 Abstract

This research is an exploration through the eyes of the wounded. Pain, like hunger, has no religion, country, or creed. This world is woven with numerous visible and invisible boundaries; some are drawn on maps and others on our minds. Among many woven tapestries, South Asia is one of those territories widely known for its rich culture and diversity. It has the longest history of civilisation but has also witnessed its adverse effects. The prolonged history of war, genocide, famine, and other factors impacted this area of the world vividly. Countries in this region have enjoyed a glorious past and have been burdened with some of the most sorrowful memories. Ultimately, the people who are most affected are those who are unable to grasp what is happening around them and why. Consequently, such experiences, whether consciously or unconsciously, shape them into completely different human beings. This article aims to study novels from the South Asian region that depict incidents from a child's perspective and their impact on personality and life, how these situations compel them to become an 'adult-child' or children who should behave like an adult demanding pre-maturity from them. Turning them into miniature adults by snatching their innocence and childhood is the gravest crime against humanity. Novels offer a platform for exploration and scope to analyse incidents from multiple aspects. Authors expressing themselves through this genre are offering fresh perspectives to restore faith in humanity. This research article is an exploration of such explorations done by the novelists who are penning the unsaid words.

 Abstract

Agricultural credit is considered as one of the most basic inputs for conducting all agricultural development programmes. In India there is an immense need for proper agricultural credit as Indian farmers are very poor. From the very beginning the prime source of agricultural credit in India was moneylenders. After independence the Government adopted the institutional credit approach through various agencies like co-operatives, commercial banks, regional rural banks etc. to provide adequate credit to farmers, at a cheaper rate of interest. Moreover, with growing modernisation of agriculture during post-green revolution period the requirement of agricultural credit has increased further in recent years. Agricultural lending and financing play a crucial role in India's agriculture sector, which employs over 50% of the country's workforce and contributes around 17-18% to the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The availability of affordable credit is essential for farmers to invest in modern agricultural practices, purchase quality inputs, and increase productivity. In India, agricultural financing is provided by various institutions, including commercial banks, regional rural banks, cooperative banks, and microfinance institutions. Apart from traditional lending, agricultural financing in India also involves various other forms of credit support, such as crop loans, Kisan Credit Card (KCC) scheme, agricultural term loans, and agricultural insurance. These schemes aim to provide financial assistance to farmers for crop production, purchase of agricultural inputs, and capital investment in agriculture. This paper focuses on understanding the problems and prospects of agricultural credits to farmers of Indian.

 Abstract

Acute sporadic diseases are those which are caused by meteoric and telluric influences or injurious agents in some people here and there when the individual is susceptible to receive the disease phenomena. These conditions can significantly impact the health and well-being of paediatric patients, often leading to medical consultations and interventions. Children are most prone to contract acute illnesses since the susceptibility is high during their early stages of life. In children, the immune system still remains in the developing stage and hence the active defense mechanisms is not fully established. Homoeopathy is the only system that considers the patient's susceptibility in selecting the appropriate remedy and potency in both acute as well as chronic diseases. This observational study aims to investigate the occurrence of acute sporadic diseases among paediatric patients treated with homoeopathy in Kanyakumari district. A sample of 30 children under 18 years, diagnosed with acute sporadic diseases, were analyzed. The study highlights that these diseases were more prevalent among early adolescents, predominantly males, especially in the mountainous region of Kulasekharam. The findings also reveal that environmental factors contributing to the acute sporadic diseases in children were exposure to cold air or rain. Acute rhinitis and bronchitis were the common ailment prevalent among the children of Kanykumari disrtrict as acute sporadic diseases. The homoeopathic remedies Rhus tox and Bryonia were frequently used in such cases, and 200 CH potency being the most common which was selected after considering the susceptibility criteria. This research contributes to identifying and understanding the patterns of acute sporadic diseases in children of Kanyakumari district through homoeopathic approach.

 Abstract

Sheikh Hasina, the former prime minister of Bangladesh, was removed from office and from power on August 5th 2024, bringing an end to her leadership since January 2009. With what at first began as student protests turning into a significant crisis in Bangladesh, this event was perceived as a dramatic escalation. Following Sheikh Hasina's resignation and escape, the nation is in a state of chaos, and the Nobel laureate Dr. Muhammad Yunus's new interim government is now tasked with trying to bring peace back and get ready for the upcoming set of elections. This article analyses the Bangladesh's crisis 2024 and its impact on India.

 Abstract

Children embody innocence, trust, and hope. Their childhood should be filled with joy and love, with their lives maturing gradually as they gain new experiences. Each child is a unique individual, with a future shaped by the influences they encounter during their early years. The research design adopted for this study was pre experimental one group pre test-post test research design and research approach adopted for this was to qualitative approach. The sample was 100 primary school teachers. Non probability purposive sampling technique was used. The mean of post-test knowledge scores was 26.6, which is significantly higher than mean of pre-test knowledge scores of 12.4. Standard deviation of post-test score and pre-test score is 9.4 and 13.3 respectively. The computed paired "t" value (18.67,df=99 at the level of p=0.05) is greater than table value (1.66) which represents significant gain in knowledge. Hence the hypothesis RH1is accepted. It is evident from the results that RH2:There will be significant association between the pre test knowledge score and selected demographic variables at the level of p<= 0.05. is accepted as there is significant association between pretest knowledge score and selected demographic variables like educational qualification, years of experience, child psychology in syllabus and attended in-service education.

 Abstract

Literature offers a mixture of all the fields we study from school to university. Literature is linked to each subject. Tribal literature is part of the literature that talks only about tribes. They were the main focus. Tribal literature deals with the folklore, stories, songs, oral traditions and poetry of the tribal community, which are cultural. It is also known as "Adivasi" literature. India also has a large number of tribes and cultures, in the east or in the west, some of which are still unknown to most people. The forest is their home for generations. The tribe lived in an isolated area of the forest and lived as a community. They do not know how to learn, they do not understand black symbols in books, and they do not understand the meaning of education and school. Tribal literature stories or poems do not have much written material and are not written anywhere. All the material that has so far existed was based on oral form. This is possible by emerging writers who belong to this field. The authors share their thoughts and value to society. They are not different from each other. The forest is their mother, they worship the forest as God. Tribal writers can communicate with their own people, but others cannot. The other writers receive only the outer shell of the tribe's life. There are some gaps in the writings of tribal and non-tribal writers. This gap can only be filled by giving opportunities to the tribe. Women writers are the growing face of today's society. They can share their thoughts because they are well-connected to society. Their motherhood and participation in writing literature can describe the society as how it was for women to see society.

 Abstract

: Back pain is one of the most common causes for patients to seek emergency care. It has a broad range of potential etiologies for both adult and pediatric populations. The etiologies differ depending on the patient population, but most commonly, it is mechanical or non-specific. Back pain causes significant rates of disability and can be a problem that persists from childhood into adulthood. It is essential to be able to evaluate patients of all ages and recognize the unique differences in the presentation in these different populations. This study was done by selecting 30 female cases of back pain from Sarada Krishna Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital .The most common age group affected were 60-70 years. The predominant aggravating factors were physical exertion and prolonged sitting and ameliorating factor was lying down. The patients felt better when prescribed in 200th potency. The frequently used medicine was Bryonia alba. The cases were analysed using Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) (version 1.0) questionnaire and all the thirty cases showed improvement with a statistical significance of p value < 0.05. Hence this study shows the effectiveness of homoeopathy in the treatment of back pain.

 Abstract

Allergic rhinitis (AR) is defined as inflammation of the inside lining of the nose that occurs when a person inhales something he or she is allergic to, such as animal dander or pollen etc. Allergic rhinitis is an atopic disorder in which there is nasal congestion, watery nasal discharge and sneezing (ICD 10 classification J30.9). Avoiding of allergens or desensitization against allergen is ideal treatment but not always possible. This is a study the correlation of Family History in patients with Allergic Rhinitis. Thirty cases of Allergic Rhinitis cases of both sexes and all age groups were included for the study. Allergic Rhinitis has a significant genetic component, a positive family history of atopy. The present study suggests the importance of allergic history in family, in patients with Allergic Rhinitis.The result suggest out of 30 patients, 21 of them with family history of Allergic Rhinitis was having Allergic Rhinitis.
