The manufacturing and industrial sectors have faced numerous challenges over the decades, including the availability of skilled labor, cybersecurity issues, and plant downtime due to asset failures. The traditional non-containerized environments used for building SCADA systems are becoming less effective in recent days to solve industrial challenges as they have issues with portability, scalability, security, stability, agility, responsiveness, and resource consumption. It will also become difficult in future to provide innovative solutions to industrial customers using traditional SCADA systems that use traditional non-containerized applications. The demand for the implementation of advanced technology to optimize industrial and manufacturing plants has always been high. With the advent of Industry 4.0 (the Fourth Industrial Revolution), these challenges are being addressed through the integration of advanced technologies such as IIoT, Cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Containerization, and other digital innovations. Industry 4.0 enables the creation of smarter, more efficient solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs, thereby ensuring business sustainability. The combination of industrial automation with Industry 4.0 technologies results in more reliable and powerful end-to-end automation solutions, allowing digital systems to make autonomous decisions and assisting workers in making faster, more informed choices. Additionally, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality expand human capabilities to interact with machinery, providing greater control over assets. Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes further enhance the efficiency of application by enabling consistent and isolated environments for applications, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability. These advancements collectively help to overcome traditional industrial challenges faced by traditional industrial applications and drive the sector towards a more optimized and sustainable future.

Photographic service studios have been creating their own market niches and evolving at an arena of growing demand for good quality and personalized photography. Customers' satisfaction and loyalty at Glo Colour Labs Pvt. Ltd. were analyzed. Data collected from 150 customers were tested with tests such as T-Test, ANOVA, and Chi-Square. The results show that occupation, income, and residence have a significant effect on satisfaction, while age, gender, and marital status have very little effect on satisfaction. The marital status of individuals can affect their likelihood of becoming returning customers. Recommendations include customization of service packages, making areas more accessible for rural population. These will help build more satisfaction and retention. The findings will serve Glo Colour Labs in augmenting customer-oriented strategies aimed at sustained growth and competitiveness.

Abstract This research analyses how to arrange and organise tiny dwellings for functionality and style. Smart designs that maximise space without being unpleasant or unsightly are needed as city living becomes tighter and more expensive. Researchers study strategies to increase storage, combine functional furnishings, and employ minimal design to keep houses organised and beautiful. The study suggests ways to build spacious, organised houses using real examples, industry data, and modern architecture. Van living works well with shelves, elevated beds, and wall-mounted storage to keep possessions off the floor. Sofas that fold into beds and dining tables that may be used as writing tables are also useful. The study also shows how harmony in design may make small spaces look bigger and more inviting. A consistent colour scheme, lighting, and cleanliness make the area feel open and harmonious. The study concluded that well-organised, fashionable compact dwellings reduce stress and improve well-being. This research shows that careful layout makes tiny apartments as functional and attractive as bigger ones. The article helps urban inhabitants, architects, and designers maximise space by suggesting ways to hang storage vertically, choose furniture that suits any arrangement, and coordinate all spaces. With these guidelines, any flat may be comfortable, functional, and attractive.

This research is an attempt to explore the historical and philosophical complexities of state-building in Afghanistan, focusing on the enduring tension between centralising authority and the pluralistic tribal foundations of Afghan society. Rather than attributing state failure solely to weak institutions or foreign intervention, this study frames the Afghan state as a project historically constructed in friction with its societal foundations. From Ahmad Shah Abdali's confederative model, which balanced authority with tribal autonomy, to the more coercive centralisation efforts of Abdur Rahman Khan and Amanullah Khan, the Afghan state has persistently struggled to reconcile power with legitimacy. Successive regimes, whether the Marxist government's revolutionary reforms or the Taliban's rigid theocracy sought to overwrite local authority with ideologically driven state models. In doing so, they generated resistance not only because of their policies but because of their detachment from indigenous forms of governance, identity, and consent. These recurring failures raise a fundamental question at the heart of this research. The objective is to explore why centralised state-building in Afghanistan has remained historically unsustainable, arguing that durable political order cannot be forged in abstraction from the moral and social worlds of its people. By drawing on political theory and historical analysis, the research examines the broader assumptions behind modern statecraft, particularly the idea that sovereignty must be singular, top-down, and culturally neutral. It suggests, instead, that a more viable Afghan state could emerge from dialogical engagement with traditional structures and societal pluralism. In doing so, the research contributes to broader debates on postcolonial governance, legitimacy, and the ethics of political reconstruction in fractured societies.

In the current pursuit of sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives for textile functionalization, natural plant-derived agents are gaining significant interest. This study explores the use of Manilkara zapota (sapota) latex extract as a natural antimicrobial finishing agent for 100% cotton woven fabric. Latex was extracted using conventional methods and applied to the fabric surface. The treated samples were evaluated for antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 and Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 4352 using the AATCC 147 (2016) qualitative method. The findings indicated that the treated fabric did not exhibit bacteriostatic zones, revealing no observable antimicrobial efficacy under the tested conditions. Despite the negative results, this study provides useful insights into the limitations and challenges of direct application of raw latex for textile finishing, highlighting the need for optimized extraction and formulation strategies.

Primary dysmenorrhea is a common condition among adolescent girls, characterized by painful menstruation without underlying pathology. Non-pharmacological methods like acupressure are gaining attention due to their minimal side effects. The main Objective is To evaluate the effects of acupressure on menstrual pain among girls with primary dysmenorrhea in Renaissance University, Indore. Methods is A quasi-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design was adopted. A total of 20 adolescent girls aged 18-25 years, diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea, were selected using purposive sampling. The Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) was used to assess menstrual pain levels before and after the intervention. Acupressure was applied to SP6 (Spleen 6) and ST36 (Stomach 36) points on both legs for 5 minutes, twice a day, for the first two days of menstruation. The mean pain score on the pre-test was significantly higher than the post-test score, indicating a reduction in pain after acupressure. Statistical analysis using paired t-test showed a significant difference in pain scores (p < 0.05).

This Forecasting stream flow in advance is very essential in hydrology such as any water operation and planning. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) recently applied to hydrological related areas. ANN has proven best alternative to convention methods. This study presents the application of artificial neural network to streamflow prediction of stations namely Budhwad in Pune District in Maharashtra, India. In India monsoon occurs only in June to October therefore only June to October data is used for the study. Due to variation in flow in each month therefore separate models are prepared for each month. ANN models developed with four training algorithms namely Levenberg-Marquardt (LM), Conjugate Gradient Function (CGF), Quasi-Newton's back propagation (BFG) and Gradient Descent (GD). The Results from different algorithms are compared with each other. Extreme flow prediction is universal problem to ANN. To overcome this problem one technique is implemented and found to be satisfactory in extreme flow prediction.

Although, DNA typing plays a decisive role in the identification of persons from blood and body fluid stains in criminal investigations, clarifying the origin of extracted DNA has also been considered an essential task in proving a criminal act. This review introduces the importance of developing precise methods for body fluid identification. Body fluid identification has long relied on enzymatic methods as a presumptive assay and histological or serological methods as a confirmatory assay. However, because the latest DNA typing methods can rapidly obtain results from very small and even old, poorly preserved samples, the development of a novel corresponding body fluid identification method is required. In particular, an immunochromatographic method has been introduced to identify saliva and semen from sexual crimes. In addition, for vaginal fluid identification, attempts have been made in the past decade to introduce a method relying on body fluid-specific mRNA expression levels. At present, the development of molecular biological methods involving microRNA, DNA methylation, and resident bacterial DNA is ongoing. Therefore, in criminal investigations, body fluid identification is an essential task for correctly applying the results of DNA typing, although further research and development are required.

The immune system is essential for protecting the body from infections and diseases. The growing interest in natural remedies for immunity boosting has led to research on various herbal combinations. This study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of an immunity booster powder incorporating Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia), Moringa (Moringa oleifera), and Lemon (Citrus limon) powders. Fresh raw materials were cleaned, shade-dried, and pulverized into fine powders. Various formulations were developed in different ratios, ensuring uniform mixing. Physicochemical parameters, such as moisture content, ash value, and pH, were assessed for the formulated powders. Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolics, and saponins. The antioxidant potential was evaluated using the DPPH radical scavenging assay and reducing power assay. The formulation with equal proportions of Giloy, Moringa, and Lemon powders demonstrated the highest antioxidant activity, suggesting a synergistic effect of the combined ingredients.Index Terms - Component, formatting, style, styling, insert.
