Nomophobia, or "no mobile phone phobia," is a growing psychological condition characterized by anxiety and discomfort when individuals are separated from their mobile phones. With the increasing dependence on smartphones, particularly among adolescents, this phenomenon has become a public health concern. This study aims to assess the prevalence and severity of nomophobia among adolescent nursing students, identify its sociodemographic associations, and analyze its impact on academic performance and daily life. A quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted using a structured questionnaire, including the Nomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q). The study included 150 adolescent nursing students at a selected college in Bhopal, chosen through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The study revealed that 72% of participants experienced moderate to severe levels of nomophobia. Female students exhibited higher levels of nomophobia than males. The key factors associated with nomophobia were the duration of daily mobile phone use, age, and reliance on mobile phones for academic and social interactions. Nomophobia is prevalent among nursing students, significantly impacting their academic performance and mental well-being. Interventions such as digital detox programs and awareness campaigns are recommended to address this issue.

This study examines the socio-economic and demographic characteristics, as well as the distribution patterns of assets and income, among tribal households in Kuttampuzha villages, Ernakulam District, Kerala. The primary objectives are to identify key socio-economic factors influencing these households and analyze the disparities in asset and income distribution. A random sample of 196 tribal households was selected, categorized into agricultural (98) and non-agricultural (98) groups. Data was analyzed using percentage analysis. The results indicate that agricultural households have greater ownership of assets, including land and livestock, compared to non-agricultural households. In terms of income, agricultural households derive higher earnings from farming, while non-agricultural households show diverse income sources, leading to similar total household income. The study concludes that while agricultural households have more assets, non-agricultural households achieve competitive income levels, emphasizing the importance of income diversification for reducing economic disparities.

This literature review critically examines the evolution of managerial work theories over the past 60+ years, highlighting key perspectives and research gaps. It explores four dominant approaches: the essence of management, categorization of managerial behaviors, power and conflict in management, and managerial work as a meaningful practice. Traditional studies, particularly Mintzberg's framework, have heavily influenced research but are criticized for their rigidity and lack of contextual depth. More recent studies advocate for practice-based and grounded theory approaches to better capture the complexities of managerial work. However, gaps remain, including over-reliance on pre-existing frameworks, insufficient empirical engagement, and limited integration of historical and sociocultural influences. The review calls for interdisciplinary, ethnographic, and context-aware studies to enhance understanding. By synthesizing past and present research, this paper provides insights into the future of managerial work studies and proposes new directions for empirical and theoretical advancements.

This research paper examines the differential impact of greenwashing on consumer behavior across three major sectors: fashion, energy, and food. Greenwashing, the practice of misleading consumers about the environmental benefits of a product or company, has become a growing concern as consumers increasingly seek sustainable options. However, its influence on consumer trust, purchasing decisions, and brand loyalty varies across industries. This study aims to compare consumer perceptions and reactions to greenwashing in these industries, identifying key factors influencing these responses. Based on a comprehensive literature review, the study assesses consumer awareness of greenwashing, its impact on trust, purchasing behavior, and the role of regulatory measures in addressing its effects. The research also explores the long-term implications of greenwashing on brand loyalty and consumer skepticism. Findings suggest that while greenwashing decreases consumer trust and negatively affects purchasing decisions in all three industries, the impact varies. In fashion, greenwashing is linked to ethical concerns and product authenticity, triggering a stronger consumer backlash. In the energy sector, reactions are shaped by the perceived effectiveness of sustainability claims, particularly around renewable energy and carbon neutrality. In the food industry, greenwashing often involves misleading organic and sustainable labeling, undermining consumer confidence in products and brands. The study also highlights the differing regulatory frameworks across sectors, with varying levels of effectiveness in curbing greenwashing. This research offers valuable insights into the complex relationship between greenwashing and consumer behavior, helping businesses improve sustainability marketing and enhance consumer trust.

The world in which we live is changing. Computers and related technology are becoming increasingly common and evolving at an unprecedented rate, transforming the hazardous environment. Our concept of the nation-state and its borders may be jeopardized as a result of an upcoming paradigm shift. Criminal behavior and terrorist acts have gone into internet. The intersection between cyberspace and terrorism is known as cyber terrorism. Attacks and threats of attacks against computers, networks, and the data held in them on various governmental websites are illegal and are carried out to oppress or threaten a government or its people in the pursuit of political or social objectives. The intensity of "Cyber Terrorism" is determined by the impact of the attack and the loss that resulted from it; these attacks could result in bodily harm, explosions, and serious economic loss due to property loss. Following the 26/11 attacks, the Indian government proposed a number of modifications to the Information Technology Act 2000, which includes specific steps to combat cyber terrorism. Section 66F's language deals with cyber terrorism to the greatest extent possible. This paragraph outlines the sanctions that will be imposed on cyber terrorism agents. Despite the fact that criminologists, legal specialists, and social scientists have paid close attention to the topic of cyber terrorism, very little research has been conducted to investigate the legal implications surrounding it in India. This paper primarily focuses on what cyber terrorism is and its concept, major cyber terrorism provisions under the Indian laws, and how to prevent cyber terrorism.
