Abstract In an epoch characterized by the deep integration of digital technologies into the global economic landscape, the convergence of trade in services and the digital economy emerges as a central theme in international legal discussions. This study meticulously explores the intricate tapestry of legal challenges and opportunities inherent in the rapidly expanding domain of digital trade in services. Utilizing insights from authoritative sources such as reports by the OECD, UNCTAD, and the European Parliament, the paper navigates through the complex legal frameworks that regulate this intersection. Commencing with a clarification of the conceptual framework, the research provides precise definitions of fundamental terms related to trade in services and the digital economy. It systematically scrutinizes the legal challenges arising from this dynamic paradigm, including the evolution of regulatory landscapes, concerns regarding data privacy and security, issues surrounding intellectual property rights, and the complexities of jurisdiction.  Abstract

In this research a bank loan dataset was utilized to assess the effectiveness of a borrower categorization model and explore machine learning methods. Different models such, as support vector machines, decision trees and random forests were. Their predictive accuracy was compared against regression benchmarks. Performance metrics were analyzed based on a ranking. The findings indicate that the Random Forest model outperforms models. Moreover, the support vector machine model exhibited performance when employing both nonlinear kernels. The study suggests that banks have the potential to enhance their models by incorporating machine learning techniques to create value.

 Abstract

The interaction between zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles and Kalanchoe pinnate, a medicinal plant with various therapeutic properties, was investigation in this study. ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized and characterized through UV, FTIR, and FE-SEM. It examined, revealing size-dependent effects on plant growth and enhanced the accumulation of secondary metabolites, while higher concentrations induced cytotoxicity and oxidative stress. These finding suggested potential applications in enhancing therapeutic properties of k. pinnate extracts, emphasizing the importance of dosage control. Further studies are elucidating underlying mechanisms and optimize nanoparticle use in plant- based therapies.

 Abstract

: This research represents the use of PWM (pulse width modulation) of microcontroller for controlling on direct current (DC) motor. DC motor speed is controlled using PWM technique. The signal of PWM is produced by Arduino Uno board. The Arduino Uno reads thee input from the potentiometer, which serves as a speed control knob for the DC motor. It then generates PWM signals accordingly to control the MOSFET, adjusting the motor speed. The Hall effect sensor provides feedback on the motors rotational speed, enabling the Arduino to adjust the PWM duty cycle to maintain the desired speed. Micro C language is utilized for programming and controlling the Arduino uno board. The aim of this research is to control the speed and direction of a DC motor, so that it can be used in automation systems and industrial fields. The speed of the motor is controlled by adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM signal output by microcontroller

 Abstract

This study explores the workforce planning approaches of successful start-ups in India. The research design employed a descriptive method and uses purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of five participants. Data was collected using in-depth, semi-structure, guided interview, through telephonic calls and google meet video conference. Interviews were recorded with the prior consent of the participants via phone recorder and transcribed. Thematic analysis was employed to analyse the transcribed data with the aid of QDA Miner lite, a qualitative analysis software The findings revealed challenges of workforce planning, categorized into manpower planning and succession planning, and strategies to overcome challenges of workforce planning. The findings also revealed retention strategies. In addition, the findings demonstrated that succession planning is an integral part of workforce planning. Demonstrating that workforce planning goes beyond merely filling immediate job openings, it also involves nurturing internal talent, aligning it with the organization's growth and leadership requirements, and ensuring that the culture and values of the organization are preserved.

 Abstract

INTRODUCTION : Depressionis one of the most prevalent and common mental health illnesses. Adolescent depression may affect the teen's socialization,family relations, and performance at school, often with potentially serious long term consequences. Objectives: 1. To assess the knowledge on identification of depression symptoms in adolescents among Parents in pretest. 2. To evaluate the effectiveness of structured teaching programme on identification of depression symptoms in adolescent among parents in post-test. 3. To find out the association between the knowledge on identification of depression symptoms in adolescent among parents with their selected socio demographic variables. Methodology: Quasi- experimental with one group pre-test and post- test design was adopted for this study. The study was conducted in Nehru Nagar and Chennareddy colony, Tirupati among parents of adolescents by convenient sampling technique. The data was collected through structured questionnaire for identifying the depression symptoms and followed by a teaching programme. After 7days the post-test was administered through the same questionnaire. The post-test Mean scores of identification of depression symptoms among parents of adolescents was 17.12 and standard deviation was 2.953.The collected 't' value is 7.84 which was statistically significant at 0.01 level. The association between identification of depression symptoms in adolescent among parents with their selected socio demographic variables were statistically significant at 0.01 level respectively in post-test.Where as the demographic variable namely age of parents in years and significant association with identification of depression at 0.05 level. Results:showsthat the pre-test and post-test scores among parents of adolescents. In pre testMajority 88% of parents had inadequate knowledge, 10% of them had moderate knowledge and only 2% of them had adequate level of knowledge on identification of depressive symptoms in adolescents after post test the results were Conclusions:Identification of the depression symptoms in adolescents is very important present days majority of adolescents not expressing their needs and problems and confined to the mobiles. After providing structured Teaching programme there was significant difference in the post-test scores. The findings suggested that most of the parents have shown interest to identify depression symptoms among adolescents. There was an increased knowledge regarding early identification of depressive symptoms among adolescents.

 Abstract

The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is a government initiative aimed at reshaping the education system to adapt to the pandemic's changes. The policy aims to provide more skill-based education to students, enabling them to make informed decisions for their future. By 2025, at least 50% of learners in schools and higher education will have exposure to vocational education. Vocational education is crucial for economic growth and aims to develop industry linkages and demand-driven courses. The policy also promotes creativity and curiosity among young learners, transforming them into global resources. The policy aims to overcome the social status hierarchy associated with vocational education and integrate it into mainstream education in all educational institutions. This paper examines the current status of vocational education and its future prospects in NEP 2020.

With growing concerns about global warming and rising emissions, the asphalt industry is continuously working to reduce its emissions by lowering the temperatures at which the asphalt mixture is mixed and compacted without compromising the mix's qualities. The industry has access to a number of unique compounds that can assist in lowering the temperatures during mixing and compaction. The qualities of warm mix asphalt and combinations have been examined in studies. In order to properly coat every aggregate at low temperatures with easy workability, a binder with low viscosity must be used, and it must be produced at low heating temperatures. Warm Mix Asphalt is a low viscosity at low temperature binder technology.
