 Abstract

In the very beginning of 2020, covid-19 exploded all over the world and disturbed our lifestyle. In these tragic conditions, alcohol-based hand sanitizers play an important role and become a vital fluid nowadays though they need to be used properly. Touching alcohol containers or hand sanitizers with infected hands can spread the virus to the next person. We propose to build an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser that uses IR sensors to detect the presence of a hand and activates a pump or solenoid to pour the liquid on the hand. The intention was to find the cheapest and easiest solution and design a circuit & manufacture the same in India. The dispenser is contactless and will spray alcohol-based hand rub sanitizer for sanitization of hands while entering buildings like Hospitals, Office complexes, Malls, etc. This is a mist-based dispenser, to optimize the consumption of sanitizer. Whereas in normal usage, we use 20-30 ml of sanitizer for one operation, this sanitizer does the same job by dispensing just 5- 6ml of sanitizer in mist form over a long period.

 Abstract

Utilization of industrial waste materials in concrete compensates the lack of natural resources, solving the disposal problem of waste and to find alternative technique to safeguard the nature. There are a number of industrial wastes used as fully or partial replacement of coarse aggregate or fine aggregate. This review carries out a thorough assessment about industrial waste substances, which can be adequately utilized in concrete as fine aggregate substitution. This paper reviewed foundry sand as industrial waste. Basically sand from industrial waste flow through the machines during the sand reclamation process. Experiments have been conducted using waste foundry sand. Crushed sand has been replaced by waste foundry sand which improves compressive strength.

 Abstract

Emergency vehicles such as ambulances, fire trucks are delayed in traffic as they confront numerous challenges, and valuable human lives are lost as a result of bad traffic management. In this research, a model is proposed for predicting traffic heaviness on roadways utilising image processing techniques with an emergency vehicle recognition system, as well as a traffic signal management model based on information collected from real time traffic videos. The majority of traffic signal systems use a timing mechanism that switches the lights after a set amount of time. In some situations, this may be ineffective. The controller receives no feedback from the regulated variable (traffic volume) (traffic control system using lighting). For example, whether the road is crowded or not, the duration of the green light will always be the same. To solve these congestion problems, it is better to build a new control system; a smart and intelligent control system. The smart traffic light system senses the presence or absence of vehicles and reacts accordingly. The idea behind smart traffic systems is that drivers will not spend unnecessary time waiting for the traffic lights to change. In addition, on detecting emergency vehicles in a lane the traffic signal is turned to green immediately so that a free passage is provided to these vehicles. This would help the emergency vehicles to reach the destination on the time thereby saving time as well as loss of life.

 Abstract

Abstract Covid second wave infections are reported in the country and it is having a super spread. Kerala alone have a number of cases. Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is characterized by persistent and excessive worry about a number of different things. People with GAD may anticipate disaster and may be overly concerned about money, health, family, work, or other issues. Purpose of the study: To study about Generalized Anxiety among Young Adults during Covid Second Wave infection. Method: Survey Method is used to collect the data. Sample: study was conducted on 120 young adults which include 60 males and 60 females from various districts of Kerala and random sampling is used.  Abstract

Mesoporous silica oxide nanoparticles are receiving growing attention from the scientific medical community. Among the various styles of inorganic nanomaterials, mesoporous silica oxide nanoparticles have emerged as promising multifunctional platforms for nanomedicine. Since their introduction within the drug delivery landscape in 2001, mesoporous materials for drug delivery area units receiving growing scientific interest for his or their potential applications within the biotechnology and nanomedicine fields. Mesoporous oxide materials exhibit a bigger capability for medication loading and ensure a controlled bio-active compound unharness if they're functionalized than amorphous mixture oxide. This review summarizes the recent advancement within mesoporous oxide nanomaterials' getting and biological properties, action the synthesis strategies, and drug delivery application.

 Abstract

Agriculture is the backbone of India. It also plays an important role in the Indian economy by providing a major percentage of domestic cultivation to ensure the security of food. Now a days all the farmers facing difficulties on cultivation due to natural calamities and wrong selection of crops. Machine learning is one of the best possible ways to solve the farmers problem at an extend. However there occurs a problem regarding which algorithm suits the best as well as which is the best way to do so. This paper is a survey on the strategies as well as the algorithms used with pros and cons. With existing system issues and libraries used.

 Abstract

Stock market is widely used in investment scheme promising high return but it has some risk. Stock returns are very fluctuating in nature. They depend upon various factors like previous stock prices, current market trends, financial news, social media etc. Many practices like technical analysis, fundamental analysis, time series analysis and statistical analysis etc. are used to predict the stock value but none of these procedures are proved as an allowable prediction tool. This paper surveys various machine learning techniques and algorithms employed to uplift the accuracy of stock price prediction.
