The investigation of foreign dialects is a basic piece of the instructive cycle in higher instructive organizations of helpful direction. It is important to utilize an assortment of extra materials and projects for the full advancement of semantic, syntactic and phonetic highlights for accomplishing an ideal degree of English language capability. This article examines the chance of viable utilization of understudies' station in a multifunctional Television Studio for showing major interdisciplinary themes concentrated with regards to the improvement of the English language and English culture. Drawing in understudies to make their TV item with Internet correspondence is a great motivator to expand revenue in the learning cycle. During the trial led at the Institute of Foreign Languages (RUDN University), the capability of this program was uncovered in two gatherings of the first and second courses. The prescribed procedures were utilized as a showing help at the underlying phase of learning an unknown dialect and broadcast on the quality of the far Eastern channel PRIM 24. This program assisted understudies with interest to find new parts of the language and get their work done with extraordinary energy, which prompted an expansion in general efficiency and attachment in the gathering. Henceforth it follows that the utilization of YouTube video facilitating in a Multifunctional Television Studio is a high level method of showing an unknown dialect for scholastic purposes from Russian Humanitarian Universities.

Psychology and Education are interrelated and interdependent. Both are the two sides of the same coin, whereas Psychology deals with study or Science of behaviour and Education deals with modification of behaviour. Basically, Psychology is a theoretical aspect and Education is a practical aspect. Psychology applies its theories in the field of Education. We cannot think any good educational policy without psychological theory. NEP -2020 also based on some applicable psychological theory. Cognitive development theory of Piaget is one of them. Piaget's cognitive development theory is constructive in nature. According to this child is born with some cognition and teacher, school facilitate only. Child is the center of education. Curriculum should be designed on the basis of need, interest, ability, style of learning of child. It also gives importance on individual differences. These are the contribution of Piaget's theory of cognitive development. And these are reflected on National Education Policy -2020. This paper focus on educational implication of Piaget theory in the stages of schooling as per NEP-2020. The goal of NEP-2020 can be realized within time frame, if all the members of various stakeholders of education from top to bottom play their responsibility wholeheartedly.

The Paper deals with the various performative complexities associated with an 1848 Kolkata performance of Shakespeare's Othello. This performance was especially remarkable as it included Baishnavcharan Adhya, a Bengali, playing Shakespeare's Moor along with British actors. To think of the 1848 performance of Othello as a monolithic exercise of colonial surveillance would, however, be simplistic. Rather the performance brought into focus a nexus of overlapping differences, produced by polyvalent interactions of South Asian/ colonial caste and class hierarchies. When Baishnavcharan Adhya performed as Shakespeare's Moor on 16th August, 1848, he was engaging with discourses of 'love' that had polyvalent associations.

A field experiment was conducted during kharif 2013 to know effect of foliar application of micronutrients on yield and yield component. The experiment was conducted at Main Agricultural Research Station, University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. The results revealed that foliar application on micronutrients MgSO4 1 % + ZnSO4 0.5 % the treatment (T7) at 70 and 90 DAS it recorded significantly higher plant height, monopodial, sympodial, total dry matter production, number of bolls per plant and seed cotton yield (2393 kg ha-1) as compared to other treatments. It was on par with the treatment FeSO4 0.5 % + ZnSO4 0.5 % (T8) and treatment MgSO4 1 % (T3). Significantly lowest seed cotton yield (1788 kg ha-1) was recorded in the treatment (T9) control.

This paper presents the design and fabrication process of a square hole drilling machine. The need for square holes arises in various industries, including woodworking, metalworking, and manufacturing, where traditional drilling methods fall short in achieving precise square apertures. The proposed machine addresses this need by employing innovative design features and fabrication techniques. The design phase involved conceptualization, analysis, and selection of appropriate components to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Key considerations included the mechanism for generating square holes, the stability of the machine, and ease of operation. Solid modeling software facilitated virtual prototyping and simulation, allowing for refinement before fabrication. Fabrication encompassed the construction of the machine using readily available materials and manufacturing processes. Precision machining techniques were employed to ensure tight tolerances and reliable operation. The assembly process involved meticulous attention to detail to integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems seamlessly. The resulting square hole drilling machine demonstrates robustness, accuracy, and versatility. It utilizes a combination of linear motion mechanisms and innovative cutting tools to achieve precise square holes in various materials. The machine's control system enables user-friendly operation and allows for adjustments to accommodate different hole sizes and depths. Experimental testing validated the machine's performance, confirming its capability to produce square holes with high precision and repeatability. Comparative analysis against existing methods showcased the advantages of the proposed machine in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. In conclusion, the design and fabrication of the square hole drilling machine represent a significant advancement in manufacturing technology. Its potential applications span across industries, offering a reliable solution for achieving precise square apertures in diverse materials. Future work may focus on further optimization and integration of advanced features to enhance functionality and versatility.
