As global supply chains become increasingly complex, there is a rising dependence on predictive analytics for accurate demand forecasting. Traditional forecasting models based solely on historical data and statistical methods often do not capture volatility in the market, changing consumer behavior, and disruption in supply chains. Predictive analytics, powered by Machine Learning, artificial intelligence, and Big data analytics, allows organizations to enhance the accuracy of demand forecasting, streamline inventory management. The paper provides a literature review on synthetic predictive analytics methods, with emphasis on machine learning models, big data frameworks, and hybrid techniques for demand forecasting. Additionally, case studies of real-time applications across domains, including retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing, are explored to illustrate how predictive analytics can effectively reduce risks and improve supply chain performance. The research also looks into implementation challenges such as data quality, model interpretability and integration to existing enterprise systems. The results demonstrate the high-impact potential of predictive analytics on more extreme reactivity in contemporary SCM, and propose directions for future research to close the identified gaps

This study explores how plastic weaving, as a sustainable craft, can shape community attitudes and behaviors regarding plastic waste and environmental stewardship. It investigates how hands-on crafting can enhance awareness, engagement, and proactive actions against plastic pollution. By promoting collaborative crafting efforts, it aims to strengthen community ties and foster a shared commitment to sustainability. The research provides support to artisans by encouraging them to explore a variety of patterns using different types of plastic waste. This exploration not only enhances their creative expression but also aligns with sustainable practices. The study also keeps artisans informed about emerging market trends, particularly regarding color combinations and product diversity. This knowledge empowers them to create items that resonate with consumer preferences while contributing to waste reduction and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Urban water bodies in India, particularly in rapidly expanding cities such as Mumbai, are confronting a significant challenge: the unregulated discharge of untreated sewage into rivers and lakes. This issue extends beyond mere infrastructural inadequacies in keeping pace with population growth; it also encompasses inadequate urban planning, ineffective enforcement of regulations, and a general lack of public awareness. Once vibrant ecosystems, the Mithi River and Powai Lake have deteriorated into severely polluted water bodies, primarily due to illegal sewage discharges, contaminated stormwater runoff, and insufficient treatment facilities. This review paper examines strategies to mitigate sewage ingress. It synthesizes a diverse array of literature, real-world case studies, and technical approaches that have been implemented in various contexts. Solutions such as interceptor chambers, hydro-brakes, and the rerouting of dry weather flows are analyzed not only as engineering solutions but also within a broader framework that emphasizes community engagement and policy reform. The paper integrates insights from international best practices alongside Indian guidelines to identify effective strategies, shortcomings, and areas for improvement. A significant conclusion drawn from this review is that, despite the availability of technological solutions, their incorporation into urban planning and regulatory enforcement remains inadequate. Decentralized treatment systems, while promising, are still underutilized. By merging technical expertise with administrative and social considerations, this paper advocates for a more comprehensive and collaborative approach to addressing urban sewage pollution. The findings not only support the planning phase of the author's dissertation but also aim to contribute to larger initiatives such as Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and Namami Gange, providing actionable insights for the enhancement of urban water quality and public health.

Animal intrusion refers to the unauthorized presence of animals in areas such as farms, forests, or urban zones, often leading to damage, safety risks, or property loss. These incidents, frequently caused by wild or domestic animals, necessitate rapid and reliable monitoring systems. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has greatly enhanced these systems by improving accuracy, speed, and automation in surveillance. Machine Learning (ML) and Computer Vision (CV) approaches enable automatic detection and monitoring of animal movements via camera feeds or sensor data, assisting in wildlife protection and security measures. This study explores a deep learning-based approach to detect animal intrusions in diverse outdoor environments. Models like YOLOv5 and EfficientDet, trained using PyTorch and fine-tuned for real-time performance, are evaluated using key metrics such as 2 accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and mean Average Precision (mAP). Among the tested models, YOLOv5 achieved the highest accuracy, with a mean mAP of 75.7%, indicating strong real-time detection capabilities. The findings confirm that object detection models based 1 on deep Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are highly effective in identifying both wild and domestic animals, supporting better wildlife monitoring and security systems.

Musculoskeletal disorders are among the leading causes of disability worldwide, and access to rehabilitation remains a critical challenge. Telerehabilitation (TR), the remote delivery of rehabilitation services using digital communication technologies, has emerged as a viable, effective alternative to conventional therapy. This narrative review synthesises current evidence on telerehabilitation across various musculoskeletal conditions, including knee osteoarthritis, rotator cuff-related shoulder pain, low back pain, adhesive capsulitis, postural kyphosis, and rehabilitation following total joint arthroplasty. It explores the clinical outcomes, feasibility, adherence, and cost-effectiveness of TR, and discusses its integration into long-term care strategies. Overall, telerehabilitation demonstrates comparable effectiveness to in-person interventions, particularly when delivered in real-time with supervision.

Sri Aurobindo as a philosopher blends Western ideas and Indian metaphysical traditions. This further synthesises the material and the spiritual. His ideas associated with spiritual evolution and the emergence of a higher consciousness in humanity are relevant in the contemporary world; especially in the fields of psychology, philosophy and spirituality. The current study aims at evaluating the comprehensive metaphysical framework of Aurobindo in select texts, focusing primarily on the notion of integral yoga alongside its role in the teleological progression of human consciousness. It further addresses how Aurobindo's integral approach unifies the bodily, cognitive, vital consciousness and superphysical levels of being in order to direct humanity towards a higher consciousness. This will be achieved by employing an explorative and qualitative approach. The paper delves into answering key questions raise associated with the transformative approach that integral yoga offers and its relevance in the modern materialistic world. The paper promotes the significance of Aurobindo's integral yoga by exploring the integration of the tripartite structure of body, mind, and spirit. This area is less researched as integral yoga and its application in practical life remain unexplored. However, the paper limits itself to two texts by Aurobindo- The Life Divine and The Synthesis of Yoga. Further qualitative, comparative and quantitative research can be conducted on the historical political or the influence of Aurobindo's works specifically on mental health.
