Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an important part of how companies operate today. It is changing the way corporate decisions are made, how risks are managed, and how companies ensure they follow laws and regulations. While AI brings many benefits like faster data analysis and better predictions, it also creates new legal and ethical challenges. In this research paper, we explore how AI is affecting corporate governance, especially in the Indian context. We investigate current legal gaps around issues like accountability, transparency and data protection. By studying global practices from countries like the United States and those in the European Union, I aim to compare how different legal systems are responding to these challenges. The goal of this paper is to highlight where Indian corporate laws need improvement and to suggest practical changes to help ensure that AI is used responsibly and ethically in corporate settings.

Adolescence is a significant period in human life during which individuals undergo physical, cognitive, and psychosocial growth ending with gaining the ability to legally be independent of parents or guardians. The UN defines adolescence as the years from 10 to 19 years of age, although the WHO extends it to include people up to 24 years of age. The adolescent girls are the most important and valuable assets of any countries of the world because in future the adolescent girls will become mother. For this reason their nutrition is very much important for their lives. However the present has conducted to assess dietary patterns of school going adolescent in rural areas in Bangladesh and to identify the nutritional status of school going adolescent in rural areas in Bangladesh. The study was documentary analysis type. Data and information were collected from secondary sources such as books, research reports, journal, and websites of different organizations. Data and information were also collected from website from the ministry of health and family welfare, peoples republic of Bangladesh. From the study it was found that in adolescent period, adolescents need a higher protein intake, adequate vitamins, minerals and micronutrients due to the rapid linear growth and bone accretion. Compared to younger children, adolescents generally prefer snack more, skip meals, eat outdoors, eat late, and eat fast food more frequently which is typically impacted by their body image, peers, and the media. It is also a common time for the initiation of other unhealthy habits, such as drinking, smoking, and lethargy. A diet containing diverse food items provides a wide range of macro and micronutrients and enhances the nutritional quality of the diet. In contrast, starchy staples based on monotonous diets are deficient in important nutrients and subsidize to the burden of malnutrition. Dietary diversity among the adolescents and women of Bangladesh is very low. Two-thirds (66%) of women (including adolescents) consumed inadequately diversified diet (highest inadequacy in Rangpur division, 72%). In addition, adolescent health is also influenced by community determinants, risk factors, health protective measures, genetic factors, and changing social roles. Household factors, such as sociodemographic and economic status, as well as community factors including land availability and customs also play a role. From the study it was found that the change of the behavior of adolescent girls in increasing dietary diversity through school-based nutrition education, instead it showed a pathway on how to increase dietary diversity at school setting. With a limited resource, school-based nutrition of Bangladesh education intervention in real settings of the schools has demonstrated its feasibility in improving dietary diversity of the adolescent girls. Adolescent girls in Bangladesh face significant nutritional challenges, with high rates of undernutrition, including stunting and anemia. This is further complicated by factors like poverty, lack of access to nutritious food, and early marriage, which can lead to early pregnancy and increased nutritional needs. Addressing these issues is crucial for improving their health and breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty.

Antenatal care (ANC) plays a crucial role in achieving Millennium Development Goals 4 and 5 by reducing maternal and infant morbidity and mortality. This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted to assess the awareness and impact of ANC among rural and urban mothers in selected hospitals of Bagerhat district, Bangladesh. A total of 400 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected from both primary (interviews) and secondary (books, reports, journals, internet) sources and analyzed using SPSS version 16. The study aimed to evaluate the level of maternal awareness regarding ANC, the impact of such awareness, and the relationship between awareness and maternal health outcomes. Results showed that most mothers had good to excellent knowledge about ANC. However, significant gaps remained: 25% were unaware that blurring vision is a warning sign during pregnancy, 20% were unaware of radiation hazards, 33% lacked knowledge about leg edema, and 50% did not know the risks associated with Rh-negative status. The study emphasizes the need for regular ANC visits and targeted health education programs to improve awareness of pregnancy warning signs, the importance of 14 antenatal visits, and safe pregnancy practices. Enhancing maternal knowledge through education and awareness programs can contribute significantly to reducing maternal and infant health risks and improving pregnancy outcomes in both rural and urban areas.

This study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of an herbal tea blend designed to enhance immunity and alleviate stress. A selection of medicinal herbs known for their immunomodulatory and adaptogenic properties, such as Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), and Ginger (Zingiber officinale), were used in the formulation. The phytochemical composition, antioxidant activity, and potential bioactive compounds of the tea blend were analyzed using standard pharmacognostic and chromatographic techniques. The findings suggest that the developed herbal tea has significant potential as a natural, health-promoting beverage that may aid in boosting immunity and reducing stress.

This essay investigates the evolving reimagination of Northeast Indian identity within the intersecting frameworks of Bollywood's cultural dominance and the far-reaching dynamics of globalization. It critically engages with the ongoing tension between visibility and marginalization, stereotype and self-representation, while tracing the efforts of filmmakers, actors, and cultural practitioners from the region to assert their narratives within India's cinematic mainstream. By analyzing both dominant portrayals and emerging counter-narratives, the study underscores the persistent struggle for cultural recognition, dignity, and meaningful inclusion--at a time when questions of representation are deeply political and profoundly influential.

Abstract : The traditional technique to socio-monetary improvement has predominantly emphasized financial growth metrics such as GDP, productivity, and commercial enlargement. but, recent worldwide demanding situations--starting from climate change to intellectual health crises and social inequality--have found out the constraints of increase-centric fashions. This has prompted a paradigm shift toward improvement strategies that incorporate holistic nicely-being, sustainability, and social inclusion as middle goals. Rethinking development thru the lens of nicely-being requires a multidimensional technique, considering no longer only income and employment but also health, schooling, environmental pleasant, and emotional resilience. Governments, institutions, and policymakers are increasingly more integrating nicely-being indicators which includes happiness, life delight, and community brotherly love into national making plans frameworks. This shift also involves empowering local groups, ensuring equitable resource distribution, and fostering participatory governance to beautify best of life for all citizens. The effect of this reorientation is profound. It encourages long-term resilience over quick-term gains and acknowledges the intrinsic hyperlink among individual welfare and societal prosperity. focusing on nicely-being promotes inclusive growth that respects human dignity, protects natural ecosystems, and nurtures a more simply and compassionate society. As this technique profits momentum globally, it redefines the reason of development to align more carefully with human and planetary desires. This paper explores the evolving discourse on rethinking socio-economic development with the aid of integrating holistic wellness indicators--which includes fitness, schooling, environmental quality, and social cohesion--into national and worldwide coverage agendas
