 Abstract

The compound chosen for the in depth study of structural, dc electrical and magnetic properties is gadolinium doped Manganese Cadmium nanoferrites ,with chemical formula of Mn0.3Cd0.7GdxFe2-xO4 (Gd3+ is the rare earth metal ion which is used as dopant and the values of x ranges from 0.000,0.005,0.010,0.015,0.020,0.025. For x=0.000, the compound is in its pure form without any doping.) The above mentioned synthesized samples are analyzed and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Transmission electron Microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The XRD spectra confirmed the formation of the single -phase cubic spinel structure. The average crystallite size evaluated from XRD data was found to be in the range of 32-36nm and found to be in agreement with the results of TEM. In addition, lattice parameter is found to increase with the rare earth metal ion which in this case of study is (Gd3+) substitution. DC electrical resistivity as a function of temperature was studied by using two-probe technique and found to decrease with increase in temperature which reveals the semiconducting nature of the samples. Simultaneously, the dc resistivity analysis has shown the transition of ferrimagnetic nature of the sample to paramagnetic nature at the Curie temperature. The band gap energy with doping of rare earth content is also studied. The soft ferrimagnetic behavior of the prepared samples is identified from the plots drawn from VSM studies. The soft ferrites have numerous applications that include power supplies, filters switching circuits, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Antennas, Impedance matching devices, Magnetic Sensors,electric motors and various other applications.

The management of seed nutritional quality is crucial for improving the dietary value of staple crops. Recent studies have explored various cis-regulatory elements, such as the Legumin box and Prolamin-box (P-box) which play significant roles in regulating protein and nutrient storage in seeds while Nitrate-Responsive Elements (NRE) are critical for nitrogen assimilation and essential for seed protein content. This manuscript discusses key regulatory elements and their contribution to seed nutritional quality, focusing on nitrogen uptake, storage protein synthesis, and relevant genetic modifications aimed at enhancing seed quality.

 Abstract

Epigraphy which is the study of inscriptions or epigraphs, that are short sentences or phrases on stone/building or statues are some of the important Tangible sources of information about the then society and the kingdoms that ruled the places. Epigraphy overlaps other competences such as numismatics or palaeography which is the study of ancient writing systems and deciphering the dating of historical documents. The Chola dynasty which was one of the longest ruling dynasties in the history of South India had documented its achievements and contributions in the form of various Epigraphs and inscriptions. With the heartland of the fertile valley of Kaveri river, the Cholas ruled a large part of South Asia that stretched from the islands of the Maldives in the South to as far as North to the banks of the Godavari River in the now Andhra Pradesh. More specifically coming to the now Bangalore region, Cholas ruled this place nearly for a century. This paper focuses on the Epigraphies of the Cholas in the Bangalore region and the notable works of them in the Temple inscriptions found in this region.

 Abstract

Mutrakrichha comes under the disorder of Mutravaha strotas. Acharya charaka has described eight types of Mutrakrichha. Pittaj Mutrakrichhra is one of the types of Mutrakrichhra and is well explained in classical texts of Ayurved. In Pittaj Mutrakriccha, the vitiated pitta dosha along with vata (mainly apana vayu) on reaching vasti (bladder) afflicts the Mutravaha srotas due to which the patient feels difficulty in micturition along with symptoms like peeta mutrata, sarakta mutrata, sadaha mutrata, saruj mutrata and Muhur-Muhur mutrata. These lakshanas have close resemblance with signs and symptoms of lower UTI. Infections confined to lower UTI commonly cause dysuria with burning micturition, frequency, urgency. 50 % of women will be treated for at least one UTI during their life time. Hence the present article made to define pittaj Mutrakrichhra on scientific way w.s.r. UTI.

The perceptions of digital literacy among classroom teachers are the subject of this study. With the growing prevalence of technology integration in education, it is critical for effective pedagogy to comprehend instructors' self-efficacy and confidence in using digital resources. The purpose of this study is to determine the advantages, disadvantages, and difficulties associated with technology integration by looking at teachers' self-reported levels of digital literacy. The results will guide the creation of focused professional development programs that will improve teachers' digital competencies and, in turn, improve student outcomes

 Abstract

At present we have shifted to digital transformation in the field of education, making our teaching-learning easier comparatively to the previous. There was Guru took an important role in everyone's learning earlier, now it has been embraced by Google through some learning apps. In the last decade, there has been ongoing discussion among +2 science students worldwide about the use of learning applications in the learning process. These applications, also known as educational apps, are software that allows learning on portable devices such as mobile phones, laptops, etc. They leverage various media, such as images, videos, and sounds, to make learning more engaging for students compared to traditional methods like books and chalkboards. Educational apps have greatly improved accessibility to learning, with children's smartphone usage increasing rapidly. According to Common Sense Media, up to 20% of 8-year-olds and 80% of teens between 14 and 18 own smartphones. The use of technology in K-12 classrooms has enhanced learning methods for new generations, and the COVID-19 pandemic has further necessitated the adoption of new technologies. Now, students belonging to Generation Z are highly equipped to use present technology on any device. This paper focuses on the study of the utilization of learning apps among +2 science students in the urban area of the Davangere district. The sample consisted of 30 +2 science students, and data was analyzed using a survey method. It was found that the utilization of learning apps is significantly different among +2 science students in all streams.

However, the acceptance and regulatory oversight of GM crops continue to pose significant challenges, reflecting concerns over safety, ethics, and environmental impacts. Key historical milestones of GM crops, from the first GM tobacco plants to recent developments like drought-tolerant wheat, illustrate the rapid advancements and the increasing complexity of this field. Furthermore, we address the controversies surrounding GM crops, including health implications and environmental impact, balanced against their potential to substantially improve agricultural productivity and sustainability. The paper emphasizes the need for informed discourse and robust regulatory frameworks to harness the benefits of GM crops while mitigating associated risks, particularly in the context of India's agricultural landscape.
