Regardless of the advancements in every area, we still deal with issues in the world we live in. For hazardous illnesses in medicine, cure option is less available, so good diagnosis is important; this is possible only with modern tools. Due to the need of multiple doctor opinions, getting a diagnosis can take a lot of time. Since opinions differ from one person to another because of Because there are bound to be mistakes in the process, using a model like VGG-16, ResNet50, Alex-net, DenseNet121, DenseNet169 and even custom transfer learning models can be used. Then a web application is designed so the process is easy for all you just need to upload your images to the website sharing the percentage of pneumonia with the person who needed the help.

The issue of the right to die with dignity is increasingly becoming a key concern in modern bioethics, law, and healthcare, highlighting the struggle to balance personal autonomy with ethical and legal concerns in fora concerning death and dying. As medical technology advances, with a parallel rise in average life expectancy, dying patients become keen to make the choice of when and how they die. This paper explores the meaning of dying with dignity on many levels, including an analysis of legal and ethical discourse about assisted dying: euthanasia, and physician-assisted suicide. Through an assessment of and comparison between the Netherlands, Canada, Belgium, and some American states where assisted dying is legalized, this paper illustrates the variety of legal mechanisms and safeguards set in place to protect vulnerable persons. Ethically speaking, there exists a delicate tension between the respect for one's autonomy--the very decided right of an individual to decide what will or will never happen to their own body--and the sanctity of life, a concept often rooted in cultural, religious beliefs, or other moral considerations. The role of the healthcare professional in mediating these complicated decisions is critically analyzed, elucidating the necessity of concrete guidelines and the practice of compassion. Considerations of these issues affect not just the patients and families directly involved but also society at large, which must reconcile evolving interpretations of human rights with its traditional values. By putting together legal cases, ethical viewpoints, and real-world problems, this study is intended to add to the discourse concerning how best to respect dignity, autonomy, and moral integrity at the close of life.

This paper seeks to throw light on the development of translation, terminology and translation terminology by first looking at the development of each throughout time. By taking a special look at globalization at the pivotal point of the increase in demand for the same, it seeks to highlight the ever-growing demand of translation and the speed at which it is demanded in the digitized world. Translation in simple terms would be the conversion of source language material into its closest equivalent in the target language. This study investigates the compressive strength and cost-effectiveness of M40 grade concrete when cement is partially replaced with Fly Ash and Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS). The research aims to determine the optimal replacement proportions for achieving desired strength while reducing material costs. A design mix with a water-cement ratio of 0.4 was used. Concrete specimens were prepared by replacing cement with 20-30% Fly Ash, 40-50% GGBS, and combinations of both. Compressive strength was tested at 7, 14, and 28 days. Results showed that while conventional concrete achieved the highest strength, blended mixes also performed well and offered significant cost benefits. The combined use of 30% GGBS + 15% Fly Ash emerged as a balanced option in terms of strength and economy

The rapid evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly influenced governance, legal frameworks, and protection of fundamental rights, necessitating the evolution of constitutionalism. With AI systems driving decision-making in public administration, judicial processes, and policy implementation, accountability, transparency, and power distribution between states and non-state actors become contentious issues. Digital constitutionalism has arisen as a reaction to address this need, seeking to incorporate technological advancements while protecting democratic principles and human liberties. The study examines the way constitutional frameworks respond to AI-led challenges, comparing legal concepts, regulatory templates, and comparative governance strategies. The results suggest that current constitutional doctrines tend to find it difficult to deal with the intricacies of AI, especially in data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the responsibility of automated decision-making. With international efforts, such as the European Union's GDPR, setting the baseline models, variations in legal responses create a demand for a complete suite of governance tools. The revolutionary possibilities of AI have to be anchored in constitutional precepts in order to achieve equality, defend the public interest, and block unlimited growth in power by companies or states. Synchronizing constitutional traditions with the new technologies of AI necessitates an evolving legal strategy that fits innovation but solidifies democratic resilience. The study highlights the need for policymakers, legal thinkers, and tech specialists to come together to create frameworks where technological advancement is balanced against the rule of law so that AI is made to benefit society ethically and fairly.

The current study's objective was to use Qualitative screening methods to find Secondary Metabolites in four distinct solvent-based preparations of Butea monosperma var lutea. Powdered roots, stems, and to extract the leaves, ethanol, methanol, chloroform, and hexane as solvents. Standard techniques were used to assay secondary metabolites, including Anthroquinones, steroids, terpenoids, saponins, Alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, phenolic substances, and Anthroquinones. Most of the active components were contained in ethanolic or methanolic extracts of roots, stems, and leaves, according to phytochemical study, in contrast to other solvents. When compared to hexane or chloroform extracts, secondary metabolites were more prevalent in Butea monosperma var lutea ethanolic or methanolic extracts.

As industrial systems advance, edge devices are producing unprecedented volumes of data daily. However, much of this data remains siloed within centralized data centers, creating substantial barriers to secure and efficient data exchange across various domains. The rise of decentralized edge computing and blockchain technologies has introduced new possibilities for transforming smart logistics infrastructures. In response to the growing need for secure, scalable, and privacy-preserving data sharing in logistics networks, we propose a novel architecture that integrates Hierarchical Attribute-Based Encryption (HABE) with blockchain and edge computing. The proposed solution employs a privacy-centric encryption mechanism that enables edge devices to transmit sensitive data securely to proximate cloud nodes for further processing. A blockchain-enabled data-sharing framework is incorporated to facilitate decentralized access control by leveraging both edge and cloud storage. To reinforce authentication and ensure data integrity, the system integrates a Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA), enabling tamper-proof and verifiable access rights enforcement at the network edge. By harmonizing HABE, blockchain, and SHA-based validation, the architecture achieves robust privacy safeguards, secure data dissemination, and enhanced authentication performance. Experimental results validate the system's superiority in preserving data confidentiality, strengthening access control, and improving data-sharing efficiency compared to traditional centralized models, rendering it highly effective for next-generation industrial logistics environments.
