 Abstract

Introduction Refractory status epilepticus (RSE) and super-refractory status epilepticus (SRSE) are serious and frequent neurological emergencies in children associated with high morbidity and mortality. Despite this, we note the absence of published Algerian data. The aim of this work is to determine the demographic data, the etiologies and the factors of progression in RCSE and Super-RCSE as well as the short-term prognosis. Design: Prospective observational study with retrospective analysis of all the episodes of RCSE and Super-RCSE treated between January 1, 2008, and April 30, 2016. Setting: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, University Hospital of Oran, Algeria. Patients: RCSE is defined as seizure activity that persists after administration of a first-line benzodiazepine (BZD) and a second-line antiepileptic drug (AED). Super-RCSE is defined as SE that has continues or recurred despite 24 hours of general anesthesia. Factors independently associated with Refractory and Super-RCSE were established through univariate and multivariable analyses. The outcome was evaluated using the Glasgow Outcome Score. Results: Among 443 patients with status epilepticus, 140 patients (31.6%) were afflicted with refractory status epilepticus and 25 (5.6%) with SRSE. The mean age of the entire cohort was 40.65 2.16 months [1 180 months].135 patients (33.8%) had suffered previous seizures; RCSE was related to younger age (< 3 years) (OR 1.76; 95% CI 1,018 3,058) p=0.043, duration of status epilepticus >2 h (OR 3.096; 95% CI 1, 77 5, 39) p= 10??, acute symptomatic etiologies (OR 3.609; 95% CI 2,112 6.166), Severe consciousness impairment (GCS < 13/15) before treatment (OR 18.55; 95% CI 8,202 41.972) p= 10?? and Non respect of the therapeutic protocol upstream of PICU (OR 3.659; 95% CI 1,926 6.949) p= 10??. Super-RCSE was independently associated with age greater than 3 years (OR 3.28; p=0.018), indeterminate etiology (OR 6.628; p=0.009), encephalitis (OR 4. 782; p=0.003) and use of Vasopressor medications (OR 4.239; p=0.007). Overall mortality was 83 (20.75%). Conclusion The etiologies of CSE are heterogeneous, with significant incidence of RCSE in acute symptomatic group. Encephalitis was the determinant of progression of CSE to Super-RCSE. The therapeutic success of which depends on whether or not the cause of CSE can be treated.

 Abstract

Cipher text-policy attribute-based encryption (CP-ABE) has been a favored encryption innovation to take care of the difficult issue of secure information partaking in distributed computing. The mutual information documents for the most part have the trait of staggered progressive system, especially in the zone of social insurance and the military. Be that as it may, the chain of importance structure of shared records has not been investigated in this paper, a productive record progressive system property based encryption plot is proposed in distributed computing. The layered access structures are incorporated into a solitary access structure, and afterward, the progressive records are encoded with the coordinated access structure. The cipher text parts identified with qualities could be shared by the documents. Along these lines, both cipher text stockpiling and time cost of encryption is spared. Besides, the proposed plot is end up being secure under the standard presumption. Test reproduction shows that the proposed conspire are profoundly effective regarding encryption and decoding. With the quantity of the records expanding, the benefits of our plan become increasingly prominent.

 Abstract

Due to COVID-19 outbreak from late 2019 and Thailand being one of the countries affected early on by the virus, Thailand has been praised by other countries for its COVID-19 handling which results in low numbers of infection and deaths. The result has been achieved through government measures (security authority, Ministry of Public Health and other relevant authorities) and public cooperation strictly following the authorities advices particularly regarding mask wearing. Masks can prevent the spread of COVID-19 up to 80%, and Thailand has the highest mask wearing rate in Asia and in the world. Thailand makes masks compulsory until medicines or vaccines are discovered. Hence, the market value of cloth masks in Thailand is approximately 50,000 million baht and may increase to 2 10 times more if marketers can deliver customer value - this is the importance of this research in addition to health benefits. The purpose of this research is to study (1) Covid-10 outbreak situation in Thailand, (2) preventative measures employed by the public considering advices issued by Ministry of Public Health and other relevant authorities, (3) consumer behaviors regarding cloth mask purchasing decisions, and (4) customers opinions on priorities of marketing mix. Primary data and secondary data are collected for this research. Primary data is collected by survey method by asking sample group to complete 400 questionnaires and the information thereof is analysed by descriptive method. The research finds that (1) Thailand ranked below 50th considering the numbers of the infected, deaths and recoveries, (2) emergency decree was issued for (i) a curfew between 22.00 4.00, gathering ban and false information ban, (ii) a lockdown including restricted use and access to buildings, (iii) state quarantine with cooperation from government departments and Ministry of Public Health, (iv) village health volunteers and delegation of power to each provinces governor to impose other measures including alcohol sales ban, and (v) daily announcement from Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA), (3) preventative measures practiced by the public are staying home to stop the spread for the nation, eating cooked food, using personal cutlery, social distancing, washing hands frequently and everyone wearing a mask at all times, (4) consumer behavior regarding cloth mask purchasing were (i) (what) buying both medical masks and cloth masks, (ii) (when) buying cloth masks when medical masks werent available, (iii) (where) purchase were made online and open air market, (iv) (why) purchase were made to prevent COVID-19, (v) (who) purchase was made by oneself, (vi) (whom) purchases were also made for the household, (vii) (how) each purchase were for 2 masks, (viii) (how much) each purchase costed more than 100 baht, (ix) (how often) purchase decision making took less than 1 day, and (x) (how long) purchase was made every 2-3 days, and (5) customers opinions towards marketing mix are low particularly where core, style and size of the product are concerned, and a similar trend is reflected in answers from open-end questions showing that masks allowing makeup application to be seen, masks infused with skincare and masks which can eliminate bad odor are desirable, while price, place and promotion are adjusted to align with product.

 Abstract

Background: Miz?j-e-Mutadil Shakhsi bil-qiy?s ilal-kh?rij (Equable temperament of an individual as a whole) is the best temperament for the normal functioning of the body. Ancient physicians described the parameters for the determination of temperament in various manuscripts. There are some philosophical view regarding Determinants of Temperament that need scientific interpretation and validation. Visual memory, one of the types of external as well internal perceptive powers. Through assessment of visual memory, we can assess Mizaj of individual. Aims and Objectives: To developed scientific methods for assessing of Temperament through Visual memory assessment. Material Methods: Visual memory tests are based on Benton Visual Retention Test (BVRT). BVRT is an assessment of visual perception & visual memory abilities. For making video, researcher selected different images and merges them according to time of display. There are two video, times period of first video clip is 30 seconds and time of other video is 1 minute 30 seconds. Conclusions: Through Developing a new authentic tests for assessing visual as well as internal perception of individuals with developing a new technique for quantification of range of perception we have been developed a scientific and authentic parameter for assessing temperament of different individuals.

 Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the construction of daylight envelope analysing the available daylight access in residential buildings of Guwahati city and reviews most common daylight planning tools to develop a method to determine building height to street width ratios with the actual illumination level inside urban residential buildings. Four daylight planning tools for site planning and urban design decisions are studied and analysed their character. FAR allowed by generated building envelop will be calculated for each tool and compared. All the tools specified a building height to street width (H/W) ratio, but none suggested a basis for its proportion. This study initiates to determine H/W ratio with the average and minimum daylight factor within a building. Result of this study, plotting H/W ratio against average daylight factor can be used as a preliminary urban design tool to determine the Zoning restrictions especially in the residential zone of GMDA area while protecting daylight access to the adjacent building.

 Abstract

Usage of advanced technology in our daily routine has been increased. NLP has been more needful to humans. Automatic speech recognition, translating of spoken words into text, is still a challenging task due to the high viability in speech signals. So here we are discussing the Deep Learning usage in the future with TTS. NLP, and speech applications in many areas (including Finance, Healthcare, and Government) there is a growing need for one comprehensive resource. Deep Learning for NLP and Speech Recognition explains recent deep learning methods applicable to NLP and speech, provides state-of-the-art approaches, and offers real-world case studies. NLP has various tools that are used in speech recognition process such as speech tagging, sentiment analysis, semantics and general understanding of the speech. NLP enables the classification and location of entities into various categories, while processing the language, using the named-entity technology Even IT industries have transformed the way they perform speech recognition process with the use of natural language processing. NLP has allowed the industries to process more accurate and automated understanding of speech and text. Natural Language Processing plays a critical role in supporting machine-human interactions. We propose to use Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) along with the idea of Professor Forcing in training. A discriminator in GAN is jointly trained to equalize the difference between real and the predicted data. The idea with GAN is to have a Generator and Discriminator that are adversaries in a learning game. The concept applies to any type of problem for which a generator and a discriminator can be constructed. In NLP there are many types of Generators that could be considered, depending on the problem to be solved. As more research is being carried in this field, we expect to see more breakthroughs that will make machines smarter at recognizing and understanding the human language. [1] [2]
