We have here studied some conventional and novel method approaches for extraction of Mangiferin from leaves of Mangifera Indica (Mango). The one of the common methods used for extraction of Mangiferin is three phase partitioning. The other methods such as Batch extraction, Soxhlet extraction were also studied to see which method gives the optimum yield of Mangiferin. Three phase partitioning (TPP) is the method of extraction in which two phases viz. organic phase and aqueous phase are formed by salt (mostly Ammonium sulphate) saturation, continuous addition of solvent (mostly t-butanol) and adjusting the pH respectively. TPP is the most simple, economical and quick method for recovering Mangiferin from Mangifera Indica leaves as it requires less amount of solvent for extraction and also takes less time. Various parameters which have effects on TPP extraction of Mangiferin such as right salt selection, extraction time, slurry to t-butanol ratio, solute to solvent ratio and right pH were tested to get the optimum yield of Mangiferin. In the study, it was observed that in Soxhlet extraction, the mangiferin content was found to be 57mg/g in 5 hr. time, while in TPP the mangiferin content was 28mg/g in 2 hr. time. Also, conventional batch extraction using water as solvent gave the total yield of 23 mg/g in 2 h 40 min.

Energy efficiency in building can be achieved through cutting down both consumption and embodied energy. Embodied energy can be reduced by the use of renewable and locally available materials. Consumption can be reduced through the redesign of appliances such as water heaters and lighting sources. The project focuses on the reduction of room temperature and for saving of the energy in the buildings. The proposed solution consist of adding paraffin wax in the form of liquid with the concrete and placing the mix in the form of encapsulation or cenospheres in the wall panels. The addition of phase change materials like paraffin wax or bees wax and polyethylene glycol (PEG) along with the titanium dioxide powder concrete mix and making the building an energy efficient building. The effect of each thermal behavior modification on the properties of concrete on addition of titanium dioxide powder to the partial replacement of cement the PCM reduces the heat transfer in the structure. This controls the temperature interval and gives the required result during addition of PCM materials. This project literally aims to achieve an efficient green building which reduces the heat transfer from external environment to internal structure. They provide an impact over the hollow blocks and it is found that CenoPCM capsules have great potential to be added into construction materials for reducing energy consumptions in buildings. The construction industry is striving to develop energy efficient buildings and materials, as economic and environmental constraints are bound to increase in the coming years.

Health insurance is insurance that covers the whole or a part of the risk of a person incurring medical expenses, spreading the risk over numerous persons. By estimating the overall risk of health care and health system expenses over the risk pool. Most health insurance plans encompass each inpatient and outpatient covers the grounds that injuries and extended infection while overseas may be extraordinarily highly-priced and very stressful. In this paper, we are Predicting the Insurance Claim of each user. This observes the cost of healthcare for a sample of the population given smoking habits, age, sex, body mass index, and region. The data features observations of statistical information and regression analysis of the dataset. The goal is to predict the best estimator of insurance charges using machine learning algorithms. Machine Learning algorithms for Regression analysis and Random Forest Regression analysis are used and Data Visualization is also performed to support Analysis.

Rural illnesses and bug vermin are quite possibly the main factors that genuinely compromise rural creation. Early discovery and ID of vermin can adequately lessen the monetary misfortunes brought about by bugs. In this paper, convolution neural organization is utilized to consequently recognize crop infections. The informational index comes from the public informational collection of the AI Challenger Competition in 2018, with 27 illness pictures of 10 yields. In this paper, the Inception-ResNet-v2 model is utilized for preparing. The cross-layer direct edge and multi-facet convolution in the leftover organization unit to the model. After the joined convolution activity is finished, it is actuated by the association into the ReLu work. The test results show that the general acknowledgment precision is 86.1% in this model, which confirms the viability. After the preparation of this model, we planned and executed the We chat applet of harvest sicknesses and bug bugs acknowledgment. At that point we completed the genuine test. The outcomes show that the framework can precisely distinguish crop infections, and give the relating direction.

Reduction in size is one of the most important unit operation that is of great importance in the field of pharmacy. This helps to enhance stability and bioavailability, reduce toxicity, increase release and provide better product formulation opportunities. Now a days, Nanotechnology is gaining importance rapidly as a powerful technology. Recent developments in nanotechnology have permitted the development of elaborate Nano sized particles for different biomedical applications. The rapid development of nanotechnology has increased the possibility of using engineered nanoparticles that interact for disease treatment within biological environments. Nanoparticles change the kinetics, drug delivery, and subsequent drug release. Some effects include tissue or cell specific drug targeting, and a controlled release prevents unintended side effects. The present paper aims to review various applications of nanotechnology in the field of pharmaceuticals.

Human Resource Department has the responsibility to ensure skilled and professional supply of workforce. But is it sufficient enough to invest in HR department and not take in account how well it is functioning? To have a sustainable growth in the ever changing dynamic business environment, it becomes all the more necessary to carefully examine, assess and evaluate the performance of HR department. This examination, assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of HR department bevomes the core responsibility of HR Audit. HR audit is detailed analysis of HR standards to identify the gap in HR functions and modify the same. The present study explores the importance of HR audit and the methodology which can be practiced by the HR auditors to bring out the true and fair view of HR department. The paper also highlights examples of Indian organization which are practicing and hence benefitting by practicing HR Audit.
