 Abstract

ABSTRACT Objective: The present study was undertaken to resolve antimicrobial susceptibility patterns of Escherichia-coli in urinary tract infection in tertiary care hospital and to study the common organisms involved in urinary tract infection and their antibiotic susceptibility pattern. Design: Cross -Sectional Study Subjects: Urine sample will be collected from 100 patients. Methods: A total of 100 patients who were aged between18 to 45 were selected for the study. Mid-stream urine was collected following the usual laboratory protocol and immediately processed in the laboratory. Routine urinary microscopy and urine culture was done in all cases. Result: In the present study, overall prevalence of urinary tract infection was 26%. Most common organism isolated in urine cultures was S.aureus (50%) & E.coli (37.7% ), followed by Klebsiella spp.(8%) and Proteus spp. (4.16%). Antibiotic susceptibility testing of the isolated organisms showed that Amikacin was the most effective antibiotic followed by Ceftriaxone while Ampicillin was the most resistant antibiotic.

 Abstract

:In today's day-to-day life, it is very difficult to have time to stay relaxed while doing work. According to the research, 48% of slip disc problems can occur in workers due toonly standing work There is a need to have arrangements such that when workers get free time and while working, you can sit and relax. Therefore, the idea of a standing chair comes into the picture. It gives you the ability to sit anywhere and everywhere. One can easily standand relax as if sitting, and can easily sit when I get some free time. This new concept is very useful for industrial workers. In this project, we willdesign and develop the ergonomic chair that can be introduced in every industry where workers can work efficiently, improve production, and lead healthylife without any problems like varicose veins etc.

 Abstract

In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for smart farming solutions to optimize crop production while reducing the need for manual intervention. This paper proposes an IoT and Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) based autonomous farming robot that is capable of monitoring and controlling various environmental parameters using a range of sensors, including soil moisture, ultrasonic, temperature, LDR, and GAS sensors. The robot is powered by Nodemcu and ArduinoUNO microcontrollers, a motor driver, four motors, a servo motor, a 12V motor pump, and an ESP32 camera module. The system utilizes the WSN technology to collect data from the sensors and transmit it to a central server for analysis and decision making. Robots are also equipped with an ultrasonic sensor for avoiding obstacles during navigation. We developed automatic plant watering system also. These robots can be used for harvesting pesticide spraying, controlling weed and many other applications. The proposed system provides an efficient and cost-effective way to manage crops, while reducing the need for manual labour. The results demonstrate the potential of the proposed system in improving crop production and reducing the environmental impact of farming practices.

 Abstract

South Indian Classical Karnatik music is a raga-based system of music. It is a widely acknowledged fact that the ragas are much more than mere scales of notes. There are hundreds and thousands of scales derived from the basic notes in Karnatik music that have contributed to the creation of new ragas. Some of the ancient ragas are said to have existed even before the musicians and scholars codified them into being bound by the notes that define them. R. Venugopal, more commonly referred to as Spencer Venugopal, is a contemporary composer of the present times. He has enriched the world of Karnatik music with many compositions that are aesthetic and flow easily in the structure of the raga. This article aims at analysing one of his unique compositions in the raga vitapi, an audava janya raga of the fourth melakarta Vanaspati.

 Abstract

Left Wing Extremism (LWE) is embedded in the communist political movement, which started in 1920 and has grown in numerous streams since then. However, their basic ideology is to establish a classless society in India, but they differ in achieving their ends. Communist Party India(CPI) adopted the electoral process in 1951. A few radical elements broke away from the CPI in 1964 to form CPI (Marxist). And when CPI-M adopted electoral democracy, a more radical Maoist faction within CPI-M initiated the violent Naxalite movement. In 1969 Charu Muzamdar formed a new group called CPI-M&L based on Marxist and Lenin philosophies. By 1972 the communist movement in India was defeated. From 1972-1991, Naxalism remained in a dormant state. It was repeatedly fragmented on ideological grounds, strategies and personality clashes. Then the second phase of Naxalite violence commenced. The origin of Maoist violence can be traced to two factions of Naxalites: the People's War Group (PWG) of Andhra Pradesh and the Maoist Communist Centre (MCC) of Bihar. It is believed that the Forest (Conservation) Act of 1980 deprived the fundamental rights of forest produce. Colossal dislocation of tribal population in the Naxalism-affected states due to development projects, mining operations and other reasons. A socio-economic vacuum was created and exploited by the Maoists to mobilise such people into Naxalism by Maoists. The national strategy to counter LWE was formed in 2015. It was a multi-pronged approach to combat LWE. Its main aim was to ensure participatory governance and the protection of the rights of local tribals, among other things. Left Wing Extremist activities have dropped remarkably by 77% from the highest level of 2,258 in 2009 to 509 in 2021. The influence of Maoists has also come down notably in districts, from 96 districts in 2010 to only 39 districts in 2022. Bihar is free of Naxal terror as of today.

 Abstract

In recent years, the automatic ration vending machine using RFID has become increasingly popular in many countries. The machine uses RFID to automatically identify and vend ration to the user. This paper presents the creation and execution of an automatic ration vending machine using RFID. The machine is designed to work with any type of ration and can be used in a variety of settings such as schools, hospitals, and office buildings. The machine is easy to use and can be operated by anyone. The machine is also very reliable and has a high degree of accuracy. The consumer must first hit the number of his or her own card before tagging the card. He may withdraw a certain amount of ration if the number that was pressed and the card information match. The consumer cannot withdraw the ration if he is still an illegal user on that card if the pressed number and the card data do not match. Thus, avoiding the illegal withdrawal of the ration from an unauthorized person. This study examines automated ration dispensing devices. The main goal of the automated ration wending machine is to prevent the massive financial waste that occurs with traditional ration distribution systems. In this approach, an RFID tag is utilized as an electronic ration in place of a card traditional ration card. To purchase ration from the dealer, the consumer must use his unique card in place of the regular ration card. The present system for Ration shops has many disadvantages. They have low processing speed. They have less man power, so the filling and the packing of products takes a lot of time. And some of the ration dealers weigh the products less compared to what was requested by the customer. This paper aims in providing an automatic filling machine which fills all the products requested by the customer, simultaneously, thus reducing the time consumed per customer. This machine works on the feedback of loadcell, which provides high weight accuracy, thus eliminating the risk for the customers getting cheated.

 Abstract

Life is unpredictable. Nobody knows the next minute of life. In this case, everyone has the right and desire to live the life they want. No one should be forced to live a life that values and respects others. Murder is the murder of a person who does not accept the arranged marriage of the family or changes it voluntarily, by a woman or a man, because it will damage the honor of the family. Family law values the family, but forgets about love and affection towards family members. In this research paper, I report on honour killings in India.

 Abstract

An investigation is done in the laboratory level to study the impact of selected pesticides on the enzyme activities of two different soils collected from groundnut cultivated fields. During the experiment, there is clear evidence regarding the pesticide effect on the enzyme activities. When the concentration of pesticides is maintained at 2.5 kg ha-1 after 10 days of incubation enzyme activities were profoundly increased and gradually decreased along with the increase in the concentration of the pesticides to 7.5 kg ha-1to 10.0 kg ha-1. In the present study the results were clearly demonstrating that increase concentration will be more threat to the soil enzyme activities.
