 Abstract

The current status of work-life balance (WLB) scholarship in industrial relations is assessed in this study. It looks for ways to improve gender parity in the workplace. The way people from different socioeconomic backgrounds handle their work and home responsibilities is both made easier and more difficult by digital innovations. In order to expose the traditional WLB discourse's disproportionate focus on the "time poverty" of wealthy, white-collar workers while largely ignoring the crucial role of financial stability, the study first applies a class-based critique. It goes beyond conceptually we are used to define it, and describes the effects of the broader phantomization of economy on work-life balance. Although gig work is often promoted as a form of independence and so-called "flexibility"--which should in theory help individuals juggling caregiving responsibilities better dictate their schedules--it also comes with glaring institutional loopholes like those that exist in conventional work. The "gig" is not as flexible and carefree as one may imagine, instead characterized by irregular scheduling of work hours, variable income, and intensification of work intensity that leaves the gig workers in a precarious position with little sense of real balance between life and work. The article finishes by advocating for a more thorough and intricate understanding that takes into account the overlapping areas of gender, class, and financial stability as essential for achieving true equality in the workplace for those involved in today's job environment.

 Abstract

Abstract Art therapy has gained popularity in the recent years due to its holistic nature and artistic in its process. It is a type of treatment that promotes better mental health and psychological well-being. It is best known for helping the individuals in the process of emotional and self-expression. This detailed review of literature attempts to extract the concrete basis that supports the impact of art therapy in three major areas: life satisfaction, emotional intelligence and self-esteem. Systematic reviews of existing studies and research indicates that art therapy has shown a positive impact on emotional well-being, increasing self-esteem and overall satisfaction with life. Theories such as positive psychology, models drawn from art-based therapies also reveals the ways of art therapy works while also highlighting the advantage of emotional expression, symbolically communicating without use of just words and self-exploration that overall facilitates better regulation of emotions and developing positive self-concept. However, there are also evidence, limitations and visible gaps that are persistently being there specifically regarding systematic research in a non-clinical population. It is suggested to use a more standardized and controlled research using rigorous methods to further validate and generalize the finding to a larger population in the future studies.

 Abstract

Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is a systematic process used to evaluate the potential adverse health effects resulting from exposure to environmental, chemical, biological, or occupational hazards. The assessment typically involves four core components: hazard identification, dose-response assessment, exposure assessment, and risk characterization. Through qualitative and quantitative analyses, HRA estimates both the likelihood and severity of harmful outcomes in defined populations, and supports decision-making in public health management, regulatory policy, and risk communication. As a multidisciplinary framework, HRA integrates toxicology, epidemiology, environmental science, and statistical modeling to guide protective measures and reduce health burdens. Increasingly, emerging methodologies--such as probabilistic modeling, biomonitoring, and cumulative risk assessment--are enhancing the precision and relevance of HRAs, enabling more effective interventions and evidence-based policy development.

 Abstract

The Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) have proved to be one of the most organized and convenient methods of investing in the Indian mutual fund sector. By allowing the investor to make a systematic investment of a fixed amount of money periodically in mutual fund schemes, SIPs help the investor to make disciplined investments, overcome the psychological factor of market timing, and make use of the power of compounding. In recent years, there has been a substantial rise in the number of SIP registrations and monthly investments in India, thanks to the efforts of the Association of Mutual Funds in India, which has been conducting awareness programs across the country under the guidance of the Securities and Exchange Board of India

 Abstract

The growing pace of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming digital transformation pathways in institutions of higher learning and impacting academic provision, assessment mechanisms, research activities, and administrative activities. This empirical research examines the role of AI as an institutional digital transformation catalyst, specifically, at what stages of adoption it occurs, which areas of functional transformation are involved, strategic orientation, and enabling conditions. The structured questionnaire was used to gather data on 91 members of the faculty of institutions of higher learning and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics such as mean analysis, one-way ANOVA. The results show that the most significant occurrence of AI-driven digital transformation is the use of AI in the teaching and assessment fields, but research processes and administrative processes are also undergoing a consistent introduction. Most institutions are in an emerging and developing level of transformation maturity which implied progressive but not yet mature strategic implementation. The most visible technologies that help to facilitate transformation are virtual assistants and predictive modeling, and innovation becomes the main institutional goal that will determine the use of AI. Among the enablers that can hasten the speed of the digital transformation efforts, institutional support and student demand are listed. Gender analysis does not show any statistically significant differences in the perceptions of AI-driven digital transformation, which can be regarded as shared institutional experiences of demographic groups. All in all, the paper concludes that AI is actively involved in digital transformation in higher education, but long-term strategic alignment, governance transparency, and organizational dedication are the keys to further maturity of transformation. The results will present practical information to policymakers and institutional administrators who will be able to enhance AI-based digital transformation and preserve the integrity of the academic process and its sustainability.

 Abstract

V. S. Naipaul holds a major position among postcolonial writers. He expanded diaspora literature to the forefront by highlighting the painful problems of immigrants and presenting critical issues of dissatisfaction with one's identity. The theme, disillusionment, is introduced in his works basing on personal experiences. It was depicted in An Area of Darkness, where he cites his disappointment upon encountering the Indian realities and the postcolonial milieu that faced the burdens of poverty and corruption. Disillusionment is a deep psychological and philosophical state whereby people undergo the shattering of their ideals, expectations, or other beliefs that they had assumed to be true. The loss of faith in systems, societies, dreams, or even the meaning of existence generates a general feeling of disappointment and alienation. Within postcolonial literary discourse, disillusionment takes on peculiar dimensions in as much as it interfaces with colonial trauma, cultural dislocation, and identity fragmentation. A House for Mr. Biswas (1961) is considered Naipaul's magnum opus, which narrates the struggle of Mohun Biswas in a world where an individual's worth is measured by personal achievement and worldly success. The most acute expression of disillusionment happens when Mr. Biswas is subjected to psychological manipulation and gaslighting by the Tulsis and sugarcane workers, leading him to challenge his existence and to go through a midlife crisis. The fulfillment of Mr. Biswas's quest, the possession of his own house on Sikkim Street, embodies both triumph and ongoing disillusionment. The novel's abiding relevance grows from its clear-sighted admission that success is tenuous and unfinished in an imperfect world, yet the pursuit of dignity and selfhood matters deeply despite the inevitability of disappointments.
