Potassium fertilization can be used to maintain plant growth, nutrient uptake, and yield. To investigate the impact of wheat's accumulation of macro nutrients on varying potassium rates,a split plot design with four replicates experiment was carried out. The findings showed that there was a significant impact of varying potassium levels on wheat growth and grain yield. When compared to (control) plots that did not receive potassium application, the application of 100% potassium increased the majority of the wheat crop's growth, yield components, and nutrient accumulation from 20% to 50%. While potassium applications of 50% and 25% increased growth and yield components by 4-20%, potassium application at 75% also significantly increased growth and yield components from 8-40% when compared to control. However, there was a 4-20% increase in the growth and yield components when potassium was applied at 50% and 25%. The application of potassium increased the nitrogen content in grain by 3-6% and in straw by 2-11% when compared to plots that did not receive potassium. In contrast, the potassium application raised the potassium contents in grain by 50-154% and in straw by 70-140% when compared to control plots. However, potassium fertilization increased phosphorus contents by 2-10% in grain and 3-50% in wheat crop straw when compared to plots without potassium nutrition. Potassium levels of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% were all significant, suggesting that the optimal level for maximizing grain yields in wheat crops was 100%. The application of potassium nutrition improved all growth and yield components as well as the accumulation of potassium, phosphorus, and nitrogen in wheat crop grain and straw, according to the study's findings.

This case study investigates the Total Quality Management (TQM) practices in a selected school in Lucknow, aiming to identify current practices, assess their effectiveness, and recommend areas for improvement to enhance overall quality management. TQM, widely acknowledged for its impact on organizational excellence, is increasingly relevant in education for fostering continuous improvement, stakeholder satisfaction, and better student outcomes. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, incorporating quantitative and qualitative data from purposively sampled students, teachers, and administrators. The analysis focuses on nine domains of TQM, including leadership, teaching-learning processes, infrastructure, human resource management, and community involvement. Results indicate that while the overall TQM level of the school is satisfactory, specific areas such as support services, human resource management, and teaching-learning processes require targeted improvements. Based on these findings, strategic recommendations are provided to enhance TQM practices, ensuring sustained growth and educational excellence. This study underscores the importance of ongoing self-assessment and quality enhancement in educational institutions to meet evolving educational standards and stakeholder expectations.

This study investigates the role of banks in capital formation and economic growth: The case of India for the period 1980-2009. The economies of all market oriented nations depend on the efficient operation of complex and delicately balanced systems of money and credit. Banks are an indispensable element in these systems. The dependent variables are Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP), which is a measure of a nation's economic performance - economic growth in this instance from the various test carried out it was find out that Commercial Banks Deposit Liabilities is elastic to Gross Fixed Capital Formation in Nigeria. This positivity of the coefficient of Commercial Banks Deposit Liabilities is in conformity to the economic a priori expectation of a positive impact of Commercial Banks Deposit Liabilities on Gross Fixed Capital Formation. It is therefore recommended that efforts should be made by the monetary authorities to effectively manage the banks' maximum lending. This policy thrust will most likely result into increased investment activities which will enhance capital formation in India needed for its real sector investments and industrial growth.

The Limboo community, an indigenous group primarily residing in Sikkim, West Bengal, Assam, and other parts of Northeast India, holds a distinctive cultural, historical, and linguistic identity. This study explores their origin, traditions, and cultural practices, emphasizing their connection to the broader Kirat heritage. The Limboos have retained their unique language, Yakthungpan, and their spiritual practices rooted in animism and the oral scripture "Mundhum." Key cultural elements, including traditional dances, rituals, festivals, and folk songs, highlight their vibrant heritage. Despite their integration into Nepali society and Indian states, the Limboos face challenges in preserving their identity due to socio-political marginalization and the effects of modernization. The concept of Limbuwan, a historical homeland and cultural symbol, represents their enduring aspiration for autonomy and recognition. This study underscores the importance of preserving Limboo history, language, and traditions to safeguard their cultural and social legacy in the evolving regional landscape.

This paper presents an interdisciplinary analysis of the concept of Moola Prakriti and its manifestation as Avyaktha-Vyaktha-Swarupini in the Lalitha Sahasranama, contextualised within the Samkhya school of philosophy. The study correlates these ancient Indian philosophical notions with the Nasadiya Sukta of the Rig Veda. It explores their resonance with modern quantum physics, particularly String Theory and the principles of quantum fluctuation. Additionally, the Kashmiri Shaivism doctrine of Spanda Karika is examined for its implications on the unmanifest-to-manifest transition, drawing parallels with contemporary cosmological theories. The paper aims to demonstrate the continued relevance of these ancient metaphysical concepts in the discourse of philosophy, cosmology, and quantum mechanics.

Abstract: The 21st century is an entrepreneurial age that will likely serve as a stepping stone for entrepreneurs in future generations and centuries. It is now recognised as the driving force behind economic expansion. With the introduction of new technology and products, entrepreneurship appears to have a constant trigger for growth, much like an economy's lifeblood. In the Purlia area of West Bengal, this study tries to describe the driving elements for women to become entrepreneurs and the obstacles that prevent them from improving their level of living. It also looks into the government's role in encouraging women to start businesses.

This study explores the effects of employment and age on the empowerment of women within their families. Focusing on educated women with at least a graduate degree, the research investigates the impact of employment status and age on their decision-making power in areas such as finance, household matters, luxury purchases, children's education, and health. Using descriptive research and mixed methods, the study examines the differences between employed and unemployed women and compares women aged 21-35 years with those aged 36-60 years. Findings reveal that employed women have greater autonomy over financial decisions, children's education, and health-related matters, while older women exhibit more control in household decisions and purchasing luxury goods. Despite their education, many women still face limitations in decision-making, with societal and patriarchal structures playing a significant role. The study concludes that while education is a key factor, true empowerment requires the freedom to make independent decisions, urging a societal shift towards greater support for women's autonomy.

Varnams and Kritis are types of musical composition in Carnatic music literature. Derived from the Sanskrit word meaning "creation" or "work," Kriti is a major genre of Carnatic music, playing a central role in every South Indian concert. Literally meaning "colour", varnams portray various shades of the ragam, within a short span, without any variations or sangatis. These form a very common, commencing piece, in a Carnatic music concert. The themes of compositional texts can be heroic, romantic, or narrative, but most are devotional in nature, regardless of whether they are jocular or serious. Composed in a variety of talas, many thousands of compositions have been created by numerous composers, forming the backbone of Carnatic music. Learning many such compositions, also makes sure that a student, will realize and imbibe the salient features of the ragam and talam, along with understanding the context of the lyrics used in them. The term "Samucchaya" refers to such a collection, or group of compositions. When these group kritis are specifically related to temples (kshetras), they are termed Kshetra UruppadigaL, or Kshetra Kritis. This article deals with the kshetra kritis, as well as, varnams, composed by Cuddalore M Subramaniam, in reference to the kshetra, Thirupathiripuliyur.
