The Bhagavad Gita, an ancient Indian text, is often seen as a spiritual and philosophical guide. Its teachings offer valuable insights into mental health and well-being, potentially influencing suicidal ideation. Core principles of Gita include fulfilling one's duty (dharma), maintaining detachment and equanimity, pursuing self-realization, and practicing devotion (bhakti). These teachings can provide a sense of purpose, effective coping mechanisms, mental resilience, and community support, all of which are crucial in mitigating suicidal thoughts. Although specific research on the Gita's impact on suicidal ideation is limited, anecdotal evidence and studies on spirituality suggest its teachings can positively influence mental health. Studies often highlight personal transformations attributed to the Gita's teachings, including improved mental health and reduced suicidal thoughts. Its teachings have been analyzed in various contexts, including their effects on overall well-being. The purpose of this study is to explore the connection between the Bhagavad Gita's teachings and suicidal ideation involves understanding how its principles might influence one's mental state and outlook on life.

The work-life balance of female employees at Wonder Blues Apparels Pvt Ltd, a significant participant in the Indian textile industry, is investigated in this study. With more than 35 million employees, the textile industry in India contributes significantly to employment. The study intends to investigate the factors influencing work-life balance for women in this sector. Workload, family obligations, job satisfaction, and work-related policies are among the major factors influencing work-life balance that are identified by the study using a descriptive research methodology. One hundred female employees were included in the sample, and questionnaires with a Likert scale were used to gather primary data. According to the results, workload is the biggest worry, as indicated by the fact that 80% of respondents said it affected work-life balance. Furthermore, seventy-five percent of women said that their jobs interfere with their family time. To maximize work-life balance, the study recommends greater support for family and elder care duties, pay increases, and flexibility in work hours. Despite obstacles, most employees have access to ergonomic tools and feel supported by their families. The study comes to the conclusion that taking care of these problems can result in a happier workplace, happier workers, and better general health, all of which can boost productivity and retention in the textile industry.

The increasing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in various sectors has opened new avenues for enhancing the welfare of companion animals. This paper explores AI-based sustainable solutions aimed at improving the health, behavior, and overall quality of life for pets. By leveraging multiple sensors, we analyze health monitoring, disease prediction, and behavioral assessment, focusing on personalized care strategies. By building a bamboo-based kennel and using animal's waste and movement for energy conservation, it showcases our strength in integrating technology with eco-friendly practices. We present a comprehensive review of existing literature, highlighting the transformative potential of AI in companion animal care. Our methodology includes data collection from various sources, preprocessing, and the application of multiple sensors used. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of AI in predicting health outcomes and behavioral issues, showcasing the potential for real- time monitoring and intervention. A comparative analysis of classification models reveals the strengths and weaknesses of each approach, providing insights into their applicability in real world scenarios. The findings underscore the need for sustainable resource management in pet care, emphasizing the role of AI in optimizing resource allocation. This paper concludes with recommendations for future research and practical applications, advocating for a collaborative approach between technology and sustainable approaches to enhance the welfare of companion animals.

Organic farming ensures that nature stays in original form. Organic farm have animal, bird and insect activity. Many researches show that there are more wildlife animal and plants near organic fields compared to conventional farming. This is because there are no pesticides and fertilizer is used. We should focus on nutritional security not of food security. Organically grown foods contain antioxidants, micronutrients and no harmful chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers. Organically grown foods contain better taste and more nutrition.

Humans are the social creatures who seek out and strengthen relationships with the members of their tribe. They communicate using multiple channels like outer appearance, voice tone, body language and use of words and sentences. But a new media called social media has affected their communication vastly; presently majority of the communication is happening through text messages, images, symbols and icons. But this form of communication is completely void of the richness of the vibrant signals, verbal and nonverbal cues and complex exchange of words that occurs in a face-to-face conversation which expressed the real emotions. Social media is completely void of personal touch, emotional expression, choice of words and a refined system of communication which has caused a biggest damaging effect on communication skills. Another aspect of the popularity of the social media is that social attitude towards communications have undergone a total change. People in general are not much interested in real and in-person conversations because they wish to have instant social media recognition and that instant, colorful feedback from the platforms of social media keeps them stuck with and attached to their phones. This kind of attitude leads to a decrease in the quality and heartening flow of meaningful conversations. This new way of surviving has greatly affected the way they express themselves and present their point of view to their teachers, job interviewers, parents and friends and to the other relationships. They have become poor in communication skills since they hardly talk and are mostly engrossed with social media. They are not trained in the face-to-face communication skills that they truly need to survive in the society. This paper discusses about the impact of digital culture and gadgets which has left a detrimental effect on the communication skills when phone is used excessively or obsessively due to which individuals react poorly to emotions, social cues or nonverbal cues.

Aluminium doped Zinc Oxide (AZO) thin films were deposited on glass substrate at various oxygen flow rates from 1 to 4 sccm while Ar flow rate was constant by using RF mahnetron sputtering technique. The effects of structural, optical and electrical properties of AZO films were investigated by X-ray diffractometer, Scanning electron microscope, UV-visible spectrometer and Hall Effect measurements. XRD patterns revealed that all deposited films exhibit (0 0 2) preferential orientation along c-axis and have hexagonal wurtzite crystal structure. SEM images of AZO thin films reveal columnar grains that are perpendicular to the substrate, along with some granular grains. A maximum optical transmittance of 92% and the lowest resistivity of 3.01 x 10-4 ?.cm are achieved for AZO film deposited at an oxygen flow rate of 3 sccm. The optical band gap values of AZO films increases with the increase of oxygen flow rates.

This study proposes a new supply chain model for the unorganized Banarasi silk weaving cluster in India. The model integrates technology, design, and market access to improve efficiency, enhance livelihoods, and promote sustainable development. By organizing weavers into clusters, establishing design and training centres, and implementing a digital platform, the model aims to increase revenue opportunities, improve quality control, and reduce lead times. The proposed model has the potential to transform the Banarasi silk industry, promoting economic growth, social development, and cultural preservation.

This research paper undertakes a comprehensive profitability analysis of two of India's leading conglomerates, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) and Adani Enterprises, over a five-year period from 2019 to 2023. Both companies are essential to India's economy, making a substantial contribution to various sectors such as energy, infrastructure, retail, and telecommunications. The study focuses on assessing the financial health and operational efficiency of these corporations by analysing key financial metrics, including gross margin, operating margin, net margin, cash flow ratio, ROA (return on assets) and ROCE (return on capital employed). The analysis tools used in this research include profitability ratio analysis, trend analysis, and T-Test analysis, providing a statistical comparison of the performance of these two companies. The results of the analysis indicate that while both companies have demonstrated significant contributions to India's economic development, Reliance Industries consistently shows superior financial performance across all major profitability metrics compared to Adani Enterprises. The study finds that Reliance's diversified business portfolio and efficient utilization of resources have resulted in a stronger profitability position, particularly in terms of gross profit, operating profit, and cash flow generation. The study emphasizes the importance of sound financial management, cost control, and strategic diversification for long-term profitability and competitiveness. The findings provide valuable insights for investors and management teams.
