Abstract: India's sports industry is experiencing rapid growth, driven by factors such as the booming popularity of domestic leagues like the Indian Premier League (IPL), corporate sponsorships, and government initiatives such as Khelo India. The country's increasing engagement with major international events, including the upcoming Olympic Games and Football World Cup, along with the World Hockey Cup hosted by Odisha and the Cricket World Cup, positions India as a global sports hub. These events, alongside the IPL, generate massive revenue and elevate India's profile in the international sports arena. This transformation has underscored the urgent need for specialized sports education to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in the sector. This paper examines the economic potential and future trajectory of sports education in India, with a particular focus on the role of SPAA India in this evolution. SPAA India's copyrighted BBA/MBA in Sports Management and B.Tech in Sports Technology programs are positioned to meet the burgeoning demand for expertise across various sports-related sectors. The paper presents a detailed analysis of the projected revenue generation, highlighting an opportunity for international investors to generate over US $500 million in revenue through strategic investments and the purchase of SPAA India's 50-year copyright license. By capitalizing on India's large student base of over 500 million individuals, these programs offer scalable, sustainable growth and global expansion prospects. With its innovative curriculum, partnerships with top-tier universities, and a robust network of stakeholders, SPAA India is poised to become a key player in shaping the future of sports education. Investors seeking long-term returns and the chance to impact one of the fastest-growing industries globally will find immense opportunities in this emerging market.

In an era where digital transformation is reshaping education, the challenge of educational inequality remains a significant barrier for underprivileged students. This paper introduces BridgeLearn, an innovative artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to bridge this gap by providing accessible and engaging learning experiences. BridgeLearn leverages advanced AI models, including Meta's Llama 3-8B for intelligent tutoring, Flux for dynamic content generation, and Three.js for interactive 3D laboratories. The platform's architecture integrates React's frontend with Django's backend to create an immersive learning environment. Key innovations include personalized learning pathways, AI-powered tutoring, and gamified molecular visualization tools. The research methodology involved extensive analysis of existing platforms, iterative development, and testing in real educational environments. Results demonstrate significant improvements in student engagement, comprehension, and reduced dropout rates.

This narrative review explores the effects of Myofascial Induction Therapy (MIT) on various musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on pain relief, range of motion, and functional outcomes. MIT has shown promising results in reducing pain sensitivity, improving mobility, and enhancing quality of life in patients with conditions such as chronic low back pain, breast cancer-related shoulder morbidity, and temporomandibular disorders. The review highlights the benefits of MIT in addressing myofascial dysfunction, including its ability to modulate pain without necessarily improving joint mobility in healthy individuals. Additionally, MIT demonstrates positive outcomes in improving cervical and shoulder ROM and reducing discomfort in survivors of head and neck cancer. These findings suggest that MIT could be a valuable therapeutic intervention across various musculoskeletal disorders, supporting its integration into rehabilitation programs. Further research is needed to establish optimal treatment protocols and explore its long-term effects.

Indigenous sports play a significant role in Naga society as it is extremely embedded in cultural practices towards survival skill as well as physical ability. Nagaland is a habitat for many Naga tribes, has an interesting wealth of colorful festival and traditions, norms and values, different forms of indigenous games and sports-played by the local populace. These indigenous games and sports are played during different festivals or community celebrations, more than mere entertainment; they are symbolic of the values, courage, unity and respect for tradition of the Naga. By Incorporating indigenous sport into education, Nagaland has the potential to foster a more integrative and culturally attuned model of learning, for which physical, emotional and social development is important for children. In the last few years, there has been renewed interest in indigenous sports, with attempts at integrating them into contemporary sporting festivals such that they will be enjoyed by future generations. The paper examines the value of indigenous sports of Nagaland residing in North-Eastern region of India. The paper brings out the functionality of indigenous sports and significance while maintaining and conveying cultures from generations to generations.

Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) offer significant performance and energy efficiency benefits, but their adoption is often hindered by long compilation times, which impede rapid development cycles and design space exploration. Traditional monolithic compilation flows optimize the entire design globally but require full recompilation even for minor changes. Partial Reconfiguration (PR) offers a promising avenue to address this challenge by enabling independent compilation and reconfiguration of specific design modules. This paper reviews three key research contributions that explore the use of PR, often coupled with overlay networks and high-level synthesis (HLS), to achieve faster parallel and incremental FPGA compilation.

This research examines the transformative impact of AI-powered chatbots on the education sector, focusing on how they enhance support systems and learning experiences. The study explores the benefits, challenges, and future estimates regarding integration of AI chatbots, particularly ChatGPT, into current learning environments. Chatbots offer immediate academic assistance, personalized learning paths, and skill development opportunities, making education more accessible and engaging. Teachers benefit from improved pedagogical strategies and time-saving automation in administrative tasks. However, the paper also highlights significant concerns regarding the accuracy, reliability and moral utilization of AI in education. Skeptical scholars emphasize the risk of biased information, unfair assessment, and data privacy issues. The methodology used secondary research from diverse academic sources. Findings reveal that while AI chatbots hold immense potential for revolutionizing teaching and learning, their implementation must be carefully managed through ethical guidelines, oversight, and critical evaluation. The study concludes that a balanced approach--embracing innovation while addressing risks--is essential for harnessing the full educational potential of AI chatbots and fostering a more adaptive, inclusive, and efficient learning ecosystem.

Adaptability and Resilience have become essential soft skills that have a big impact on women professionals' career advancement in the dynamic and always-changing workplace. For women professionals, adaptability is essential because it allows them to deal with the challenges and rapid changes that occur in the workplace. In dynamic situations, it improves their capacity to meet changing expectations and contribute to organisational success by fostering resilience, creativity, and problem-solving skills (Bhashanjaly, S.2024). While, career resilience is crucial for women professionals because it helps them overcome obstacles in their lives and at work. It outlines methods for boosting this resilience at the individual and organisational levels. Women can overcome obstacles and make positive improvements in their jobs by developing resilience (Palinkas, L. A., 2023). This study examines how workplace challenges for women professionals interplay with resilience and adaptation. It attempts to assess the ways in which these abilities support women in coping with stress, uncertainty, and career changes, thereby promoting long-term career stability and work-life balance. Furthermore, this study suggests organisational strategies that can improve women professionals' resilience and adaptability, such as flexible work schedules, resilience training, and mentorship programs in a competitive workplace. The study focus to collect the sample from the working professionals across different sectors in Bengaluru City. Regression analysis, ANOVA, and the independent sample t-test will all be used in the study, which will employ the data analysis software JAMOVI 2.6.25 to achieve its goals.
