage and tend to be smaller in its tumor size than those diagnosed in the absence of any screening. Therefore, BSE is the only way that a woman can do by herself to detect any abnormalities at the earliest without the help of others. OBJECTIVES: 1.To determine the effectiveness of planned teaching programme on knowledge and practice regarding BSE among college students. 2. To ascertain the correlation between knowledge and practice regarding BSE among college students.3. To assess the association between knowledge and practice scores of the college students with selected demographic variables. METHODOLOGY: Research design used was one-group pretest-posttest interventional research design. 50 samples were selected by using simple random sampling technique from Ideal Girls' College, Akampat and Shree Shree Gourogobind Girls' College, Khurai Salanthong under Imphal East district of Manipur. Mindfulness and emotional intelligence (EI) are increasingly recognized as complementary psychological constructs that play a vital role in enhancing personal well-being, interpersonal relationships and professional effectiveness. The growing interest in emotional and social competencies has led to increased exploration of mindfulness and emotional intelligence (EI) as pivotal constructs influencing human behaviour and interpersonal relationships. This paper discusses the interrelationship between mindfulness, emotional intelligence (EI), and empathy, emphasizing how these psychological constructs collectively contribute to enhanced emotional and social functioning. Mindfulness, defined as a state of present-moment awareness and nonjudgmental attention, fosters greater self-awareness and emotional regulation--core dimensions of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence, in turn, enables individuals to recognize and manage their own emotions while understanding those of others, forming the foundation for empathetic behavior.Drawing on various researches, the study examines how mindfulness practices enhance emotional awareness and self-regulation, thereby strengthening cognitive and affective empathy. Findings suggest that individuals with higher levels of mindfulness and EI demonstrate greater empathetic concern, improved interpersonal sensitivity, and reduced emotional reactivity. The paper argues that cultivating mindfulness can serve as a powerful mechanism for developing emotional intelligence and empathy, with significant implications for education, healthcare, leadership, and mental health interventions. The paper also highlights the implications of integrating mindfulness-based interventions in educational, organizational, and therapeutic settings to promote emotional competence and holistic development. It also examines how mindfulness and EI converge to cultivate a balanced individual. Overall, this paper underscores the synergistic relationship between mindfulness and emotional intelligence in nurturing empathy, highlighting the transformative potential of mindfulness-based practices for personal growth and social harmony. By fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and compassionate understanding, mindfulness and EI together serve as foundational pathways to developing empathy and enhancing human connection in diverse personal and professional settings.

Over the past few years, the way people shop in India has changed drastically. With the internet becoming more accessible and smartphones becoming part of everyday life, consumers now prefer browsing, comparing, and purchasing products online instead of visiting stores physically. This shift has made e-commerce a vital part of India's retail sector. Cities like Mumbai, known for their fast-paced lifestyle and tech-friendly population, have been at the center of this transformation. Online shopping is no longer limited to luxury or tech-savvy consumers -- it has become a convenient solution for everyone, from college students to working professionals and homemakers. This research paper focuses on understanding the growth of e-commerce, changing consumer behavior, and the factors that influence Mumbai shoppers. The study also explores how people's trust, preferences, and habits have evolved as online platforms become more user-friendly and competitive. To conduct the study, both primary and secondary research methods were used. A structured survey was conducted among 120 respondents from different parts of Mumbai, covering a variety of age groups, professions, and income levels. The data collected helped to identify what attracts people to online shopping and what concerns they still have. The findings revealed that convenience, attractive discounts, product variety, and time-saving features are the biggest motivators for online shoppers. Many respondents also mentioned that they like the ability to compare prices easily and read product reviews before making a decision. An interesting pattern that emerged was the rise of omnichannel shopping behavior. Many Mumbai consumers browse products online but prefer to buy from physical stores to check quality, while others visit stores first and then purchase online for better deals. This mix of digital and offline experiences shows how shoppers are adapting to the best of both worlds. The analysis also highlighted clear differences across age groups. Younger consumers (18-35 years) are the most active online buyers because they are comfortable with technology and prefer quick, hassle-free shopping. However, older consumers are also becoming more open to e-commerce due to secure payment systems, improved customer service, and flexible return policies. Despite these positive trends, issues such as late deliveries, product mismatches, refund delays, and data privacy concerns continue to bother some shoppers. Overall, the study concludes that Mumbai's e-commerce market is entering a new phase of maturity where digital convenience is being balanced with personal trust and local service. Retailers who focus on personalized marketing, transparent communication, and efficient last-mile delivery will have an edge in this competitive market. The paper also suggests that the future of e-commerce in Mumbai lies in a hybrid approach, where online and offline retail work together to create better experiences for consumers.
