Media and Information Literacy (MIL) is a crucial civic skill in digital societies, yet context-sensitive, grounded studies on Indian higher education students'competencies in MIL are only a few. This pilot study focused on one such gap and laid the groundwork for development and preliminary validation of a MIL questionnaire to address the needs of Indian undergraduate students with reference to UNESCO framework for MIL and Potter's cognitive model. It was administered to 50 students of Maharaja Agrasen College, University of Delhi. For this study, the exploratory diagnostic design focused on the clarity, structure, discriminant ability and conceptual validity of the instrument. Results suggested strong digital access with functional levels of competency in the more complex processes of information searching and organization. However, higher levels of evaluative and participatory literacy in the critical aspects of social and civic engagement with varied civic spheres, advanced verification, and the creation of multimedia resources were absent. The instrument provided strong evidence of face, content, and construct validity in the cognitive, attitudinal, and behavioral domains of literacy. Minor recommendations included removing binary response options, assessing critical AI literacy, and deepening the constructs of verification and civic action. The pilot has limitations of sample size and context but the questionnaire was found to be useful for further studies to measure MIL competencies.

Background: Effectiveness of Feldenkrais Method vs Cranio-Cervical Flexion exercises for neck pain and forward head posture in undergraduate students with chronic neck pain. Objective: To study and compare the effectiveness of the Feldenkrais Method (Awareness Through Movement) and Cranio-Cervical Flexion Exercises on neck pain and forward head posture using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) and Craniovertebral Angle (CVA) in undergraduate students with chronic neck pain in 3 weeks of intervention period. Methods: A comparative study was conducted on 60 undergraduate students with chronic neck pain and forward head posture. Participants were randomly divided into two groups: Group A received Feldenkrais Method, and Group B received Cranio-Cervical Flexion Exercises for 3 weeks. Pain and posture were assessed using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) and Craniovertebral Angle (CVA) via Kinovea Software. Statistical Analysis compared pre and post treatment scores within and between groups. Results: The study included 60 participants and showed statistically significant improvements (p < 0.05) in both groups. Group A (Feldenkrais Method) showed a reduction in NPRS from 5 to 3.467 and an increase in CVA from 47.087 to 49.473. Group B (Cranio-Cervical Flexion Exercises) had a greater improvement, with NPRS decreasing from 5.4 to 1.267 and CVA increasing from 46.49 to 51.06. Conclusion: This study concluded that both the techniques are effective with higher significance but Craniocervical Flexion Exercise are more effective than Feldenkraise Method in reducing Neck Pain and improving Forward Head Posture among the Undergraduate students with Chronic Neck Pain.

This paper reviews advanced systems designed to reduce delays faced by emergency vehicles. The focus is on solutions that use GPS tracking, cloud platforms, and mobile applications to send alerts to nearby drivers when an emergency vehicle is approaching. This helps drivers clear the way quickly, reducing response time, improving traffic flow. The solution is cost-effective, easy to implement, and suitable for smart city applications.

The soil, and the use of organic farming, i.e. green manure, for yield under advanced. We can benefit from this by increasing the amount of fertilizer. It naturally nourishes agricultural techniques, does not harm the soil like chemical fertilizers. In fact, the nitrogen input obtained from the process of nitrogen fixation in the root nodules of leguminous plants is an attractive alternative natural source of nitrogen fertilizer, which is more sustainable than inorganic nitrogen fertilizers.

Mental health concerns and elderly care have become major issues worldwide, driven by increasing psychological stress, chronic diseases, and the growing number of aging individuals. People experiencing poor mental health often face emotional instability, reduced productivity, and difficulty maintaining social relationships. Likewise, older adults commonly deal with health complications that demand regular medical attention, consistent medication schedules, and emotional companionship to maintain their overall well-being. The absence of an integrated and accessible healthcare system highlights the need for a digital solution that can support both these groups in managing their physical and mental health effectively. This study presents a smart, easy-to-use healthcare platform developed to connect patients, families, and healthcare providers within a single system. Built using a User-Centered Design and Agile Development approach, the platform emphasizes simplicity, inclusiveness, and usability -- especially for seniors and users with limited technical experience. It includes features such as CRUD operations for handling user and medical data, analytical functions to identify health patterns, and secure authentication for data protection. Testing results show that the proposed system improves communication, accessibility, and monitoring efficiency. Overall, the research highlights how merging digital technology with compassionate healthcare can enhance safety, independence, and emotional well-being for both elderly users and individuals facing mental health challenges.

In today's fast-paced and sedentary lifestyle, combined with a lack of physical activity, dysmenorrhoea has emerged as a growing concern. Modern women are increasingly facing challenges brought on by stress, improper diet (Mithyaahara), unhealthy routines (Vihara), overexertion, and malnutrition. These factors can lead to imbalances in the "Rituchakra" and contribute to various menstrual disorders. Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of following Dinacharya (daily routine) and Ritucharya (seasonal routine), along with appropriate dietary habits and regular practice of Yoga, including Asanas, Pranayama, and meditation, to effectively manage dysmenorrhoea. In certain cases, Ayurvedic therapies such as Uttarbasti, Garbhashaya Balya Aushadhi, and Anuvasana or Matrabasti may also be recommended. Conventional treatments for dysmenorrhoea often involve the use of analgesics and antispasmodics, which are not suitable for long-term use due to potential side effects. Kashtartava is mentioned as a symptom within the context of other disorders. Therefore, this study aims to explore and compile the scattered classical references related to Kashtartava in Ayurvedic literature.

Cancer remains a major global health concern, with chemotherapy and radiotherapy forming the cornerstone of curative and palliative treatment protocols. However, these therapies are often associated with significant adverse effects including systemic toxicity, mucositis, immunosuppression, and gastrointestinal disturbances. These complications not only affect the patient's quality of life but also hinder treatment compliance. In this context, Ayurveda--specifically the branch of Agadtantra, which deals with the science of poisons and toxins--offers valuable insights. By interpreting iatrogenic toxicities through the lens of Dushi Visha and Garavisha, this paper explores traditional detoxification approaches, Rasayana therapy, and Panchakarma protocols that may assist in mitigating the side effects of modern cancer therapies. The study integrates classical textual references with contemporary clinical perspectives to propose a holistic and supportive care framework.

Tooth extraction commonly results in alveolar bone resorption and soft tissue remodeling, which can complicate future dental implant placement. Alveolar Ridge Preservation (ARP) techniques are employed to minimize these dimensional changes and optimize restorative outcomes. Hyaluronic acid (HA), a naturally occurring glycosaminoglycan, has gained attention for its regenerative properties, including osteoinduction, anti-inflammation, and antimicrobial effects. HA supports wound healing, angiogenesis, and enhances the activity of osteoblasts and fibroblasts. Clinical applications range from standalone HA gels to combinations with xenografts or membranes in guided bone regeneration. Preclinical and clinical studies indicate that HA can improve bone density, reduce resorption, and promote soft tissue healing. However, variations in study design, HA formulations, and outcome measures have led to inconsistent findings. Despite these limitations, HA remains a promising adjunct in ARP. Larger, standardized, long-term studies are essential to establish its definitive role in socket preservation.
