The present study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of Ondansetron Hydrochloride orodispersible tablets utilizing Acacia gum as a natural superdisintegrant. Natural disintegrants are gaining popularity due to their biocompatibility, non-toxicity, and cost-effectiveness. In this work, various formulations were prepared using direct compression, incorporating different concentrations of Acacia gum, and evaluated for pre-compression and post-compression parameters such as hardness, friability, disintegration time, and drug release. Among the formulations, batch F3 exhibited the best performance with a disintegration time of 22 seconds and 99.31% drug release at 30 minutes. The findings suggest that Acacia gum can serve as an effective and natural alternative to synthetic superdisintegrants in the development of fast-dissolving tablets.

In modern industrial automation, product counting and material classification are crucial for enhancing efficiency, reducing human errors, and optimizing manufacturing processes. This project presents a Conveyor Belt System for Product Counting and Material Separation, designed to accurately count products passing through the conveyor while distinguishing between metal and non-metal items. The system integrates advanced sensing technology to automate the counting process and classify products based on their material composition. The automated classification of metal and non-metal items can be utilized in various industries, including manufacturing, packaging, recycling, and quality control. By integrating smart automation and real-time monitoring, this conveyor belt system enhances productivity and operational accuracy while reducing labor-intensive tasks. The system is designed for scalability, making it adaptable to different industrial applications where material differentiation and product counting are essential. This project demonstrates a step forward in industrial automation by providing a cost-effective, efficient, and intelligent solution for automated product counting and material separation.

The present study is an effort to understand the importance of District Industries Centers in providing training to employees and entrepreneurs of startups and how to manage talent in startups. District Industries Centres (DICs) have a significant impact on local economies by promoting industrial development, creating job opportunities, and supporting entrepreneurship. Through their various functions and services, DICs contribute to the economic growth and industrialization of their respective regions. Study tries to achieve two basic objectives which are to understand role of DIC in providing training to start-ups and to find ways and means to achieve best talent management strategies for the start-ups. DICs play a vital role in promoting industrial development and supporting entrepreneurs at the district level. By providing financial assistance, infrastructure development, skill development, and marketing support, DICs contribute significantly to economic growth and employment generation. However, addressing challenges in implementation and enhancing collaboration with various stakeholders can further improve their effectiveness.

Mukul Kesavan Looking Through Glass critiques dominant nationalist and communal histories of India by presenting an alternative, fragmented, and subversive narrative of the past. Through the postmodern device of time travel, the novel allows the protagonist, a contemporary observer, to witness pre-Partition India and challenge the rigid historical binaries that sustain both nationalist and communist discourses. Kesavan separated the grand narratives of Indian independence and Partition, revealing history as a constructed and contested discourse rather than an objective truth. The novel critiques nationalist historiography, which often glorifies the freedom movement while ignoring the complexities of political as well as social realities. Which is focusing on ordinary people rather than political elite, Kesavan decentralizes history and highlights the contradictions within nationalist rhetoric. The novel challenges communal historiography, which portrays Hindu-Muslim relations in fixed oppositional terms, by depicting intercommunal solidarities and shared cultural spaces that defy the divisive narratives often associated with Partition.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing book Classification, a task traditionally handled by librarians. AI-powered tools and intelligent systems automate critical aspects of this process, including metadata extraction, classification, keyword tagging, and error detection. Advanced technologies like Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) enable AI to analyse book content, identify bibliographic details, and classify materials according to standardized systems like Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) or Library of Congress Classification (LCC). AI-driven Classification can generate multilingual metadata, making books more accessible to a global audience. These systems future enhance library operation and user service through recommendation algorithms and automated validation mechanisms. However, challenges such as data privacy, metadata reliability, and ethical implications remain. Additionally, smaller libraries with limited technological infrastructure may struggle to implement AI-driven solutions, exacerbating the digital divide. This paper explores the transformative role of AI in book Classification, examining its underlying technologies, key advantages, and potential limitations. It proposes a structured framework for integrating AI-based Classification systems into modern library management, striking a balance among efficiency, accuracy, and ethical responsibility.

Gender roles, which are strongly established in societal frameworks, have had a substantial impact on the allocation of home labour, frequently laying an uneven burden on women. The current study intends to investigate how stereotyped gender roles in domestic duties are represented through a comparative analysis of Prathibha Nandakumar's Poem and Maya Angelou's Woman Work. Using literary and thematic analysis, the article investigates women's emotional, physical, and psychological challenges in various cultural contexts. Both poets, despite their diverse backgrounds, express a universal experience of female labour, tenacity, and silent endurance in the face of societal expectations. The findings demonstrate how, while culturally specific, domestic obligations mirror common patterns of gender-based discrimination and the marginalisation of women's labour. This article highlights the necessity of questioning conventional gender norms and the ongoing significance of feminist discourse in modern culture.

As software systems grow increasingly complex and distributed, traditional linear CI/CD pipelines--following rigid build -> test -> deploy sequences--struggle to keep pace with modern development demands. This paper explores the evolving landscape of software delivery, beginning with an analysis of the scalability limitations, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies of conventional pipelines, particularly in high-velocity environments and microservices architectures. It then examines the shift toward event-driven delivery architectures, highlighting how decoupling deployment steps and triggering actions based on real-time changes enhances flexibility and responsiveness. The study further investigates GitOps as a natural evolution of CI/CD, emphasizing the role of declarative system definitions, Git as the source of truth, and pull-based deployment models to achieve continuous system reconciliation and verification. Additionally, the paper delves into progressive delivery techniques--including feature flags, canary releases, and A/B testing--that enable safer, incremental rollouts supported by strong observability practices. Finally, it addresses the practical challenges organizations face in adopting these modern approaches, such as overcoming cultural resistance, dealing with legacy pipeline debt, bridging skill gaps, and integrating new tools into existing ecosystems. Through this exploration, the paper aims to rethink and propose a more adaptive, resilient framework for software delivery in today's dynamic environments.
