Steganography is a robust method for secure information dissemination; whereby private data is integrated into digital media with an intention to keep them imperceptible. The work introduces a productive image steganography using the Least Significant Bit (LSB) substitution strategy, wherein concealed data is covertly placed into pixel intensity in an image. LSB method remains a favourite methodology owing to the simplicity in deployment, very large capacity, as well as being insensitive to reducing the image's quality. We present the embedding and extraction process, evaluate the strength of the method with respect to robustness, and compare its performance using Peak Signal- to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Mean Squared Error (MSE) measurements. Experimental findings show that the proposed method efficiently hides information with imperceptible loss in image quality. The research points to the possibility of LSB-based steganography as a secure method of communication and discusses its shortfalls, like susceptibility to steganalysis. Future extensions such as adaptive embedding and cryptographic support are also examined to enhance security and attack resilience.

ABSTRACT: In order to manage pathogenic diseases, health hygiene has been of utmost importance. As an alternative to handwashing, hand sanitisers assist in stopping infections by preventing the spread of bacteria, which in turn stops infectious diseases from spreading. Different formulations of hand sanitisers are available, including liquids, gel-based products, and foam-forming products. The efficacy of herbal hand sanitisers is the focus of this study report. One Herbal hand sanitisers are more efficient against microorganisms than chemical-based ones. By using herbal hand sanitisers instead of chemical-based ones, one can avoid the toxicity that comes with the latter. The first way that bacteria and illnesses are spread is through the hands. One of the most important concepts and practices in the prevention, management, and decrease of infections is hand hygiene. Natural herbal hand sanitisers are affordable, safe for the environment, biodegradable, and effective.

This study thoroughly investigates poverty throughout all 11 blocks of the Kaimur district in Bihar, looking beyond income-based metrics. While data from the National Family Health Survey-5 (2019-21) and secondary sources are used to assess poverty in terms of quality of living, education, and health, indicators of poverty in terms of health include access to basic utilities, cleanliness, school attendance, and nutrition. There are significant variations within the district, as seen by our block-level estimates. For instance, rural blocks like Chainpur and Bhagwanpur had much higher multidimensional poverty headcount ratios (58.7% and 56.3%, respectively) than semi-urban blocks like Bhabua. The statistics show that there is extreme poverty in a number of places: 38% of adults lack a primary school diploma, 41% of children under the age of five have stunted development, and 62% of households lack access to clean cooking fuel. New geographical trends show that there is a greater percentage of the population living in poverty in the western blocks that border Uttar Pradesh, and that worse infrastructure is associated with lower agricultural output. According to the report, which highlights the compounding effect of caste dynamics, multidimensional poverty is 1.8 times higher among Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe groups than among general categories. Given that households with a woman as the primary provider had 12% higher deprivation scores on health and education measures, gender disparity is a serious reason for concern. These findings challenge conventional district poverty estimates that are based just on income and instead reveal more complex patterns of deprivation that call for particular government actions. Finally, using the data at hand, the research makes recommendations on how to lessen poverty in particular blocks. It emphasizes the necessity of adopting a comprehensive strategy to reduce the nutrition gap, upgrade educational infrastructure, and carry out government programs down to the last mile. This micro-level research provides authorities with comprehensive information to help them distribute cash more effectively in one of Bihar's poorest districts.

In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, the swift and accurate handling of service complaints is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Conventional complaint management methods often rely on manual processes that are slow, error-prone, and inefficient. These limitations result in delayed resolutions and poor user experience. To address these challenges, this project presents VISION-AI: Visual Intelligence System for Optimized Complaint Registration and Assignment Using AI, an integrated solution that combines the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence. The VISION-AI system offers a user-friendly complaint submission interface via a Telegram bot, allowing users to register issues using text and images. To reduce manual data entry and minimize human errors, the platform employs Optical Character Recognition (OCR) using Tesseract, which automatically extracts fault codes from submitted images. Complaint data is processed and managed through a Flask-API and securely stored in a SQLite database, for efficient data retrieval and analysis.. It also incorporates the (MCTS) algorithm to predict the most effective technician. Designed for scalability and future enhancement, planned upgrades to VISION-AI include real-time technician tracking, predictive maintenance, and a fully decentralized complaint resolution process, aiming to deliver a smarter, more robust, and highly responsive service management system.

This study investigated the efficacy of ice chips versus normal saline in mitigating oral mucositis among patients undergoing chemotherapy at MIMS Hospital, Calicut. Key objectives included independently assessing the effect of ice chips and normal saline on oral mucositis severity, directly comparing their effectiveness, and identifying potential associations between oral mucositis incidence and the clinical variables like cancer type and specific chemotherapeutic agents. The research employed a rigorous time-series design featuring multiple interventions. A purposive sampling technique was utilized to select 60 eligible patients. Data were meticulously gathered through structured and semi-structured interviews, complemented by a comprehensive observational checklist to document oral mucositis progression. Betty Neuman's Systems Model served as the guiding theoretical framework for this inquiry. Data analysis, incorporating both descriptive and inferential statistics, yielded significant findings. Both intervention groups demonstrated a notable reduction in oral mucositis severity between Day 1 and Day 4. However, the application of normal saline emerged as demonstrably more effective than ice chips in managing chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis. This study compellingly highlights the critical role of simple, non-invasive interventions in improving patient comfort and well-being throughout their arduous chemotherapy journey, providing valuable evidence for clinical practice.
