The United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment works to promote the incorporation of environmental, social, and corporate governance factors into investment decision-making. ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) mutual funds have gained prominence globally, including in India, due to an increased emphasis on sustainable and responsible investing. There are some main characteristics and trends associated with ESG mutual funds like- integration of ESG criteria, sustainability focus, long-term investment perspective, risk management strategy, regulatory landscape, impact investing, etc. India is experiencing a growing interest in sustainable and responsible investment practices. Investment in ESG mutual funds can provide a way for investors to align their values with their investments, potentially improve financial performance, and manage risk. ESG mutual funds have shown strong financial performance in recent years. A company's ability to be innovative and efficient can lead to long-term sustainable success when ESG factors are given priority. Companies that have a strong ESG profile are less likely to face legal and reputational risks that can negatively impact their financial performance and can help investors avoid companies that are at risk of legal or regulatory action, reputational damage, or financial instability. Investors in today's world are reevaluating traditional approaches and taking the environment into account while making investments. Hence, as part of their selection procedures, investors are starting to take ESG factors into account. In a warning, the World Economic Forum (WEF) listed five of the six biggest global risks as being influenced by climate change. Companies would be required to develop a climate resilience adaption strategy to be future ready. Therefore, investors must look at sustainable investing areas. This research is crucial to monitor developments in ESG investing through mutual funds, including changes in regulatory frameworks, industry best practices, and the evolving preferences of investors seeking sustainable and responsible investment options

Security concerns, privacy issues, and interoperability are critical challenges facing modern healthcare systems. While the use of technologies like Internet of Things (IoT) devices, telemedicine, and Electronic Health Records (EHRs) has changed patient care, it has also brought new risks. This paper examines cyber security measures, privacy regulations, and interoperability standards essential for safeguarding patient data and ensuring seamless information exchange. Addressing these challenges is crucial to protect patient confidentiality, prevent data breaches, and enhance healthcare delivery. By promoting robust security practices, adhering to privacy laws, and fostering interoperable systems, healthcare organizations can harness the full potential of digital health technologies while maintaining patient trust and improving outcomes.

This paper explores a sustainable landscape intervention designed for an industrial site, focusing on integrating ecological balance with industrial functionality. The project utilizes the site's favourable topography and geological conditions to create a landscape solution that manages water efficiently and supports local biodiversity. Central to the design is a water basin, excavated to a depth of 0.90 meter, which captures and stores rainwater for irrigation. This system ensures a consistent water supply throughout the year and contributes to a cooler, visually pleasant environment for workers. The design emphasizes the use of native plant species, moving away from conventional manicured landscapes to adopt natural and organic forms. This approach reduces the need for lawns and paved areas, enhancing sustainability. Buffer zones are incorporated to filter pollutants and support a diverse range of flora and fauna, promoting overall environmental health. The use of sprinklers optimizes water usage, achieving a 40% reduction in consumption. Additionally, the design preserves natural groundwater recharge and maintains the site's hydrology. Overall, the intervention effectively merges ecological principles with industrial needs, resulting in a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing landscape that benefits both the environment and the industrial workforce.

Primary dysmenorrhea, a prevalent condition among adolescent girls, causes significant discomfort and impacts quality of life. Traditional treatments like NSAIDs offer temporary relief but often lead to side effects and do not address the underlying causes. This study evaluates the effectiveness of yoga therapy as a holistic, non-pharmacological intervention for managing primary dysmenorrhea. Conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with 270 participants, the study divided the participants into an experimental group, which received yoga training, and a control group. The intervention included specific yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama), with pain intensity and quality of life assessed using validated scales before and after the intervention. The results demonstrated a significant reduction in pain intensity and improvements in physical, psychological, and educational factors in the experimental group, with a highly significant p-value of 0.001, while the control group showed no such improvements. The findings suggest that yoga offers a promising alternative to conventional treatments for primary dysmenorrhea, particularly in settings where access to healthcare is limited. These results underscore the potential of yoga as an effective, holistic approach to improving the well-being of adolescent girls suffering from dysmenorrhea.

This paper presents a new image enhancement algorithm based on combined local and global image processing using filters. Images are very useful for variety of purposes or to solve real life problems. This approach uses the fact that the relationship between stimulus and perception is logarithmic. The basic idea is to apply Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) histogram matching with spatial equalization approach on different image blocks. The resulting image is a weighted mean of all processing blocks with using of filters. The weights for every local and global enhanced image driven through optimization of measure of enhancement peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR), structural similarity index (SSIM). Experimental results illustrate the performance of the proposed algorithm on images in comparison with the traditional methods.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the landscape of drug delivery by offering innovative solutions to overcome the limitations of traditional methods. The integration of AI into drug delivery systems presents unprecedented opportunities to enhance the precision, efficiency, and personalization of therapeutic interventions. Machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) algorithms are at the forefront of this transformation, optimizing drug formulation, predicting drug-target interactions, and designing advanced delivery vehicles. These intelligent systems process vast datasets--including molecular properties, patient-specific factors, and clinical outcomes--to facilitate the development of targeted therapies with fewer adverse effects. A key application of AI in drug delivery is the design of nanocarriers. AI-driven techniques enable rapid screening and optimization of nanoparticle characteristics such as size, shape, and surface properties, essential for achieving optimal bioavailability and targeted delivery. Furthermore, AI-powered simulations and modeling predict the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drug-nanocarrier complexes, accelerating preclinical evaluations. In personalized medicine, AI tailors drug delivery systems to individual patient profiles by integrating genetic, lifestyle, and environmental data. This approach allows for the creation of personalized drug regimens that maximize therapeutic efficacy while minimizing toxicity. AI-powered biosensors and wearable devices are also being developed to monitor real-time drug release and patient responses, enabling dynamic dose adjustments and improving treatment outcomes. Despite these advancements, challenges such as data privacy concerns, regulatory hurdles, and the need for interdisciplinary collaboration must be addressed to ensure the successful translation of AI-driven drug delivery systems from research to clinical practice. Continued research and development, alongside evolving regulatory frameworks, are crucial for fully realizing AI's transformative potential in drug delivery.

Andhra Natyam is a classical dance form from Andhra Pradesh with origins dating back over 3000 years, rooted in temple rituals and the Buddhist era. Initially performed by women known as "Kalavanthulu," this ancient art faced decline due to societal and economic challenges. It was revitalized in the 20th century by Padmasri Acharya Nataraja Ramakrishna, restoring its cultural prominence. Andhra Natyam includes various performances such as Kumbha Haarathi, Pushpanjali, and Sabda Pallavi, each rich in ritualistic and cultural meaning. The dance tradition is categorized into three main styles: Agama Nartana (temple rituals), Asthana Nartana (court performances), and Prabandha Nartana (folk expressions). The article delves into the history, evolution, and components of Andhra Natyam, highlighting its deep connection to the religious and cultural heritage of Andhra Pradesh, as well as its ties to the Devadasi tradition and mythological narratives.
