Major productivity and operational efficiency drivers can be impacted through effective workforce management. The Automated Timesheet Generation system incorporates technologies like facial recognition and barcode scanning for employee attendance and working-hour tracking. Recording entry and exit times electronically streamlines time tracking, eliminating the inefficiencies and inaccuracies that are traditionally associated with manual methods and thereby minimizing human errors that could affect payroll function. Users will gain real-time data insight, which will enable them to make informed operational decisions. The solution was built using robust libraries such as OpenCV for image processing, DeepFace for facial recognition, DataMatrix for barcode scanning, and Tkinter for designing the GUI, focusing on maximizing security and usability. A unique security mechanism exists to alert administrators in case of trespasses optimizing workplace safety and data integrity. Moreover, it stores all of its data securely on local system folders, enabling proper management and reducing reliance on external storage and cloud services. This system thus provides a balance between ensuring accessibility of data and not compromising on its privacy and security. The architecture of the system, the technologies employed, and the outcome achieved during its implementation are discussed in detail in this paper, manifesting the role modern technologies can play in bettering such workforce-management processes.

Retrieval is frequently seen as an act of confrontation or resistance that subverts and undoes the prevailing treatises of history. It also analyses the power-rooted binaries shaped by the standards that oversee the combined perception of the general public. There are some strong perceptions created by these treatises which lead to the social construct. One such perception is towards disability or disabled people in society. The portrayal of disabled characters in literature has historically been problematic and often depicted in a negative light. One common negative stereotype is the "tragic cripple" trope, where disabled characters are portrayed as pitiful and helpless, and their disabilities are seen as punishments that have given rise to the "hegemony of normalcy." Another negative portrayal is the "inspirational" or "supercrip" stereotype. In this narrative, disabled characters are depicted as extraordinary individuals who overcome their disabilities, inspiring able-bodied people in the process. While this may seem positive, it can be reductive and unrealistic, ignoring the challenges and daily realities of living with a disability. It can also place unfair expectations on disabled individuals to constantly defy their limitations. All the major domains of literary canon whether it's an epic poem, postcolonial literature, western literature, partition literature, science fiction, or modern literature, have used the concept of disability as a "prosthetic metaphor." Partition literature such as Ice Candy Man by Bapsi Sidhwa, and Clear Light of Day by Anita Desai, and postcolonial literature such as Midnight's Children by Salman Rushide present the nation's scar and colonial legacy respectively. The science fiction, Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes presents protagonist Charlie Gordon, who is initially portrayed as intellectually disabled but his intelligence isolates him from others. This novel highlights the complexities and challenges faced by individuals with intellectual disabilities. In Mahabharata, Dhritarashtra is a blind character which symbolizes his evilness and greed. "Disability studies" in literature is an academic discipline that focuses on the representation and exploration of disabilities in written works. It aims to examine how disability is portrayed, understood, and interpreted in various literary texts.

Advances in biomarker development have enhanced cancer insights but often focus on single data modalities, missing the potential of integrated multimodal approaches. For high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC), prognostic outcomes remain variable due to factors like homologous recombination deficiency, age, stage, and residual disease post-surgery. Emerging evidence highlights the prognostic importance of CT and histopathologic analysis, but integrated analysis of these diverse features is underexplored. This study developed a multimodal machine learning framework combining histopathologic, radiologic, and clinico-genomic data from 409 HGSC patients. It identified interpretable features-like necrosis in H&E slides and omental texture on CT-as poor prognostic indicators. The integration of imaging and clinico-genomic data enhanced risk stratification and better correlated with chemotherapy response scores than unimodal approaches, emphasizing the complementary value of multimodal analysis.

Obesity has become a global health concern, significantly contributing to the increasing incidence and severity of cardiovascular diseases (CVD). The relationship between obesity and CVD is complex and multifactorial, involving various metabolic, inflammatory, and hormonal mechanisms. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the epidemiology, pathophysiology, and clinical implications of obesity as a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Additionally, the review explores contemporary approaches to the assessment and management of obesity in the context of cardiovascular risk, with a focus on lifestyle interventions, pharmacotherapy, and surgical options. A deeper understanding of these relationships will inform more effective strategies for preventing and treating obesity-related cardiovascular complications.

This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of Venture Capital (VC) and Angel Investing, two significant funding mechanisms for early-stage startups. While both investment types aim to fuel innovation, they differ in terms of funding size, investment structure, risk exposure, and involvement in business operations. Venture Capital firms manage pooled investments, offering structured funding rounds and strategic guidance. Angel Investors, on the other hand, use personal capital and often engage in mentorship-driven investments. This study explores key differences in investment strategies, risk assessment, ROI expectations, exit strategies, and economic impact. Through real-world case studies, we illustrate how venture capital and angel investing influence startup success and failure rates. The research also incorporates AI-driven investment models to simulate risk-adjusted returns and recommend optimal funding strategies for investors.

Education in India is enshrined as a fundamental right under Article 21-A of the Constitution, yet the quality and accessibility of education remain uneven, particularly in three-tier cities. These cities face unique challenges, including poverty, inadequate infrastructure, underqualified teachers, and low parental awareness, which impede their potential to serve as educational hubs. While India's literacy rate stands at approximately 76.32% (2022), true educational literacy, encompassing comprehension and practical application, remains limited. This article examines these systemic issues, using recent data and case studies to illustrate the urgency of addressing these gaps. Recommendations include increasing GDP allocation for education, expanding vocational training through the NEP 2020, and fostering community engagement to reshape societal perceptions of education. Bridging these gaps is crucial to unlocking India's socio-economic potential and achieving global competitiveness.

DNA fingerprinting is a revolutionary molecular technique that is used to identify individuals based on their unique and variant genetic patterns. Through DNA fingerprinting we find the difference between the Satellite DNA regions in the genome. These Satellite DNA regions are stretches of repetitive DNA which are not coded for any specific protein. These are present in abundant form and use for DNA profiling of humans as they depict a very high level of polymorphism and are known to be the basis of DNA fingerprinting. This technique was discovered by Alex Jeffrey in 1984 and has revolutionized forensic science ,paternity testing, medical diagnosis and evolutionary studies since its discovery. Another name for DNA fingerprinting is DNA profiling as it identifies individuals on the basis of their unique genetic makeup present in the specific region of deoxyribonucleic acid DNA particularly the short tandem repeat STR. There are several methods that can be used for DNA brina with the help of restriction fragment length polymorphism RFLP, polymerase chain reaction PCR based technique, and next generation sequencing. that are most widely used. Through this paper I want to present a comparative analysis of RFLP , NGS , PCR based fingerprinting by analysing their principles, methodologies, application and limitations so that we can identify which technique is best suited in different situations.
