This article looks at the editing considerations in Shoplifters and Broker by Hirokazu Koreeda that create moral ambiguity without the delivery of moral judgment. Embodied in tight editing, elliptical transitions, and story denouement, the editorial practice of Koreeda opposes moral dualities about family, crime, and care. The analysis, based on film-philosophy, ethical spectatorship theory and close textual analysis, states that editing is an ethical tool that develops viewer responsibility as opposed to narrative conclusion. Through their prediction of time lapses, withheld responses, long takes, and non-hierarchical montage, Koreeda creates a cinema of care that favors relational ethics in lieu of legal or normative frameworks. By placing editing as a moral agent to modern East Asia film making and broadening the arguments of family beyond biological and juridical descriptions, the article becomes part of the arguments about ethical cinema.

ABSTRACT: Ayurveda believes that marmas are the vulnerable sites or area of body where prana resides. Any trauma on these sites kills the person. This term has been used in general sense. As all the marma points doesn't leads to death, there are some marma points which causes permanent deformity in the body known as Vaikalyakara marma. In traditional Kshatriya warfare, striking an enemy at a vaikalyakara marma was a tactical method to neutralize a threat without necessarily causing fatality. These are the anatomical points where injury does not immediately cause death, but instead results in vaikalya - disabling deformity or irreversible loss of function. According to Sushruta Samhita, there are 44 such vaikalyakara marma among the 107 marmas identified. Therefore study of the science of marma is clinically very important for all medical practitioners to save the life of patients. Among the Shadanga (six main body parts), Shiras holds paramount anatomical and physiological significance, as it serves as the central controlling and coordinating system of the entire body, often referred as Uttamanga. These marmas lie in proximity to the brain, cranial nerves and major centres, making them highly susceptible to injury in both ancient and modern combat scenarios. This paper focuses on the Vaikalyakara marmas of shiras such as Apanga, Avartha, Phana and Vidhura. Classical descriptions from samhitas are examined in correlation with modern neuroanatomy and cranio-facial structures. Clinical outcomes of injuries to these marmas are analysed to bridge traditional knowledge with contemporary medical understanding. Before India's independence, village governance in Mizoram was overseen by hereditary chiefs. When the British arrived in 1890, they adopted a policy of limited intervention, allowing local administration to remain under the authority of these chiefs. Following independence, the Constituent Assembly established the North East Frontier (Assam) Tribal and Excluded Areas Committee, commonly referred to as the Bordoloi Committee, to propose a governance framework for Assam's hill regions. Based on its recommendations, autonomous district councils were formed in each hill district, and these provisions were later enshrined in Article 244(2) of the Indian Constitution under the Sixth Schedule. In 1954, the Lushai Hills District (Village Councils) Act of 1953 led to the creation of village councils, marking the beginning of grassroots democratic institutions in Mizoram. Over time, women's participation in these councils has steadily increased. The 73rd and 74th Constitutional Amendments, enacted during Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao's tenure, mandated the reservation of one-third of seats for women in rural and urban local bodies across India. In Mizoram, this commitment was reinforced through the Village Council (Amendment) Act of 2014, which legally ensured seat reservations for women. This paper seeks to evaluate the effects of these reservation policies on women's representation and participation in the local councils of Bethlehem Vengthlang, Aizawl, Mizoram.

The art of waiting is a beautiful gift of God for humanity. It strengthens the bonds, teaches the value of affection and time and connects humans by an invisible thread. But when this wait becomes endless and unbounded it becomes devoid of any meaning. Human patience when endlessly tested becomes the reason of their ultimate despair. The most subtle instance of this is Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godot which remarkably depicts the act of waiting leading to existential despair and trauma. This paper delves into how Beckett depicts waiting as a condition of despair and detachment with the world that reveals the cavities of the modern souls. The act of repetition and uselessness of bombous dialogues there, stage ornaments, and fragmented conversations present a world to us marked by alienation, moral and spiritual erosion. Vladimir and Estragon's intense expectation of arrival of Godot, an image continuously deferred, shows how humanity survives on false validations and hopeless hopes. Moreover, the master- servant relationship of Lucky and Pozzo clearly proves the existence of domination even in this despairful world. By placing Waiting for Godot into the category of Absurdist theatre, this study proves that Beckett seeks to portray the alienation that marks habitual human routines while simultaneously suggesting that the meaning from human life is utterly deferred. The play ultimately uses waiting as a weapon to delve deep into the existential despair that underlies the human life.

Approximately 10% of all persons over the age of 70 have significant memory loss, and in more than half the cause is AD. It is estimated that the annual total cost of caring for a single AD patient in an advanced stage of the disease is more than $50,000. The family, friends and caregivers of people with AD experience emotional, physical and financial stress as loved one become increasingly forgetful, frustrated, confused and lost during the course of the disease. Alzheimer's disease is the most common cause of dementia among older people. Dementia is loss of cognitive functioning - thinking, remembering reasoning and behavioural abilities that significantly deteriorates a patient's quality of life.

One of the unintended consequences of each electrical device's operation is the electromagnetic field generated near the device's location. Every creature, including humans, is daily exposed to the influence of several forms of this field, each defined by a unique set of physical attributes. As a result, it is critical to precisely define how an electromagnetic field affects physiological and pathological processes occurring in cells, tissues, and organs. Numerous epidemiological and experimental studies indicate that the extremely low frequency magnetic fields produced by electrical transmission lines and electrically powered devices, as well as the high frequency electromagnetic radiation emitted by electronic devices, may have a detrimental effect on the circadian system. On the other hand, numerous investigations have discovered that these fields have little effect on chronobiological markers. Several previously offered hypotheses, including one about the critical role of melatonin secretion disruption in the pathophysiology of electromagnetic field-induced disorders, should be reconsidered in light of current understanding. The purpose of this article is to summarise the research on the effect of electric, magnetic, and electromagnetic fields on melatonin and cortisol rhythms two main markers of the circadian system--as well as on sleep. Additionally, it contains fundamental information about these fields' nature, classification, characteristics, and sources.

The rapid increase in patient inflow in hospitals has created major challenges in managing appointments, queues, and service efficiency. Traditional ways of handling tokens in hospitals and just scheduling things by hand usually lead to people waiting forever. There is overcrowding too, and it is hard to know what is going on, plus resources do not get used well at all. I think that is a big issue in healthcare. This paper talks about a Smart Hospital Token Booking Web Application. It is meant to handle patient flow digitally. Things like generating tokens in real time, scheduling doctors by department, predicting how long consultations might take, and even rescheduling tokens automatically. That seems like it could make things smoother. The app has authentication for users and admins. It lists hospitals based on the city, shows doctor duties that change dynamically, and includes dashboards to check on rush times and how services are performed. Some parts might overlap a bit, but overall, it monitors patterns. It was built with Python Flask for the backend, HTML and CSS for the front, and SQLite as the database. This setup should handle data securely, scale up if needed, and be easy for people to use. I am not totally sure about every detail, but it feels practical. Furthermore, the integration of data analytics and machine learning models enhances predictive scheduling and operational decision-making. The results demonstrate that the system significantly reduces patient waiting time, improves hospital workflow efficiency, and enhances transparency for both patients and administrators, highlighting the potential of digital healthcare platforms in modern hospital management systems.

Abstract: 'The Age of Innocence' was written by Edith Wharton in 1920, and became the first woman to win the Pulitzer Prize for this novel. The novel offers a panoramic view of the polished outward manners of powerful families in 1870s New York. The novel focuses on the conflict between social and individual fulfilment and the manners of old and new elite families. Edith Wharton expresses the manners of these families through the description of material details. New elites were those who had gained their money in recent years and entered the upper crust of the social pyramid of New York. The upper crust of New York were respectable families who had improved their social status by marrying into one of the ruling clans. These three families, the Dagonets of Washington Square, the Lannings, and the Van Der Luydens, were direct descendants of the first Dutch governor of Manhattan. The relationship between the house as a physical space and its relationship to its inhabitant's character and emotions is the dominant aspect of the novel. This paper deals with material and graphical details used in Wharton's 'The Age of Innocence' and the reason behind the usage of those material details.

Pre-engineered steel (PEB) structures are widely adopted in modern construction due to their structural efficiency, reduced construction time, and economic advantages. This study presents the modelling, structural analysis, and design of a pre-engineered steel frame using STAAD.Pro software. The structure is analysed using the finite element method to evaluate member forces, bending moments, shear forces, and deflections under various loading conditions. Design verification is carried out in accordance with relevant Indian Standards, particularly IS 800:2007. Load combinations including dead load, live load, wind load, and seismic load are considered to ensure structural safety and serviceability. The results confirm that the designed structure satisfies strength and stability requirements. The study demonstrates that STAAD.Pro provides accurate analytical results and supports efficient structural optimization for PEB systems.
