 Abstract

Shift work can disrupt the body's natural rhythm, causing physical and psychological changes for cabin crew. Recovery can take 1-2 weeks to a month, with an increased risk of health issues like hormonal imbalance, fatigue, and insomnia (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, NIOSH). According to the World Health Organization shift work (including the kind of circadian rhythm disruption that cabin crew encounter) has the probability of causing cancer. The need to assist crew members in coping with psychological challenges is rising. Aviation psychology is a growing field that focuses on helping individuals manage their emotions, thoughts, and behavior, as well as addressing the challenges faced by crew members. The study aims to investigate the psychological challenges of cabin crew under high-pressure work environments, particularly focusing on circadian rhythm disruptions.

This paper explores the impact of AI-driven dropping functions on the clustering of packet losses. By examining how these advanced dropping functions influence the distribution and clustering of packet losses, we aim to provide insights into optimizing network performance and improving overall user experience. The study utilizes simulation models and real-world data to analyze the effects of various AI-driven dropping mechanisms on packet loss patterns.

 Abstract

Ayurveda has given due importance to skin diseases since the era of Veda. Vicharchika is a disorder predominantly affecting the skin with presenting symptoms like Atikandu (excessive itching), Shyava Varnata (erythema with discolorations), Raji (thickening lichenification of skin), Ruja (Pain), Rukshata (dry lesion). Vicharchika can be correlated to eczema in modern science because of the clinical features. Eczema affects all the population irrespective to sex, age, socioeconomic status. Case summary: In the present study 30 patients were selected incidentally and placed randomly into two groups A and B, with 15 subjects in each group. Classical signs and symptoms form the main diagnostic criteria and also were studied for assessment criteria. Group A received Amapachana with Panchakoladi Churna, Abhyanga with Marichadi Taila, Nadi Swedana, Snehapana with KhadhiradiGhrita (Arohana Krama), Vamana with Madanapippali Yoga followed by Samsarjana Karma and Manjishtadi Kwatha, Panchatikta Ghrita Guggulu as Shamanoushadhi and Dineshavalyadi Taila for external application. Group B received Amapachana with Panchakoladi Churna, Abhyanga with Marichadi Taila, Nadi Swedana, Snehapana with Khadhiradi Ghrita (Arohana Karma), Virechana with Trivruth Lehya followed by Samsarjana Krama and Manjishtadi Kwatha, Panchatikta Ghrita Guggulu as Shamanoushadhi and Dineshavalyadi Taila for external application. In both the groups two months follow up was done. Assessment was done on the bases of symptomatology. In present study as per the clinical data, 'Vamana is more effective than Virechana Karma'.

By focusing on the lives of two affluent families, Dattani unveils the insidious nature of patriarchal control, highlighting issues of domestic violence, marital infidelity, and the exploitation of women. Through a nuanced exploration of character dynamics and symbolic imagery, the play challenges traditional gender roles and exposes the moral decay underlying the facade of upper-class respectability. Ultimately, Bravely Fought the Queen serves as a powerful indictment of the patriarchal status quo and a call for social and gender equality.

 Abstract

Education is the one time investment and learner will get returns over the time. In ancient time education is provided in different manners. As the time changes methods of learning are also changing. Development of technology has great importance in the field of education. During last few years there are many fluctuations are noticed in literacy rate. The reason behind that is covid19 which influenced the education system of India. But now education systems come back on track. Information technology has played a significant role in the transformation of old education system to digital learning. Digital learning is more attractive than chalk and duster system. In 2023, literacy rate was recorded 77.7%.The literacy rate in 2011 was 73%. This research paper mainly focus on transformation of Indian education system to digital learning. And an educator is an integral part of this process. Only an educator has an art to change the psychology of learners towards advancement of technology in the field of education. Ministry of Education introduced new education policy, 2020 to make chalk and duster system more interesting by transforming education policy, 1986 to new education policy 2020.This transformation has the potential to revolutionize the education system in India, making it more inclusive, effective and relevant to the needs of the 21st century.

 Abstract

In recent years, the exponential growth of data has revolutionized the landscape of information security, necessitating advanced data analysis systems tailored for big data. Traditional techniques struggle to cope with the sheer volume, variety, and velocity of data generated across networks, making cyber attack detection increasingly challenging. Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) leveraging big data technology offer a promising avenue for accurate and efficient analysis. This paper presents a novel approach utilizing Spark Chi SVM model for cyber attack detection. Leveraging ChiSqSelector for feature selection and employing a Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier on the Apache Spark big data platform, the model demonstrates high performance, reduced training time, and efficiency for processing big data. Through experimentation with the KDD99[10] dataset, a comparison between Chi SVM and Chi logistic regression classifiers underscores the superiority of the SVM model. Additionally, the paper introduces a cutting-edge technology incorporating deep learning models for constructing a balanced representation of imbalanced raw datasets. By leveraging deep neural networks (DNN)[7] and decision tree (DT)[8] classifiers, this approach significantly enhances network attack detection. Validation using real-world critical infrastructure datasets showcases a remarkable improvement, with a 10% higher F1 score compared to conventional classifiers like Random Forests (RF)[6] and standard DNNs[7]. Achieving precision rates of 95.86% and 99.67% on datasets from gas pipeline and safe water treatment facilities respectively, this research paves the way for more accurate and effective cybersecurity measures.

 Abstract

This paper attempts to analyse the interrelation of personal and political dynamics in Jahnavi Baruah's Next Door, with relation to the socio-political scenario in Assam. The main focus of it will be on the depiction of violence and the sufferings of ordinary people. It also analyzes the power dynamics in relation to the political violence that has trapped the region for decades. It also aims to show how this region has been marginalised and the conflict between the military and the militants has become a quotidian phenomenon and try to point out the functioning of necropower in a democracy. Further, it will try to locate the importance of this book in the larger paradigm of women's writings from the Northeast and highlight the portrayal of women caught in conflicts, not only in the political sphere but also in the personal space.

 Abstract

Abstract According to NEP 2020, "Teachers truly shape our children's future and, therefore, the future of our nation,' thereby implying that teachers play the most important role in national building by creating a high quality of human resources in their classrooms. In this era of technology and modernization, the quality of being spiritually intelligent is needed by prospective teachers to become efficient teachers in the future. It is not only important that a teacher possess spiritual intelligence, but he or she also needs to have good classroom management to be an effective teacher. In this background, the researcher took up the study to investigate prospective teachers' spiritual intelligence and study their classroom management. The impact of spiritual intelligence on the management of classrooms among prospective teachers had a significant positive correlation with the high level of classroom management among prospective teachers. This study aims to highlight the significance of spiritual intelligence for prospective teachers and its impact on their classroom management skills. The major objectives of this study are to find out whether there is a significant difference in spiritual intelligence and classroom management based on gender and habitation. The population of this study consists of prospective teachers from Patna, Bihar, and the sample consisted of 150 prospective teachers. The investigator has adopted the survey method for the study. A self-constructed and validated tool on spiritual intelligence and a self-constructed and validated tool on classroom management. The researcher has used mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA to compare, and Pearson product moment correlation to analyse the data and infer the findings. There is a significant difference in the mean score of the spiritual intelligence and classroom management of prospective teachers on the basis of their gender. There is no significant difference between the mean score of the spiritual intelligence and classroom management of prospective teachers on the basis of habitation.

 Abstract

In computer vision, Human pose estimation (HPE) has come up as an important study area, with applications ranging from sports movement analysis, health support to video surveillance. Over the past couple of decades, the need for HPE has created a number of HPE libraries. In current time, skeleton-based HPE algorithms have gained momentum leading to development of libraries that facilitate their use by researchers. Therefore, these libraries' performance is key in their adaptation into practical use. Despite this fact, there lacks an extensive benchmarking assessment on these libraries presently. This article seeks to fill this void by examining the pros and cons of two skeletal-based HPE libraries: YOLOv7 and MediaPipe Pose. For both image and video datasets, we conduct a comparative study between these libraries.
