This research seeks to explore the influence of various behavioural factors on investment decisions in capital market made by individuals of Generation Millennials (born between 1981 and 1996) in India. A total of five behavioural factors such as FOMO, Stock Characteristics, Market Information, Investor's Cognitive Psychology, Word of Mouth using a sample of 251 respondents have been investigated. The results indicate that while word of mouth negatively impacts investment decisions, factors such as FOMO, stock characteristics, market information, and investor's cognitive psychology positively influence these decisions. Additionally, the study reveals significant differences in investment decision-making based on gender, age, employment status, trading frequency, and income allocation. According to a survey of the literature, not many studies have exclusively examined these behavioural factors in relation to their influence on Generation Millennials investors. While several studies have explored psychological constructs among Generation X, there is a notable dearth of research focusing on Millennials in India. This indicates that this aspect of behavioural finance among generation Millennials investors remains largely unexplored and requires further attention from researchers globally. By investigating the influence of multiple factors on investment decisions and the various biases related to them, this study seeks to bridge this gap.

Sustainable water management in horticulture is essential for enhancing crop production while preserving vital water resources in the face of increasing global demand for food and the challenges posed by climate change. This study explores various sustainable water management techniques, including precision irrigation, rainwater harvesting, and soil moisture conservation practices, and their modern implications for horticultural crop production. Through an analysis of innovative technologies and practices, the research highlights how these methods improve water efficiency, increase crop yields, and enhance the quality of produce. The findings demonstrate that sustainable water management not only optimizes resource use but also contributes to environmental sustainability and economic viability for farmers. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of community engagement and education in implementing these practices effectively. Ultimately, this research underscores the critical role of sustainable water management in fostering resilient agricultural systems capable of meeting the challenges of food security and environmental stewardship in the 21st century.

In this work, poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) thin films with doped V?O? have been synthesized using solvent-casting method with various concentrations of dopant (V?O?; 0.0001, 0.0005, 0.001, 0.005, 0.01, 0.05 and 0.1 wt%). The structure of the obtained films were characterized using Fourier transform infra-red spectroscopy (FTIR) and UV-Vis (ultra violet- visible spectroscopy). In FTIR studies, after doping, one extra peak at 1036 cm?? shows terminal oxygen bonds (V=O) are vibrating in stretching manner. the direct band gap energy of the composites decreases in small amount at concentration (0.001 wt% ) of V?O? increases.

The study addresses challenges in designing rotary joints for robotic arms used in rehabilitation devices and industrial settings. These joints need to be compact, lightweight, and handle significant loads. Traditional design methods are time-consuming and resource-intensive. The authors propose a new approach that combines several techniques to optimize the joint's structure. This includes methods for exploring different shapes (topology method), analysing variations (analysis of variance), simulating stress and strain (finite element method), using artificial intelligence to learn from data (adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system), and finding the best design based on performance (water cycle moth-flame optimization algorithm). Using this approach, the researchers designed a new rotary joint. Tests showed it could withstand a torque of 357.46 Newton-millimeters and stress up to 489.98 Megapascals. The close match between predicted performance and test results (less than 1% difference) demonstrates the effectiveness of this new design optimization method.

Folklores and folk songs are the corner stone in the construction of history pertaining to the Ao Nagas. Every practice that allots identity to an Ao Naga emanated from such oral narrations, songs and adages and these elements encapsulated in general, the culture of the Ao Nagas. Thus representing humans through the nature and character of an animal is a common aspect or rather a custom in the Ao Naga society. This paper aims at exploring such folklores and sayings in studying the gendering process and the representation of male and female roles through zoomorphic and metaphorical expressions.

The "sex" and "gender" debates always flare up whenever the topic of gender is broached. Gender is a cultural construction, in contrast to the biological category of sex. Based on these myths, society places men and women in different positions. The female is often the focal point of any discussion on gender. Culture and society both have biases against women. Gender is a feminist concept, but sexism against males has been under-analyzed, making this an exclusively female concern. Discourse analysis of gender as an interdisciplinary field of research. Sociology, linguistics, communication, anthropology, psychology, and literature are all part of this umbrella term. Discourse really serves as a lens through which gender inequality may be examined.Social scientists investigate society and social behavior using a variety of conceptual words as analytical categories. Concepts help social scientists create useful categories for studying social behavior scientifically. Several such principles serve as a basis for the study of gender dynamics and behavior. For instance, Ill Matthews, in her 1984 exploration of how femininity is constructed, pioneered the idea of gender. Mathews argues that the idea of gender accounts for the universal practice of classifying people into gendered categories. Therefore, the term/concept of gender is a methodical means of studying the social patterns between men and women. The study of male domination in society is aided by the idea of patriarchy. Gender is a useful lens through which to examine the ways in which men and women differ, whether those differences have their roots in biology or were imposed on them by culture. Some species of trout are more stereotypically male or female due to the conceptions of masculinity and femininity. We will be covering some groundwork here. Sex, gender, patriarchy, and the definitions of male and female are all part of these ideas.

This review paper integrates current research on entrepreneurial attitudes and intentions among students, focusing on various theoretical models and empirical studies. The study's main objective is to explore variance theoretical models and empirical studies to understand the factors influencing entrepreneurship. It examines the (Jain, n.d.) Model of Attitude, highlighting its affective, behavioral, and cognitive components in shaping attitudes towards entrepreneurship. Additionally, studies by (Van Wyk & Boshoff, 2004) ,Chen & Lai (2010), Velusamy (n.d.), and others explore factors influencing entrepreneurial attitudes across different cultural and educational contexts, such as risk-taking propensity, family support, and educational experiences. Specific attention is given to (Soomro et al., 2021), whose study validates Thailand's Entrepreneurial Attitude Orientation (EAO) model. They find that achievement, personal control, and innovation significantly impact entrepreneurial attitudes among Thai university students, while self-esteem shows no significant effect. This underscores the role of educational interventions in fostering a favourable entrepreneurial mindset crucial for economic development. This review integrates current research on entrepreneurial attitudes and intentions among students to understand these factors better, emphasizing various theoretical models and empirical studies.
