With the exponential growth of cloud computing, efficient utilization of physical resources has become a critical concern for data center operators. One of the main challenges is the best placement of virtual machines (VMs) to increase packaging efficiency and reduce the number of active physical servers, to reduce energy use and operational costs. This paper proposes a novel algorithmic approach for VM placement that not only focuses on enhancing resource utilization and packaging efficiency but also integrates security-aware features into the placement process. By leveraging a hybrid optimization technique that combines heuristic and machine learning strategies, the proposed solution dynamically evaluates VM requirements and server capacities in real-time. Furthermore, the algorithm incorporates security constraints to prevent co-residency attacks and ensure tenant isolation. Experimental evaluations on simulated cloud environments demonstrate significant improvements in resource consolidation, reduction in the number of active physical servers, and enhanced security compliance compared to traditional VM placement strategies. This approach offers a scalable and secure solution for next-generation cloud data centers.

Abstract: The Piper nigrum (Piper Longum) is a major plantation crop in tropical regions. Germplasm characterization using RAPD will be useful in accessing genetic diversity among natural population. Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique is a protocol sensitive which limit cross comparison of information generated by this method with others. Effectiveness of the present RAPD analysis in revealing the genetic diversity is evident from the amplification products. Present molecular marker study was done using five Piper nigrum varieties (P1, P2, P3, P4 & P5) collected from Regional Pepper Research Station, Panniyoor of kannur district, Kerala, India. Five random primers RP1, RP2, RP3, RP4, RP5, RP6, RP7, RP8, RP9 & RP10 were selected from 20 initially screened were used in molecular marker studies amplified 198 different reproducible bands. The number of bands per primer product ranged from 300 bp-1.5 kb. All the primers reveal polymorphism between clones. Out of 198 scored, 193 bands were found to be polymorphic. Maximum number of polymorphic bands (26) was obtained with the primer RP4, RP6 and RP10. The average number of polymorphic bands per primer is 19.3. Based on the bands obtained we can say that the level of genetic diversity among the varieties is high. The present study reveals the high genetic diversity among the pepper populations from Panniyoor clones. This information would be useful to study more genetic diversity analysis on Pepper species from different areas of the state and outside. The current molecular marker studies can be used to develop an effective molecular marker system for marker assisted selection and breeding for an effective crop improvement programme.

Education is the main key parameter for human development.India in pre and post independence scenario achieved a lot in educational area. But the scenario not exactly same for all like the backward class Tribals. The term 'Scheduled Tribes' first appeared in the Constitution of India.Scheduled Tribes (also known as "Tribals" or "adibasi/adivasi") are specific indigenous peoples whose status is acknowledged to some formal degree by national legislation. According to Census-2011, the number of scheduled tribes in India is 10,42,81,034 which is 8.6% of the total population of India. A total of 9,38,19,162 people belonging to Scheduled Tribes reside in rural areas whereas 1,04, 61,872 people in urban areas. West Bengal has the total number of the population 9,13,47,736 in which 52,96,953 (5.79% of the total population) are Tribal people(census 2011). As per census 2011, the literacy rate among tribes (58.96%) is found to be far below the overall literacy of the country (74.04%), whereas, in West Bengal, the literacy rate among tribal communities 57.92% is found to be far below the overall literacy of the state 77.08%. According to census 2011,Schedule Tribe literacy rate (gender wise)in West Bengal for male 68.16% and for female 47.71%, where as this rate of literacy in Puruliya (one of the Schedule Tribe populated district in West Bengal) for male 67.84% and for female 39.77%.In case of Schedule Tribe female literacy rate of Puruliya observed far below than overall Schedule Tribe female literacy rate of West Bengal 47.71%.This study provides educational status of the Schedule Tribe women of West Bengal and Puruliya district.Try to analyze the tribal women educational scenario of Puruliya district with respect to India and West Bengal. Also, the study point out the reasons for backwardness of tribals specially tribal women of West Bengal and Puruliya district regarding literacy rates and various aspects.

The dairy processing industry transforms raw milk into products such as butter, cheese, and milk powder. Essential processes encompass milk production, butter creation, cheese manufacturing, and milk powder generation. Environmental consequences include significant water usage, discharge of effluent containing high levels of organic substances, and energy consumption. Contemporary dairy facilities prioritize reducing water consumption, typically aiming for rates between 1.3 and 2.5 liters of water per kilogram of milk input. Environmental metrics, like water consumption and effluent discharge, are vital for evaluating opportunities for cleaner production. The industry has experienced consolidation, leading to fewer but larger plants, and has adopted more effective equipment and procedures to mitigate environmental impact.

The milk processing operations and milk product manufacturing processes which include butter production and cheese and milk powder inside the dairy processing facility. The first steps of milk production at the initial stages of dairy farming remain beyond the scope of this document because these activities fall under direct agricultural industry management. The distribution and retailing phases do not fall within the scope of this discussion. There is global processing of milk products, but the

The Grocery Store Management System (GSMS) is a Java-based software solution designed to simplify grocery store operations by automating billing, tracking and user authenti cation. It provides real-time insights into sales and stock levels, helping store owners make better decisions, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Traditional grocery stores often struggle with poor inventory management, slow checkouts, and security concerns in user authenti Existing solutions like Blinkit, Shopkeep, Instacart, and BigBasket have their own limitations, including high costs, delayed deliveries, and price f luctuations. GroMart seeks to overcome these shortcomings by developing an integrated grocery management system that automates core processes without being expensive and scalable.

Transdermal drug delivery systems (TDDS) have emerged as an innovative and non-invasive approach for systemic drug administration. These systems deliver therapeutic agents across the skin to achieve controlled and sustained release, bypassing gastrointestinal degradation and first-pass metabolism. This review discusses the fundamentals of TDDS, mechanisms of drug permeation, formulation components, types of transdermal systems, evaluation parameters, and recent advancements. The advantages and challenges associated with TDDS are also highlighted to provide a complete understanding of their significance in modern pharmaceutics.

This literature review investigates the rise and development of Urban Cooperative Banks (UCBs) in India, with an emphasis on their contribution to financial inclusion and community enhancement. It provides an overview of their historical origins, significant traits, and the cooperative banking theory that underpins their functioning. The review addresses major challenges, including issues related to governance, regulatory limitations, and the necessity for technological advancement. It also points out avenues for growth through digital innovation and collaborations with fintech companies. A comparative evaluation with rural cooperative banks highlights the distinct role of UCBs in bridging urban financial disparities. The study concludes with insights into policy recommendations and future research directions aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of UCBs in an increasingly digital and competitive financial landscape.
