Abstract: Teacher empowerment is a cornerstone of effective and sustainable education reform. Rooted in the principles of autonomy, professional development, and leadership, it involves equipping educators with the skills, knowledge, confidence, and opportunities needed to influence educational practices and policies. In the Indian context, teacher education has evolved significantly from the ancient Gurukul system to contemporary frameworks like the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. These reforms emphasize the development of competent, innovative, and committed teachers capable of adapting to dynamic classroom environments and societal changes. Empowering teachers also includes fostering lifelong learning, encouraging digital literacy, promoting creativity, and enhancing emotional intelligence. As teachers gain more professional agency and support, they become not only facilitators of knowledge but also inspirational leaders and change-makers in society. This paper explores the historical evolution, current strategies, and essential qualities needed for teacher empowerment in the modern era.

Abstract Theodore Dreiser's "The Stoic", published in 1947 as the final installment of his "Trilogy of Desire", narrates the tale of Frank Cowperwood - a man who appears to possess everything desirable. He is wealthy, influential and respected by many. However, as his life nears its end, he experiences a profound emptiness within. Despite his achievements, something vital is missing. This paper examines how Dreiser illustrates Cowperwood's life to reflect the challenges faced by many individuals today. In contemporary society, many pursue wealth, status, and personal success, often neglecting their emotional needs, relationships, and inner contentment. Dreiser reveals that a life centered solely on material gains can result in isolation, regret, and a lack of genuine significance. The novel deals with significant existential themes, including the quest for meaning, the sensation of emotional void, and the fundamental human yearning for sincere, loving connections. Through Cowperwood's experiences, "The Stoic" conveys a compelling message that remains relevant today: a genuinely fulfilling existence demands more than just wealth and authority; it requires love, comprehension, and a purpose that transcends self-interest.

Hypertension is the leading remediable risk factor for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in the United States. Excess dietary salt consumption, which is a catalyst of hypertension, initiates an inflammatory cascade via activation of antigen-presenting cells (APCs).[1] Flavonoids, a natural phenolic compound, have these therapeutic benefits and can potentially serve as antihypertensive. Flavones are a type of flavonoid that have increased anti-inflammatory effects that may allow them to act as therapeutic agents for hypertension, including diosmosing, which is able to induce significant arterial vasodilation in several different animal models. This review will focus on the activity of flavones to illuminate potential preventative and potential therapeutic mechanisms against hypertension. Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii)[5] is a potential source used in cosmetics to prevent skin aging due to its flavonoids and antioxidant properties Calcium intake may regulate blood pressure by modifying intracellular calcium in vascular smooth muscle cells and by varying vascular volume through the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. The present study assessed the role of cardamom fruit in lowering blood pressure in patients with grade1 hypertension.[2,3] The stem of Cisss quadrangular is L. is also reputed in Ayurveda as alterative, anthelmintic, dyspeptic, digestive, tonic, analgesic in eye and ear diseases, in the treatment of irregular menstruation and asthma, and in complaints of the back and spine. The plant extracts also exhibit cardio tonic property in present study there are various test reveals the presence of Alkaloids Carbohydrates, Glycosides Tannins phenolic compounds Protein and amino acids Gum and mucilage Flavones and flavonoids Saponins Steroids and sterols.

This paper explores the multifaceted nature of electronic resources (e-resources) and their growing significance in the digital era. The advancement of digital technology has revolutionized information access, making it faster, easier, and more efficient--especially in remote and underserved areas. E-resources play a crucial role in preserving intellectual content, supporting research, and fostering societal development. As libraries increasingly digitize print materials, their collections now include a wide array of digital formats. E-resources address storage limitations and help manage the growing influx of information. This study offers an overview of their types, benefits, limitations, and includes references for further exploration. It underscores the vital role e-resources play in reshaping academic libraries and advancing knowledge access.

The advancement of the Internet of Things (IoT) has opened new frontiers in modern agriculture, enabling automation and increased efficiency. This paper presents the design and implementation of an IoT-based seed planting and water rover, aimed at enhancing precision farming techniques. The system is built on a mobile robotic platform equipped with sensors and actuators to perform two primary functions: automated seed planting and controlled water dispensing. The rover operates autonomously or via remote access, guided by sensor feedback. Soil moisture sensors help determine the appropriate locations and timings for planting and irrigation. The seed dispenser mechanism ensures uniform spacing, while the water module delivers precise quantities of water to each planted seed, minimizing waste and promoting healthy crop growth. Real-time data is collected and transmitted to a cloud-based monitoring system, allowing farmers to observe field conditions and rover performance remotely. This integration of IoT not only reduces manual labor but also improves crop yield by optimizing essential agricultural operations. The project emphasizes sustainability, efficiency, and scalability, offering a smart solution for small to medium-scale farms and contributing to the digital transformation of agriculture

Abstract: Monosodium glutamate (MSG), the sodium salt of glutamic acid, is widely used as a flavor enhancer in various cuisines and processed foods due to its unique ability to impart the umami taste. Since its isolation in 1908, MSG has become a staple additive globally, despite ongoing public debate regarding its safety. While regulatory agencies such as the FDA and WHO have declared MSG safe for general consumption, concerns remain about its potential health effects, particularly in relation to reproductive health. Reproductive health is a fundamental aspect of overall well-being and societal development, closely tied to issues such as fertility, hormonal regulation, maternal health, and infant survival. Emerging evidence suggests that excessive MSG intake may adversely affect reproductive functions by disrupting hormonal balance and potentially impairing fertility in both males and females. Given the growing reliance on processed foods, it is imperative to evaluate the impact of dietary additives like MSG on reproductive outcomes. This review explores the historical background, safety evaluations, and potential reproductive risks associated with MSG, aiming to inform dietary recommendations and public health strategies.
