Asthma is a long-term inflammatory condition that affects the airways, leading to breathing difficulties, wheezing, coughing, and chest tightness. It is marked by airway inflammation, hyperresponsiveness, and variable airflow obstruction. The immune system plays a significant role in asthma, with cells such as mast cells, eosinophils, and T cells contributing to airway inflammation. Elevated nitric oxide levels serve as an indicator of inflammation in asthmatic patients. Asthma is classified based on its underlying inflammatory patterns, including T2-high and T2-low types. Proper management involves following treatment guidelines, using inhaled corticosteroids, and identifying potential triggers. Poor asthma control is commonly linked to inadequate treatment adherence, misdiagnosis, or severe disease forms. This study examines the mechanisms, classification, and management of asthma while emphasizing the need for timely diagnosis and appropriate therapy to enhance patient well-being.

I. INTRODUCTION: Anaemia is characterised by a blood haemoglobin level that is below the lower limit of the typical range for the person's age and sex. The World Health Organisation reports that the prevalence of anaemia among pregnant women in underdeveloped nations ranges from 35 to 100%, with an average of 60%. According to the WHO, anaemia during pregnancy is defined as a haemoglobin concentration of less than 11.0 g/dl or a packed cell volume (PCV) of less than 33.0%. Between 40 and 80 per cent of pregnant women experience it. The main causes of anaemia during pregnancy are hemoglobinopathies, intestinal parasite infections, malaria, and iron and folic acid deficits. Young age, great multiparity, low socioeconomic level, ignorance, illiteracy, and brief pregnancy intervals are risk factors. II. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: 1. To investigate different anaemia patterns in pregnant women with haemoglobin levels below 11gm%. 2. To use red cell morphology to identify the most prevalent pattern of anaemia during pregnancy. III. MATERIAL AND METHOD: This prospective study was conducted in the pathology department of SBKS MIRC Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, Dhiraj Hospital, Pipariya, Waghodia, Vadodara, over six months, from June 2024 to November 2024. 120 pregnant women with haemoglobin levels below 11 gm/dl participated in the trial. Field-stained peripheral blood smears and all haematological parameters were assessed. The entire obstetric and clinical history was documented. Additionally, socioeconomic status was recorded. IV. RESULTS: We identified 47 patients (39.1%) with dimorphic anaemia, 36 patients (30%) with microcytic hypochromic anaemia, 23 patients (19.1%) with normocytic hypochromic anaemia, 11 patients (9.16%) with sickle cell anaemia, and 1 patient (0.83%) with pancytopenia out of 120 anaemia cases. The age range of 21 to 30 years old saw the highest number of instances. The remaining 68 instances (56.6%) were gravida two to four, while 52 cases (43.3%) were primigravida. In the first trimester, 20 instances (16.6%) were diagnosed; in the second trimester, 38 cases (31.6%); and in the third trimester, 62 cases (51.6%). V. CONCLUSION: In summary, dimorphic anaemia and microcytic hypochromic anaemia are the two most prevalent morphological types of anaemia in our study, more prevalent during the third trimester of pregnancy and in multigravida women. Anaemia is frequent after the first trimester due to increasing foetal demand and the hemodilution effect. Low socioeconomic level, multiparity, and H/O problems from a prior pregnancy are the risk factors for anaemia in this study. To prevent anaemia during pregnancy, socioeconomic situations must be improved, early detection must be made, and quality prenatal care must be given.

A complete framework appears in this study to facilitate decisions about enterprise application development cloud service implementation. Modern business operations heavily depend on cloud services, but organizations confront sophisticated decisions through integrative approaches. The framework establishes an organized method to assess the strategic value and risks of integrating cloud services during application development cycles. An extensive assessment of existing literature is the starting point that showcases essential patterns alongside empty spaces in previous academic research. The proposed framework uses existing knowledge to establish a new method that breaks down its structure into benefits assessment parts, followed by risk evaluation and strategic mapping and implementation deployment sections. A real-world investigation of the framework occurs through a case study that illustrates its operational use and results within an enterprise environment. The research results confirm the framework's usefulness for improving cloud service selection decisions that align chosen solutions with organizational targets and concrete value creation. This investigation benefits academic and enterprise understanding of cloud computing, providing substantial practical guidance for companies aiming to build competitive edges by adopting cloud technology.

Kerala is internationally acclaimed for its literacy and human development achievements. Yet, in spite of its progressive education system, the state's tribal communities are highly marginalized in access, participation, and achievement in education. This paper critically analyzes the systemic, cultural, and geographical constraints hindering the educational progress of tribal communities. Employing an interdisciplinary framework, the research integrates empirical evidence, policy analysis, and sociocultural insights to underscore enduring inequalities. In addition, it assesses the effectiveness of current policy interventions and offers practical recommendations to promote inclusive education among tribal populations in Kerala. The analysis seeks to provide transformative insights into closing the educational gap while being sensitive to the cultural and epistemological identity of tribal communities.

ABSTRACT Groundwater arsenic contamination in the Middle-Ganga plain poses a significant public health challenge. This study evaluates the interplay of hydrogeological and topographic factors influencing arsenic distribution. Findings suggest a critical need for targeted remediation strategies and sustainable management to mitigate health risks. Arsenic poisoning has become a global problem in the recent times. It is estimated that millions population are exposed to arsenic worldwide. Bihar is the state in India, which is in the vicinity of river Ganges where seven major tributaries from Great Himalayas through Nepal meet river Ganges. This entire Gangetic plain area is highly fertile land, with very high population density. In this state an estimated 10 million people are exposed to arsenic contaminated drinking water as well as irrigation water. Groundwater is the primary source of arsenic poisoning which has caused serious health hazards to the exposed population. The exposed population are exhibiting typical symptoms of arenicolids such as hyperkeratosis, melanosis, pigmentations and other skin manifestations. Arsenic Hot Spots Detected in Patna District, Bihar (India) - A Serious Health Hazard. Groundwater arsenic iso-lines with tapering arsenic concentrations have been detected for the first time in the study of arsenic contamination in groundwater in the region. There also exist intervening stretches of Arsenic-free aquifers. The arsenic contamination in the groundwater of the study area is alarmingly high. An estimated population of 5.5 lakhs is potentially exposed to serious health risks, with possible rise in morbidity in the next 5-10 years. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence and intensity of Arsenic Contamination of Groundwater resources in Patna, the most heavily populated district of Bihar, located along the River Ganges. The findings will aid in mitigation program for the arsenic affected population.
