Foreign trade plays an important role in the economic development of a nation. It is an engine of growth and signifies trade between one country and other countries. foreign trade is a crucial part of development strategy. It has been an effective mechanism of financial growth, creation of job opportunities and poverty reduction in the economy. Exports and imports are important because together they make up a country's balance of trade, which can impact an economy's overall health. In a healthy economy, both imports and exports see continual growth. This usually represents a sustainable and strong economy. The design of the present study is descriptive and analytical. The study is based on the data collected from secondary sources. The overall Exports and Imports have been analysed with the help of data gathered from the reports published by UNCTAD. The required data related to yearly volume of import and export of merchandise and services by India for a period of one year have been obtained from the monthly bulletin of Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). Various other websites, news articles, published and unpublished papers were also used in the study. This research paper explores the India's Export Import Trends during the year 2022-2023. By Examining India's overall Exports (merchandise and Service) study also identifies India's main export and import commodities and analysed the positive and negative growth of various commodity and their percentage changes by using the data from secondary source. It finally highlights key policy changes which could impact local production as well as international demand for these exports. The concept of the idea-expression dichotomy is a foundational principle in copyright law, designed to maintain a delicate equilibrium between fostering creativity and safeguarding intellectual property. This doctrine differentiates between the fundamental ideas and the specific way these ideas are presented, acknowledging that ideas themselves are not subject to copyright protection but the distinctive and tangible manifestations of those ideas. Copyright law is in place to protect the original and concrete manners in which ideas are communicated, not the ideas in their abstract form. This principle is pivotal in stimulating innovation and preventing monopolies over elementary concepts or themes. When ideas and expressions become indistinguishable, there is what's known as a merger, and this may preclude the granting of copyright protection. Implementing this dichotomy can be challenging for courts, especially in intricate cases concerning literature, art, cinema, and software. They must ascertain whether the copyrighted work contains safeguarded expressions or merely embodies unshielded ideas. The criteria for defining what qualifies as a protected expression can be complex contingent on the work's level of abstraction and detail. This article will discuss the history and origin of the Idea- Expression Dichotomy, the laws that are provided from an Indian perspective, and their exceptions.

In most critical care areas tracheostomy procedure is common for providing mechanical ventilator support. Tracheostomy is a surgical procedure in which a tube is placed in the trachea. A case study was conducted on patients with a tracheostomy to assess the effect of planned nursing care for patients with tracheostomy. During admission, almost half of the patients were having altered levels of consciousness, respiratory failure, profuse bleeding and resulting hypovolemia, and temperature irregularities. After using standardized tools for valuation and planned nursing care to the patients their retrieval process was acceptable. At the time of discharge or end of study, the patient's major symptoms got relieved or alleviated and their relatives were satisfied with the care provided. The planned nursing care was effectively applied for patients with tracheostomy in critical care settings.

To nurture a future where AI is leveraged to the benefit of people and society, it is crucial to bring together a wide array of voices and viewpoints. With this goal in mind, a cohort study has been undertaken to delineate the voices of Engineering Graduates on Artificial Intelligence(AI) in the State of Telangana. The sample constitutes One hundred and nineteen (119) Engineering Graduates. Simple random sampling technique was employed to elicit information from the selected sample . A self-designed questionnaire was developed keeping in view the objectives and hypotheses of the study. It contained twenty (20) statements on the Five-point Likert Scale. The results of the study demonstrated that there exists no statistically significant difference in the voices of Graduate Engineers on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the State of Telangana with special reference to location and semester. Conversely, a significant difference was reported in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with regard to gender and major subjects. Thus, it is evident from the research that AI holds enormous promise to enrich lives of prospective and young Engineering Graduates. The findings of the study provide robust implications for Engineering Graduates, Professors and policy makers. Directions for further research were also portrayed.

Energy consumption has become major concern in Tropical region where the heat ingress during the day is high due to the use of modern material concrete glass, aluminum etc. So, this demand has to be addressed by an alternate material which has a lower embodied energy & which can also give better results in terms of thermal perform in a built structure. CSEB is an identified alternative material which is now widely picking up in few areas for the built structures which seems to be addressing the heat ingress & lowering the temperature & gives better human comfort this has to be proved by quantitative approach or few empirical. This paper has been intended to have a quantifiable result by the size of CSEB block in the built structure & the results taken in the field seems to be satisfactory with both quantitative & subjective evolution. This experiment is carried out in coimbatore for a single residence of a family & the results were analyzed.
