 Abstract

This study has been undertaken to develop hard candy lozenge formulation of Tinidazole which is an anti-protozoal, Anti- bacterial agent, with sugar substitutes for effective management of trichomonasis, giardiasis and amoebiasis, this formulations helps to overcome the disadvantage of Tinidazole such as poor flow properties, bitter taste, abdominal pain etc. These Sugar free lozenges do not stimulate insulin and helps in reducing the risk factor for diabetics and also promote tooth cavities for young children. The method used is heating and congealing where isomalt is used as a low caloric sugar substitute. Optimized formulation F4 with 0.01% plasticizer concentration was evaluated for various quality control parameters. Stability studies were conducted as per ICH guidelines. Hard candy lozenges were better formulations than marketed tablets with 98% release within 30 minutes. Low plasticizer concentration resulted in harder lozenges with minimum amount of processing problems.

Abstract The rapid growth of digital currencies is reshaping the landscape of financial management, creating new challenges and opportunities for organizations, regulators, and financial institutions. This paper assesses the evolving role of financial management in the era of digital currency adoption, focusing on its impact on financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies. By exploring the influence of decentralized finance (De Fi), central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), and private crypto currencies, the study provides insights into the potential transformations in transaction mechanisms, monetary policies, and corporate finance operations.  Abstract

The application of personalized recommendation systems spans various fields, including entertainment, retail, and now, culinary experiences. With the rapid expansion of online recipe databases, the demand for intelligent systems capable of delivering tailored recipe suggestions considering dietary restrictions, available ingredients, and user preferences--has intensified (Adomavicius & Tuzhilin, 2005). This paper introduces a machine learning-driven recipe recommendation system employing collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and hybrid techniques to tackle challenges like data sparsity, cold-start issues, and dietary customization. The system demonstrates high accuracy and user satisfaction by offering adaptable, personalized recipe recommendations, with evaluations conducted using precision, recall, and F1 score metrics.

 Abstract

Hair plays an important role in making body externally beautiful, good looking long hair makes a person mentally enthusiastic and healthy. According to survey up to 40% of men & 25% of women in India are victims of hair fall (khalitya). It is a universal and very common problem, having affected both sexes of all races. On a daily basis, the hair falls out of the head, specifically throughout washing and brushing 70-100 hairs loss a day is a very common however, dropping over 100 hairs a day lasting longer than a couple of weeks indicate a serious problem. The present study has been undertaken to manage the condition of Khalitya (hair fall) by Nasya treatment by comparing the role of Pratimarsh Nasya with Yastimadhuk tailshadbindu taila in the management of on Khalitya (hair fall). Statistically Significant changes were observed after therapy in all the signs and symptoms of Hair fall and while comparing both the groups therapy Group-A (Yastimadhuk Taila Nasya) showed good results than Group-B (Shadbindu Taila Nasya). In Group-A 19 patients were gained Moderate response and in Group-B, 17 patients were gained Moderate response, however the problem of Khalitya (hairs fall) is chronic in nature but not serious disorders.

 Abstract

DDoS attacks are a big problem for online services. Many methods have been made to find them. But previous studies mostly focused on finding all the possible attack patterns and types, not on how easily available DDoS tools make the attacks worse. This study looks at how these tools make the attacks happen more often and become more serious. The study suggests using a machine learning algorithm to find DDoS attacks. It uses a method to pick the best features and makes it faster and better. The new system is very accurate with a 99.9% level. It's also precise (96%), can find most attacks (98%), and also F1 score of 97%. The study shows that picking the best features can make a big difference in how best the system works.

 Abstract

The present paper examines the intensity and determinants of unpaid work in India through a gender perspective. The study used Indian time use survey data 2019 for the analysis. Cross tabulation and Tobit regression model is applied for identifying various factors determining unpaid work. The analysis found gender imbalance in unpaid work and the intensity of unpaid work vary between regions. The Tobit analysis identified the prominent role of marital status, work status, religion, and social group on the time allocation of unpaid work. However, female education does not impact the burden of unpaid work because higher educated women dedicate more time than illiterate women for unpaid work. Similarly, the effect of household expenditure and household size on unpaid work is negative. But land size positively associated with unpaid work because higher land possession increases the unpaid production activities for both males and females. Overall analysis identified the significant influence of socio-economic factors selected in the Tobit model.

 Abstract

Benzimidazole is aheterocyclic aromatic organic compound. Benzimidazole is also known as 1H-benzimidazole. It is a bicyclic compound. It is formed by fusing the benzene ring with an imidazole ring that contains two nitrogen atoms.They are widely distributed, both natural and synthetic molecules. Benzimidazoles, known for their significant medical benefits against various diseases, have gained significant interest due to recent advancements in synthetic methods. Recent advancements in synthetic methodologies and drug design have facilitated the development of novel benzimidazole derivatives with improved potency and reduced side effects. Benzimidazole and its derivatives play amajor role in treating various diseases, like anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-coagulant, anti-microbial, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, antidiabetic, neuroprotective, analgesic, anti-protozoal, hypertensive, anti-ulcer, anti-convulsant, anti-HIV, analgesic, anti-parasitic, proton pump inhibitors,etc.Benzimidazole and its derivatives are prepared in different ways,including condensation of o-phenylenediamine with carbonyl compounds or carboxylic acids and their derivatives. The benzimidazole can beprepared by rearranging other heterocyclic compounds,including quinoxaline derivatives, triazole derivatives, etc. In recent years, benzimidazoles have been prepared by using green methods like microwaves, ultrasound, ecofriendly catalysts, and photochemical reactions. This review focuses on the benzimidazole and their derivatives,the methods used to preparethem, as well as their biological applications in our daily lives.
