Experiential Learning is a very effective approach to teach methodology of any discipline wherein learner learns better at his own pace through experience. It is the greatest contribution by David.A. Kolb who designed it exclusively for the learner. Later it was well defined by greatest psychologist such as John Dewey, Kurt Levin, Jean Paiget and L.S. Vygotsky. Kolb's model of experiential learning based on philosophy, psychology and physiology. Knowledge is acquired by first-hand by moving from one phase to another phase instead of hearing and reading the related experience. According to Kolb it is the process of learning through experiences and specifically defined as "Learning through reflection on doing". Experiential Learning is typically designed by four-stage of learning cycle wherein the learner passes through one by one to have an experience bit by bit and learn ultimately. Namely, "concrete Experience, Reflective Observation, Abstract Conceptualization and Active Experimentation". To speak about implications of this approach is that it avoids rote learning, paves way for thinking, provides first-hand knowledge etc. It is very useful learning in higher education also and lifelong learning with special regard to adult education where adults learn easily and remember for longer time as they involve completely in the process. As the world is highly competitive learners need to acquire the skills pertaining to the learning subject. Teachers of social science need to acquire one or the other the skill to prepare for the effective classroom teaching relating to History, Political Science, Geography, Economics, Sociology, Business Studies and other branches of social science. Teachers will be able to effectively after the implementation of the best approach called Experiential learning and thereby promoting learning attitude; they are given proper training by implementing proper approach to draw the map easily or to make instructional materials etc. In this way Experiential Learning helps teachers to use instructional materials or Using of Map judiciously in the classroom teaching to enhance an attitude of students towards learning social science.

This research investigates the many approaches that may be used to enable farmers to bypass traditional middlemen and engage in direct communication with clients, so strengthening their autonomy in the agricultural sector. This article emphasizes on the possible benefits and challenges that are associated with direct sales methods. In the ever-evolving global agricultural landscape, one of the most essential strategies to increase income, reduce dependency on markets, and promote sustainable farming practices is to provide farmers with greater control over their own goods via direct sales channels. Our research investigates the ways in which community-supported agriculture (CSA), internet platforms, farmers' markets, and farm-to-table programs have influenced the access that farmers have to markets, the profitability of their businesses, and the power that they have to make decisions about direct sales. The study investigates the ways in which new business models and digital technologies may be of assistance with direct sales. It offers advice on how to enhance the process by using e-commerce, digital marketing, and logistical solutions. In addition, the research offers potential answers to the challenges that farmer's face, which includes a deficiency in marketing knowledge, difficulties in logistics, and limited financial resources. By combining case studies, policy research, and interviews with agricultural stakeholders, the article highlights the impact of direct sales on improving farmers' autonomy, fostering fair trade, and building ties between consumers and producers. These effects are highlighted by the article. The findings of this study contribute to the ongoing discussion on the enhancement of agricultural systems and the facilitation of more autonomy for farmers

The paper is an attempt to explore dynamics of feminism in Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni's The Mistress of Spices and Kamala Maranday's major novels. Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni is an Indian-American author, poet activist and teacher in English. She has described myriad voices and the images of women. Her writings account for the women in the new global world. Kamala Markanday is one of the India's best-known novelists in English. Her novels depict about the tendency of doubt and suspicion towards women. As a matter of fact, a woman can't avoid the reality that she offers a weaker section. Society has constructed rigid models for her. In this way, the psychological aspect of the characterisation and the psychological action in the society have recognized the elements of gender-based favouritism. They go through many cataclysms to enter the intellectual world. Thus, feminism challenges the traditional view of woman and it is identified as the liberation from social taboos and mala dominance.

Online markets have been a thing that has come to stay with the society of today since most financial transactions can be attained online. Internet access has vastly grown across the world today and has given rise to interconnectivity even to the remotest areas in the world. This generally means it is possible to be at any location and reach any other location in the world without stepping a foot out of your premises. This takes multi-tasking to another level since you can be in a meeting and visit a market located several kilometers away at the same time. This has made businesses to grow without spending as much as they would have if they had to build another branch of their business in another location. Groceries are different from many other products, such as music and books that are commonly purchased online. Many grocery products are perishable and therefore time-sensitive in terms of their delivery needs. Proving that no sector of the retail market is safe from the online shopping revolution, it is now possible for the humble hometown grocery store to become digitized and available on your Smartphone, tablet, or computer. Just think no longer checkout lines, counting the number of items to see if you qualify for the Express Lane, forgetting your grocery list at home, or carrying heavy bags up your front steps. Online grocery shopping is dramatically changing the consumer's relationship with the food market and making a service that may have once felt luxurious into an everyday convenience.

The history of ancient India has traditionally been written from the perspective of political elites, religious authorities, and ruling dynasties, often neglecting the significant role played by non-elite groups in shaping the socio-economic and cultural landscape of the time. This article explores the overlooked contributions of marginalized groups such as artisans, agricultural laborers, traders, women, and tribal communities. These groups, though lacking political power or social privilege, formed the backbone of the economy, created vibrant cultural expressions, and played a pivotal role in the dissemination of knowledge, language, and religious practices. By focusing on their economic activities, cultural innovations, and social dynamics, this research challenges the elite-centric narrative of Indian history. It highlights how their contributions not only sustained the economy but also influenced major historical developments, including the evolution of urban centers, the growth of trade networks, and the spread of religious movements like Buddhism and Jainism. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the importance of reconstructing their stories through alternative sources such as archaeology, inscriptions, and oral traditions to achieve a more inclusive understanding of early Indian society. This exploration ultimately aims to fill a critical gap in historical studies by recognizing the agency and significance of non-elite groups in shaping India's ancient past.

Ecological development refers to the adoption of sustainable economic growth, infrastructure, and social welfare in a manner that maintains the balance of ecosystems, conserves natural resources, and minimizes environmental degradation. It is the focus of sustainable development, aiming to balance human activities with the earth's ecological capacity. As developmental activities increase on a large scale, ecosystems and wildlife are affected. It is noticed that the exploitation of the flora and fauna for the benefit of human beings and recreation purposes has increased. Our ancient sources like Arthashastra, Manusmriti, Brihat Samhita, the Epics Ramayana and Mahabharata, and many others highlight notions about environmental conservation, interaction with diverse biological entities, forest ecology, agricultural produce, water management, etc. It is quite apparent that people strove towards developing effective measures to safeguard their ecosystems and engage in sustainable development. This paper tries to analyze how people during Kautilya's time had a sound understanding of ecology.
