The Indian subcontinent is famous for its different types of structures and monuments. Buddhist architecture was home to some of the most notable and historically significant works of art that date back centuries. The beautiful architectural buildings belong to different dynasties. The word stupa is described in the Vedic literature of the Rig-Veda, the Vajanseyi samhita, the Atharveda, etc. However, the modern perspective of Stupa is related to Buddhism. Buddhism and stupas are interchangeable terms. The oldest architecturally-based object of worship in India is the Stupa. Initially the shape of the stupa was like an uplakar, bulbulakaar and dhanyakar. This well-built platform houses the Buddha's and his disciples' physical remains. In a Buddhist text, Angutarnikaye Mahatma Buddha said the Stupa could be built on the remains of Tathagata and the Chakrabarti king. This deep dialogue between Mahatma Buddha and Anand, related to the Buddhist Stupa, is described in Buddhist text as the Mahaparinirvana Sutta. The word Chaitya is also used for Stupa in literature, but Stupa is directly related to remains, and Chaitya had an imagination of the remains. After the Mahaparinirvan of Mahatma Buddha in Kushinagar, Drona divided his relics into eight parts, and eight state rulers received his body relics and built the Stupa on their remains. There are five main categories of Stupa based on their form and functions. Throughout India, the Mauryan Emperor Asoka built many brick-built stupas. The remains of this Stupa have been covered in Pakistan and Afghanistan, in addition to several locations in India, including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab etc.

Background: Cultural intelligence refers to the skill to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. It's the capability to cross boundaries and prosper in multiple cultures. Sedentary activity refers to the act of sitting for extended periods with minimal muscle movement. Emotional regulation, refers to the processes by which individuals influence which emotions they have, when they have them, and how they experience and express these emotions. Quality of work life is a generic phrase that covers a person's feelings about every dimension of work including economic reward and benefits, security, working conditions, organizational and interpersonal relationship, and its intrinsic meaning in a person's life. Purpose: The aim of the study was to examine the role of cultural intelligence, sedentary behaviour on emotional regulation, quality of work life of corporate employees, and to find out is there any difference in emotional regulation and quality of work life among public and private corporate employees. Methods: A descriptive survey research design was used with convenient sampling; total 148 corporate employees were selected in this study. Data were collected using four psychological tools namely, Cultural Intelligence Scale, Sedentary Behaviour Questionnaire, Emotional Regulation Scale, Work-related Quality of Life Scale, in Purulia, Bankura, Howrah district of West Bengal. Descriptive statistics, regression and inferential statistics were used to analyse the data. Result & Conclusion: Through this study it is concluded that cultural Intelligence and sedentary behaviour have significantly predicted quality of work life of corporate employees. However, no significant association has been found between Cultural Intelligence and Emotional Regulation. This indicates that while cultural Intelligence may contribute to a better overall work experience, it does not necessarily enhance an individual's ability to manage emotions. Sedentary behaviour negatively influence emotional regulation and it's positively influenced quality of work life. In the present study no significant difference among private and public sector have been found in terms of emotional regulations and quality of work life of employees. Hence more geographical area with large number sample is suggested for future research.

This analytical approach examines the gender differences in work-life balance, highlighting the distinct challenges faced by men and women in managing professional and personal responsibilities. Utilizing a combination of quantitative and qualitative data, the study explores how societal expectations, work demands, income disparities, occupational segregation and individual choices contribute to these disparities. It delves into the impact of traditional gender roles on the distribution of domestic duties and the implications for career advancement and personal well-being. By identifying key factors that influence work-life balance for both genders, the study provides insights into effective strategies for promoting equity and supporting diverse needs within the workforce. This comprehensive analysis underscores the importance of fostering a balanced and inclusive work environment that accommodates the unique demands of all employees.

The Student Document Management System based on Ethereum Block chain" project aims to revolutionize the traditional approach to academic record keeping by leveraging the decentralized and secure features of block chain technology. The system seeks to provide atamper-proof and transparent platform for the storage, verification, and accessibility of student documents. Through the integration of smart contracts on the Ethereum block chain, the project aims to ensure data security, streamline the verification process, and reduce the risk of data loss. By prioritizing user authentication, efficient document upload and verification, and a user-friendly interface, the system intends to offer a comprehensive solution for educational institutions, students, and employers, contributing to the enhancement of overall data integrity and accessibility in the academic sector. The project also emphasizes rigorous testing, scalability considerations, and thorough documentation, anticipating a positive impact on educational practices and the evolution of secure document management systems.

Perusing with the potent embodiment of Jane Austen's strong and radiant idea of womanhood - duly drawn and developed with her charismatic heroine protagonists, the study seeks to envision the beauty and strength of a woman from the cultural camera of the contemporaneous subject of Post Feminism; wherein it also paints and develops substantially with the calligraphy of a new woman from the candid narratives of the scholarly Sophie Kinsella. The world of Sophie Kinsella ponders on the requisites of contemporaneous finances, fashion, technological advances and consumerist approach encompassing the sociological milieu of her central characters throughout her narratives. In lieu of this thought process, the present study seeks to design the approach with a commemoration of the idea of Post Feminism and Chick literature as a subject more of Sensibility and ethos, than that of the premises of a critical movement only.

India's foreign policy has evolved significantly since its independence in 1947. Initially, India, along with other newly independent colonies, established the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in 1961 as a voice for developing countries at multilateral forums. After the end of the Cold War in 1991, India took political steps to improve its relationships with the USA, Western European countries, and China, and adopted a new economic policy centered around liberalization, privatization, and globalization. In recent years, several experts have attributed changes in India's foreign policy to the leadership of Narendra Modi, who was elected in 2014. They have referred to this new approach as the "Modi Doctrine" and argue that it differs significantly from previous policies. However, while Modi's objectives are more energetic, some experts suggest that his foreign policy is similar to that of his predecessors Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Manmohan Singh. India has faced numerous challenges in its 75 years of independence, including the confrontation with China in 1962 and the IPKF's misadventure in Sri Lanka. To navigate the challenging road ahead in this era of geopolitical transformation, India can draw lessons from its foreign policy since independence, which has been divided into six broad phases.

Secularism is a concept that has been widely debated and discussed in India. The country's unique brand of secularism has evolved over time and is distinct from the Western model. India's secularism is based on the principles of religious freedom in personal life and the exclusion of religion from public life. The goal of secularism in India is to create a society that respects and protects the rights of all individuals, regardless of their religious beliefs, and promotes equality and fairness for all. India's decision to adopt secularism was influenced by its diverse ethnic makeup, which it was believed was necessary for the survival of the Indian state. Secularism was intended to address the issue of religious and ethnic pluralism by uniting India and drawing inspiration from the concept of modernity. Despite this equality, secularism has confronted resistance both within and outside India. External challenges emanate from Pakistan, while internal challenges stem from religiously motivated ethnic groups, such as Hindus, Sikhs, and Muslims, as well as specific regions within India, like Kashmir. These groups and regions pose a threat to secularism and federalism through their secessionist or separatist aspirations, which are partly rooted in religion but also have political, economic, social, and cultural implications for the affected regions.
