 Abstract

વિશ્વમાં ક્યાંય એવું તત્વ છે. જે વ્યક્તિના વિકાસમાં મહત્વનું કાર્ય કરે છે. ભારતીય સંસ્કૃતિની પરંપરા એટલે ગુરુ પરંપરા. બ્રહ્મા વિષ્ણુ મહેશ નું એક સ્વરૂપ એટલે ગુરુ દત્તાત્રેય છે. જે મહાગુરુના નામથી ઓળખાય છે. તેમણે પણ 24 ગુરુઓ બનાવ્યા હતા. તેથી જ ગુરુના જ્ઞાન વગર પ્રગતિ ન થઈ શકે. ગુરુના આશીર્વાદથી કોઈ પણ કાર્ય શક્ય બને છે. ભગવાન રામથી લઈ સમસ્ત દેવો એ કોઈને કોઈ ગુરુ બનાવ્યા છે. ગુરુ એટલે જેની પાસેથી એવું જ્ઞાન મળે કે જેવી રીતે અંધારામાં પડેલી વસ્તુઓ પ્રકાશ વગર નથી દેખાતી તેમ ગુરુ આપણા અંધકારરૂપે જીવનમાં પ્રકાશ પાડી આકાંક્ષાઓ ઈચ્છાઓ જેવી અનેક બાબતોને પૂરી કરે છે. તેથી પુરાતન રૂપકના સાહિત્યકારો પણ ગુરુના જ્ઞાનને જાણતા હતા. તેથી જ તેમણે ગુરુની પરંપરા પર ભાર મૂક્યો છે. અહીં મુદ્રારાક્ષસ રૂપકમાં આવતી ગુરુની વાતનું વર્ણન નીચે મુજબ છે.

 Abstract

ભારતમાં જ્યારે જ્યારે ધર્મ સંકટ આવ્યું છે અને વેદની પરંપરા ઘટી છે ત્યારે આ રાષ્ટ્રની મૂળ સંસ્કૃતિને બચાવવા ઈશ્વરના અંશ રૂપે કોઈને કોઈ મહાપુરુષે જન્મ લીધો છે શંકરાચાર્ય નો જન્મ પણ એવા જ સમયે થયો જ્યારે વેદનું ખંડન મંડળ કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું હતું. વેદની પરંપરાઓને નષ્ટ કરવાના તમામ પ્રયાસો થઈ રહ્યા હતા ત્યારે વેદાંગનું જ્ઞાન પ્રાપ્ત કરી તમામ ધર્મવિરોધીઓને ધર્મનો ઉપદેશ આપવાનું શ્રેષ્ઠ કાર્ય કર્યું હતું તો આ ઈશ્વરના અંશ સ્વરૂપ શંકરાચાર્યનું જીવન ચરિત્ર સમજવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો છે.

 Abstract

Twak is the outermost protective layer as well as largest sensory organ of body. Acharya Susrutha and Acharya Charaka described its layers according to their functions and diseases, which are related to those layers. It is the location of sweat channels, hairs and hair pits. It is the largest organ constituting 15-20% of total body mass. Twak is one of the Indriya Adhishtana. After this study. Twak layers can be compared with skin. Avabhasini and Lohitha as Stratum Corneum, Sweta as stratum lucidum, Tamra as stratum spinousm and stratum granulosum, Vedini as stratum basale and papillary dermis, Rohini as reticular Dermis and Mamsadhara Twak as Superficial fascia and function of Skin are Thermoregulation, Protection, Sensation, Excretion and Absorption.

 Abstract

Jaishree Misra's novel Afterwards throws light on the women in the Indian society and how they are treated badly under the eyes of patriarchy.It is also given that how the women resist this mindset.The main character,Maya has to face violence in her husband's house.She leads the life of a slave there.She finally decides to raise the voice against the old ideas and finally separates from her husband.It is the voice of new women that they are not ready to be like a dumb cow and bear the violence of men being mute and deaf.They have been learning to fight against patriarchy for their rights.

 Abstract

The pavement undergoes premature failure much before their design life due to many reasons. The design of the pavement layers to be laid over sub grade soil starts off with the estimation of sub grade strength and the volume of traffic to be carried. The rutting and fatigue are considered to be the distress parameters in pavement design. The aim of the paper is to determine the stress developed in the pavement is based on the geogrid position of the pavement. In this study a geotextile (coir mesh) layer is added above the subgrade level as a reinforcement layer/separation layer to improve the stress distribution transferring to the subgrade and decrease the surface deformation, fatigue, rutting and cracking in pavement. The aim of this study is to overcome the rut and fatigue life of pavement after placing a geotextile coir layer over the subgrade in the pavement. In this work the ANSYS STRUCTURE SOFTWARE is used to evaluate (pavement strain) the effect of geotextile layer over the subgrade.

 Abstract

Providing quality curriculum and programmes within an institution is extremely important in shaping students. Thanks to technological advancements, online education in India has gained popularity over the last few years. In the last few years, many students and professionals have joined various online learning platforms to improve their skills. The main aim of the study was to assess the adoption of virtual classes and how it transform the attitudes of college students in both positive and negative aspects. The study targeted 200 responses, out of 183 responses were received, eight responses were incomplete. The study found that the online mode of education can be highly effective alternative medium for matured self disciplined students, it appropriate the learning environment for more independent than traditional learner.

 Abstract

This study investigates the emerging influence of Generation Z in the context of the Industry 4.0 workplace, with a focus on the unique perspectives and insights provided by this generation in Bangladesh. Through a comprehensive analysis of survey responses and sentiment scores, this research sheds light on Generation Z's attitudes towards organizational support, policies, and preferences within the digital business landscape. The methodology involves collecting responses from a diverse group of Generation Z employees and utilizing sentiment analysis techniques to assess their sentiments. The results reveal a positive sentiment overall, indicating Generation Z's favorable outlook on organizational support and policies for thriving in the Industry 4.0 workplace. Key findings emphasize the significance of continuous learning, digital communication tools, mentorship programs, flexible work arrangements, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations and policymakers can effectively engage and harness the potential of Generation Z in shaping the evolving workplace of Industry 4.0 in Bangladesh.

 Abstract

"Family" is the first institution; which is encountered by a mother. The mother by nature has a very special role to play in all fields of life of the family i.e. in the society, health, education etc. In all these, the roles are complicated, difficult and tedious to perform. In order to achieve these tasks a sound mind and stress free life is of utmost concern. A mentally retarded child is a source of greater effort that demands extra attention and nurturing. For a mentally retarded person one should be cautious not to ignore the facts that they are born so not because of their own choice but by the design of nature. Maternal knowledge and behaviors are linked to culturally embedded beliefs, educational backgrounds and uniqueness of her family settings; which directly or indirectly affects the child rearing practices. Lack of knowledge relating to these various aspects of how to deal with the pitfalls that could be avoided and positive steps that could be taken up dealing with inevitable situations can be brought about with this study. Hence the investigator had undertaken this study "A quasi experimental study to evaluate the effectiveness of structured teaching program me on the familial concerns among the mothers of the mentally challenged children in the selected special schools in Bangalore.
