Abstract
A correlational descriptive research design was adopted for the study. The population of the study was married women residing temporarily away from husband. The sample was 100 married women residing temporarily away from husband. The study was conducted at selected Dailgam community areas of Kashmir. Purposive sampling technique was used to select the 100 sample. Ethical permission was taken from Research ethical committee. Result shows there is no significant association of quality of life score with all the demographic variables at 0.05 level of significance. The collected data was analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics.

Abstract
உலகம் தோன்றிய காலத்திலே மிருகம் போலத் திரிந்து வாழ்ந்த ஆதி காலத்து மனிதன் நாகரிகம் அடைந்து நற்பண்பு பெற்ற காலம் முதல் இசைக்கலையை வளர்த்து வருகின்றான். துன்பமும் துயரமும் சூழ்ந்த மனித வாழ்க்கையில் சிறிது ஓய்வு நேரத்தில் இசையைக் கேட்டும், இசையைப் பாடியும், இசையில் திளைத்தும், இசையில் மூழ்கியும் மகிழ்கின்றான். மனித குலத்தின் வரப்பரசாதமாக இசைக்கலைத் திகழ்கின்றது. எனவே பெண்ணின் இசைக்கலை திறனும் தனக்கும் சமூகத்திற்கும் எவ்வாறு மகிழ்ச்சியாக்குகின்றது என்பதை ஆய்வதே இவ்வாய்வின் நோக்கமாகும்.

Abstract
The demand for Information technology increased during covid-19 pandemic. Every small and big businesses were shut physically due to covid-19 restrictions which led to a concept of work from home means working virtually. As everything was shut down even the schools and colleges, so the educational institutions also took the decision of teaching online. The teachers/faculties were not very much familiar with online teaching as it was not a part of there regular teaching before the pandemic. The purpose of this paper is to study the opinion or views of teachers/faculties regarding the online teaching, whether it is the best way of teaching or not and are they comfortable to completely go for online teaching in future. This paper will also focus on the difficulties faced by the faculties in online teaching and also what impact does online teaching has on students.

Abstract
Coaching is becoming increasingly popular in a variety of settings, including personal development, career advancement, and leadership development. One of the most powerful tools that coaches have at their disposal is the use of powerful questions. This paper reviews the research evidence on how the use of powerful questions can enhance coaching outcomes. The findings suggest that powerful questions can help coaches establish rapport with clients, increase clients' self-awareness, improve clients' problem-solving abilities, and facilitate clients' goal-setting and action planning. Furthermore, the paper discusses some of the limitations and challenges of using powerful questions in coaching and provides recommendations for future research.

Abstract
In India, the online gaming market is expanding. A innovative sector has emerged as a result of the rising popularity of online games. Gaming industry has become more popular in India, a country with a young gaming industry. The market is expected to expand rapidly in the future, thanks to increased use of smartphones, PCs and consoles, as well as cloud penetration. The industry is also experiencing a sharp increase in users and game downloads due to the latest COVID-19 pandemic. Data has been collected from both primary research and secondary research. The aim is to gain a clearer understanding of online gaming sector of India. Also, we gathered information by surveying people using Google Forms and asking them various questions that might help in our research. This research paper focuses on the subject of the evolution and growth of the gaming industry in India by identifying, characterizing and addressing the changes that have led to the development of gaming sector in India.
