The Arayars are a distinctive ethnic group of hill tribes inhabiting the precipitous slopes of elevated mountain ranges of the Western Ghats. They are best known for their striking appearance and greater degree of social refinement compared to other hill tribes. They have remained largely insulated from external influence. However, the advent of modernization has gradually ensnared Arayar women, compelling them to adopt foreign lifestyles. While the older generation remains steadfast in preserving traditional values, revering both their cultural heritage and the natural environment, the younger generation has fully embraced the transformations ushered in by modernization, often repudiating their ancestral customs and relationship with Nature. This study seeks to critically examine the impact of modernization on women, Nature, and their tribal culture, juxtaposing the experiences of Arayar women from two distinct generational cohorts.

Recent breakthroughs in nanotechnology are set to transform drug manufacturing, drug delivery systems, and medical diagnostics. Nanoparticles exhibit distinct properties that differ from larger micro- and macro-particles, making them highly effective in various applications. In the field of life sciences, nanotechnology is expected to drive groundbreaking changes, particularly in drug delivery, diagnostic tools, nutraceuticals, and the development of biomaterials. Nanoparticles are utilized in a wide array of industries, including electronics, magnetic pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, energy production, catalysis, and materials science. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), nanotechnology encompasses research and development activities at the atomic, molecular, or macromolecular level, typically within the 1-100 nanometer (nm) range. This field focuses on creating and utilizing structures, devices, and systems with unique properties and functions attributable to their small size, with the capacity to control or manipulate materials at the atomic scale. In the near future, nanoparticles hold significant potential for applications in new products like cosmetics, textiles, and paints. In healthcare, these technologies could enhance the potency of traditional drugs and provide innovative solutions for diseases previously considered untreatable. This paper will explore different types of nanoparticles, examining their benefits, limitations, and applications across various fields.

The abstract provides a concise overview of the core elements of the research. It should cover the following: o Importance of Mathematical Models in Disease Spread: Briefly state the importance of modeling the spread of infectious diseases. Highlight how mathematical models help epidemiologists understand and predict disease dynamics, especially during outbreaks. o Focus on SIR Model: Introduce the SIR model (Susceptible-Infected-Recovered) as one of the foundational epidemiological models. Mention how this model divides a population into three groups: susceptible individuals, infected individuals, and recovered individuals, and its role in predicting disease spread. o Extensions and Variants: Mention extensions like the SEIR (Susceptible-Exposed-Infected-Recovered) and SIRS (Susceptible-Infected-Recovered-Susceptible) models, explaining how they address specific disease characteristics (e.g., latency period, immunity waning). o Applications to Public Health: Briefly discuss how these models have been applied in real-world pandemics, such as COVID-19, to predict infection rates, estimate the basic reproduction number R0R_0R0, and evaluate intervention strategies like vaccination and social distancing.

Dadru is one of the Kshudra Kushtha according to Acharya Charak & Mahakushtha according to Acharya Sushrut. Dadru is a Kapha Pradhan Vyadhi according to Acarya Sushruta. According to Acarya Caraka Dadru Kaphapitta is the prominent Dosa in Dadru Kustha. The Susruta Samhita commentator Dalhana split Dadru into two halves, Sita and Asita. Clinically symptoms are as circular patches with raised margin (Mandal), redness around lesion (Raga), intense itching over & around patches, burning sensation (Daha), eruption (Pidika) anywhere in body. Ringworm is one of the fungal infections of the body usually present as a slightly itchy, asymmetrical, scaly, raised edge. They are similar features as Dadru Kushtha. Nidana- Various aetiological factors include Aharaha, Viharaj, Acharaja, Sansargaja, Kulaja Krimija and Chikitsa Vibharansajanya described. Separate Poorvarupa (Premonitory symptoms) of Dardru Kustha are not described in Ayurveda science but the Premonitory symptoms of Kustha are included in Dadru. Rupa- It is Durvavat Deergha Pratana, with the color of an Atasi flower and Kandu that goes from one lesion to another (Anushaangini). Upashaya- The classical literature includes no particular references to the Upashaya of Dadru. However, the Pathya description pertaining to Kustha could be regarded as the Upasaya. Samprapti- Nidana Sevana Doshas become vitiated simultaneously; they enter the sira and vitiate Twak, Raktha, Mamsa, and Ambu, resulting in Shaithilya in those. Tridosha thereafter takes up residence in Shithila Dhatu. An imbalance in the Bahudosha is called Kushtha. Pathya-Apathya and line of treatment are also described in detail. In the article, details described of Nidanapachaka to understand various aspects of Dadru kustha, it will help to accurate diagnosis and prepare treatment plan of Dadru Kustha.

AI has received increased attention from the information systems (IS) research community in recent years. There is, however, a growing concern that research on AI could experience a lack of cumulative building of knowledge, which has overshadowed IS research previously. This study addresses this concern, by conducting a systematic literature review of AI research in IS between 2005 and 2020. Today, the amount of data that is generated, by both humans and machines, far outpaces humans' ability to absorb, interpret, and make complex decisions based on that data. Artificial intelligence forms the basis for all computer learning and is the future of all complex decision making. This paper examines features of artificial Intelligence, introduction, definitions of AI, history, applications, growth and achievements.

ABSTRACT The Right To Education (RTE) Act 2009, places the onus of ensuring the right to a fair quality education, founded on the principles of equity and non-discrimination, on the state. This study examines the perceptions of elementary school teachers and principals in District Samba, Jammu and Kashmir, regarding the Right to Education (RTE) Act of 2009. The RTE Act, which became applicable in the region after the abrogation of Article 370, aims to ensure free and compulsory education for children aged 6-14 years. The study employs a quantitative survey methodology, using self-constructed perception scales to gather data from 150 participants, including teachers and headmasters from both government and private schools. The findings indicate no significant differences in perceptions based on gender, school board affiliation (CBSE vs. State Board), or urban-rural location. However, a significant difference was observed between teachers in government and private schools, with government school teachers displaying a more favourable perception of the Act. Additionally, elementary school principals showed general awareness of the RTE Act, though some lacked understanding of specific provisions, such as the prohibition on capitation fees. The study underscores the need for professional development programs to enhance teachers' understanding of the RTE Act and suggests further research to explore factors affecting its effective implementation. The results further provide valuable insights for policymakers to address gaps and strengthen the education system.
