Due to machine learning progress in biomedical and healthcare communities, accurate study of medical data benefits early disease recognition, patient care and community services. When the quality of medical data is incomplete the exactness of study is reduced. Moreover, different regions exhibit unique appearances of certain regional diseases, which may result in weakening the prediction of disease outbreaks. In the proposed system, it provides machine learning algorithms for effective prediction of various disease occurrences in disease-frequent societies. It experiments the altered estimate models over real-life hospital data collected. To overcome the difficulty of incomplete data, it uses a latent factor model to rebuild the missing data. It experiments on a regional chronic illness of cerebral infarction. Using structured and unstructured data from hospital it uses Machine Learning algorithm. It predicts probable diseases by mining data sets. To the best of our knowledge in the area of medical big data analytics none of the existing work focused on both data types. Compared to several typical estimate algorithms, the calculation exactness of our proposed algorithm reaches 94.8% with a convergence speed which is faster than that of the machine learning disease risk prediction algorithm.

Stress related to work load is a recognized problem in health care workers. Nursing has been identified as an occupation that has high levels of stress. It was found that job stress brought about hazardous impacts not only on nurses' health but also in their abilities to cope with job demands. This seriously impairs the provision of quality care and the efficacy of health services delivery. Nursing has been identified by a number of studies as a stressful occupation. Emotional freedom technique (EFT) tapping is a mind-body method of tapping acupuncture points (acupoints) on the hands, face, and body with your fingertips while focusing on an issue or feeling you're hoping to resolve. This method may reduce stress and anxiety, improve performance, lessen cravings, and help resolve fears. The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of Emotional freedom technique on stress related to work load among staff nurses working in general wards of selected tertiary care hospital of the city. Methods : The present study was based on Quantitative research approach with One group pre test post test research design. Study was conducted on 100 staff nurses working in general wards of selected tertiary care hospital of the city who were selected by using non-probability purposive sampling technique. Semi structured questionnaire was used to collect demographic data and standardized perceived stress scale (PSS) to assess the level of perceived stress among nurses. Data analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics to describe and show the association between stress and the variables. Based on the objectives and the hypothesis the study data were analyzed by using various statistical tests such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, t' test and chi square test. Result : The study result reveals that, majority 80% of samples having moderate stress score in Pre- test scores that has reduced to 24% in post- test after EFT. 14% of subjects were having mild stress in pre- test, which has hiked to 76%in post-test, Whereas 6% samples were having severe stress before EFT which was minimized to zero in post-test. There was a marked relapse in post EFT stress scores. The comparisons of the pre- test and post- test means scores of the stress were done by the paired t test. The pre- test average score was 18.83 with standard deviation of 4.28 whereas the post- test average score was 12.00 with standard deviation of 3.50. The test statistics value of the paired t test was 17.74 with p value 0.00. Shows that Emotional Freedom Technique intervened to reduce the severity of job stress was effective. Conclusion : The level of stress related to work load among staff nurses working in general wards reduced significantly after Emotional Freedom Technique. It is recommended that such technique has to be arranged for staff nurses to reduce stress

Nursing is adjudged as an arduous job. A strenuous or a stressful job is defined as one when demands do not match the resources, capabilities and needs of an employee. Socioeconomic factors, occupation, day to day scheme of things, tough assignments having strict deadlines and affective disorders have escalated the stress levels in the present day lifestyle. The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of body scan meditation on stress among staff nurses working in operation theatre of selected tertiary care hospital of city. Methods : The present study was based on Quantitative research approach with One group pre test post test research design. The population was all staff nurses working in tertiary care hospitals present during the study period. The sample consisted of 80 staff nurses working in tertiary care hospitals. The sampling technique used in this study was Non probability Convenience sampling technique. The Standardized perceived stress scale (SPSS) was used to assess the stress level of staff nurses. The content validity of the tool was done by 13 expert from Department of Mental Health Nursing. The reliability of the questionnaire was done by test retest method. Based on the objectives and the hypothesis the study data were analyzed by using various statistical tests such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, t' test, one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) Result : The study result reveals that, 90 % Staff nurses were female. Majority 70 % of the Staff nurses were completed their GNM. 51.20 % of the staff nurses were having above 5 years of experience in operation theatre. In pre test 93.75 % of the staff nurses had moderate stress Whereas in post test 82.50 % of the Staff nurses had low stress. In the pre test the mean of the Stress score obtained by the Staff nurses was 20.73 and in the post test it markedly reduced to 11.52. The Stress of the Staff nurses were reduced after giving Body Scan Meditation. Conclusion : The nurses commonly more prone to get stress while working in hospital, for the reason of work load and shortage of nursing personnel, time pressure, death dying uncertainty of treatment , lack of knowledge in advancement of technology and equipments. The study was carried out to assess the effectiveness of Body Scan Meditation on stress among staff nurses working in operation theatre of selected tertiary care hospital. In the pre test the mean of the Stress score obtained by the Staff nurses was 20.73 and in the post test it markedly reduced to 11.52. Cosmeceuticals are products that combine cosmetics and biologically active substances, claiming therapeutic or pharmacological benefits. They are used to treat dermatological conditions, nourish the skin, and enhance its appearance by improving tone, texture, and brightness, and reducing wrinkles. Unlike traditional cosmetics, cosmeceuticals aim to provide both aesthetic and skin health benefits. Herbal cosmeceuticals are particularly popular due to their safety and antioxidant properties. However, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act does not officially recognize the term cosmeceuticals, and the FDA does not require pre-market review or verification of manufacturers' claims. While safety testing is standard for both cosmetics and cosmeceuticals, efficacy testing of active ingredients is not mandatory. Cosmeceuticals are limited to topical applications like ointments, lotions, and creams.

Talk about how some factors affect the likelihood of adverse drug reactions (ADRs). Using PubMed, the Cochrane database of systematic reviews, EMBASE, and IDIS, a comprehensive review of the literature published between 1991 and 2012 was conducted. The following keywords were used: ambulatory care, primary health care, iatrogenic disease causes, adverse drug reactions, medication errors, side effects, and treatment hazards. ADRs are caused by a variety of variables, some of which are associated with the patient, the medication, or society. For example, age has a significant influence on the incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADRs); patients of all ages are more susceptible to these responses than those of other age groups. ADRs are significantly impacted by alcohol use as well. ADRs are caused by a variety of reasons. Healthcare practitioners can do this by being aware of these factors. 1. Select the best medication schedules 2. Give each patient tailored guidance. 3. Take into account pharmacogenomics, or genetic predispositions. When making treatment decisions, healthcare providers can lower ADRs by taking into account both modifiable (such as smoking and alcohol consumption) and non-modifiable (such as age and genetics) factors.
